Sold Defective Product - No Exchange or Refund
Went to Emporia Bridal for a Prom Gown for daughter. After trying on several, size and style was determined, pulled from rack and purchased. Upon arriving home and putting the dress on to go out, it was found the layered netting was 3" longer on one side and 1-1/2" longer on the other side. The bottom of the netting was ruffled with a plastic wiring covered in black thread - some areas the black thread was gone. STORE POLICY - NO REFUNDS - NO EXCHANGES - Did NOT realize store sold SECONDS or FACTORY REJECTS at $189.99 I expected Full Quality!
