Upkeep of resort

Great people that work here in AZ, however, the upkeep of the resort especially in the summer months is unacceptable! People do live here in the summer! The pond is an absolute disgrace- it has not been maintained or cleaned in months-its really terrible. Even the birds rarely come and the stench is horrendous.

We come here for vacation probably 4-5 times a year. We grab from 4-8 spaces and we are always grateful for how hard working and courteous the staff is. Great family environment and atmosphere.

It definitely seems as positive as it is, this campground could use more staff. But again, they do their very best to serve and satisfy their customers. More staff would only make it even better assuming the new hires are as good as the present

Harrasement of minor by intoxicated employee

Approximately 7pm on the 4th of July, an intoxicated employee harassed my 15 year old son while walking our dog. We are on vacation and he was extremely aggressive with us. Police was called to deescalate matters.

I wasn’t treated like a customer or like a human.

Noise issues with a very loud dog for days after quiet time and before. I went to the office to complain about the noise. The employee was nice to begin with then the day after did a flip flop on her words. I called in but was reprimanded for not calling the right number even though it goes to the same office (I called 5 times). I just wanted the noises to go down a bit. I have pets and the noise really did bother them. Im a member to thousand trails and encore. I know Ill never come back here ever again. Scotts Valley, CA. is the park location. Today I went into the office to get a business card on the person who did nothing. They dont have business cards Im told, I asked for a name and they will only give out the first name, because they dont want to give out the last name (this tells me a lot) also I was considering an upgrade to my membership after our experience, no way in *** would I give them 12K. The company is being run from Chicago, again this tells me a lot. Ps, Dog noise, very load people, rude people in a very old winnebago smelling of exhaust from running. They were working on their RV. The rules are *** If it was me Im sure I would be asked to leave. The person not going by the contract is not right at all, I follow the contract. Ps, a few other things went on during our stay. This is just the beginning on action Im taking. Family oriented RV atmosphere BS!

Tree limbs falling on my car and RV.

On November 22nd 2022 a storm came through the Sunshine Holiday RV park Daytona. We were in lot 812 and limbs fell onto our car and put *** in our RV roof. I told Dawn in the office about it and she said she would make a report of it. The bill to fix just the car is over 1900.00 dollars. I have pictures of the limbs laying beside our car and debris on the roof. Am I going to get my car fixed and my RV? It wasn't my fault y'all didn't trim the trees ( until after I made the complaint).

Concerns about Country Side RV park in Apache Junction Arizona

Yes there are issues unresolved with Countryside RV park. Unable to pay our electric bill because the office worker has not phoned back. We are also concerned about the laundry facilities that have needed washing machines replaced since we first arrived in November. Hoping this will be resolved before we return next November.

Laundry

We have been staying at Country Side Park in Apache Junction, Arizona since November. The laundry machines are constantly out of order. They cant repair them! You need to get some new machines and a different company. Even the repair man says they cant get the parts they need. This has to be corrected if you want people to keep staying in your park.

Poor management

We are an annual renter in Cactus Gardens in Yuma AZ. Pool has been down multiple times since January and we are given multiple reasons as to why. Has question concerning electric bill and was told manager would contact us with an answer. That was 4 weeks ago. Weeds growing everywhere. A picture of the pool with happy people is shown on their advertisement. Must be a very old picture.

The company management is definitely not proactive. Management misses opportunities to provide more services for greater profits and satisfaction of customers.

Recomendation promotion

i reomended some freinds to syay in Cactus Garden Resort in Yuma ,they stayed 2 months and i was to get a $50 gift certificate nothing yet . the manager has been contacted twice when she is in which is once a week.

Blatant display of offensive flags.

Rules clearly state that political flags are not permitted on any campsite or property within the park. This particular flag is displayed on site 1009. The flag is offensive to some and therefore does not meet the criteria for remaining on display. After complaining to the office personnel, we were told to just ignore it.

Disregard for rules and regulations of rv park

This complaint is in regard to the blatant disregard for following rules at Encore RV Resort Manatee in Bradenton FL. Rules specifically state that political flags are prohibited and that individuals will be asked to leave if they refuse to comply. Individuals in site 1009 is displaying a political flag in the front yard.

Dont follow up on promotions

in Cactus garden rv park in Yuma AZ they have a promotion that if you suggest a guest and they stay 2 months you receive $50 not true they dont give out anything! Jerry Pruner

Reservations

They could use some updating for the price charged. The main office could use some people skills. The way they schedule reservations is daunting. The campers are awesome!

Park hot tub is never working properly

Tub has been broken on and off for 4 years. Finally broke completely but park has not responded in how this problem will be resolved. 3 weeks so far.
