Empire beauty school is a joke
You can't learn anything because the other students are to busy talking about you or other people, the school did not care about the bullying that was going on. How is this school going to make me a hairstylist when they say "all we do is teach you how to pass the state board", for 23,000? The school I went to looked run down and the tables we used we're nasty, the night students never cleaned the tables. I paid 23,000 just to practice on sticks and to be harassed by the nasty homeless people who SLEEP ON the tables we use to eat are you kidding me? I was told if you don't like eating outside then go inside. The lunch room was ALWAYS filled and I never find a spot. I told the school that their was a bee hive growing near the tables were we would eat and I'm allergic to bees and I was told "if it happened outside that's not our problem" The "teachers" I had would tell me that I'm not passionate about hair and that I need to go somewhere else, and I was kicked out

Poor customer servce
I have been going to the Empire Beauty school in Glen Burnie , Md for several years and things were okay. However, on 12/21/20 that was not the case. I made an appointment two weeks ago for today at 1030 am. I arrived at 1032 am and was told that I would have to reschedule because my appointment was for 1015. I stated that was false because I always make my appt for the same time. I was advised prior by an instructor that the students go on break in the morning and return at 1030 am, so I have always made my appointment for that time. They refused to look at the schedule to see if a mistake had been made. The receptionist and manager on duty refused to be of any assistance. The only option was to reschedule for after the New Year. I declined and will not be back for any services in the future. The poor customer service on 12/21/20 was unacceptable. As I was walking across the parking lot an educator came to me and asked if she could reschedule the appointment and again, I declined. I will not be going back ever, and I will inform my family, friends, and colleagues of this experience.

My name is Brien Charles.I graduated top in my cosmetology course from your Jackson Tennessee campus (2903),11/11/2014. A Kelly Garland,whom took over as Executive Director from a Joan Binkley-Schoolfield assisted Beth Krause and Sandy Myro in the stealing of my and my spouse identities and opened fraudulent accounts in both our names totaling $120,000.00. Have called and slandered our names at all prospective living arrangements,careers,jobs seeking to maintain control of our lives through a very aggressive form of especially aggravated identity theft/ cyber and physical stalking!!! Have accessed state of Tennessee unemployment insurance claims account. Took over 100 dollars from me. Removed my unemployment insurance claim against Pilot Flying J of Dickson whom wrongfully terminated me on October 31,2020 but kept my record open in order to copy my on boarding scores and give my vital information to Regis Salons. Regis Salons/Empire Education Group filed our unemployment claim for us? We never worked for"Hire Quest" !!! "Company" used to gain access to our work files and identification. We were run out of Tennessee in April. The especially aggravated identity theft, especially aggravated cyber stalking has quickened!!!

Was forced to relocate to Nashville TN. Unfortunately Regis/Empire Education Group refuse to leave me and my family alone. I and my wife were top grads of Empire Education Group of Jackson,Tenn back in 2013,2014,15 respectively. These people stole all our financial aid and loan monies. Have cyber stalked us and tracked us like animals. After numerous complaints of sexual harassment and bullying to the state board on her job at JCPenneys West Town Mall. On August 20,2017 ,she was viciously attacked from behind and almost killed !!! JC Penneys whole department store was terminated or asked to resign prior to her attack. I have been licensed to practice cosmetology since December 2014. Unfortunately Empire ,in their stealing of my financial aid and loan monies had me somehow enrolled in their Astoria NY school at the time I 'm enrolled in Jackson,Tenn?Prior to the seizure of my identity by these vicious,unethical criminals as and the waiver of the companies rights by a Beth Krause on May 22,2018 ,case #01-17-****-**** with the American Arbitration Association I had last worked August 13,2016 for SmartStyles of Knoxville a business partner of Empire Education Group where I was wrongfully terminated and my ability to work "anywhere" was seized by these criminals !!! I'm in Memphis attempting to get on with my life however the aggravated identity theft and cyber stalking continues along with the Title VII,G.I.N.A,ADA,EPA violations handed down by the EEOC on August 30,2017. On October 23,2017 I filed a demand with the American Arbitration Association which was filed on October 30,2017,well within the 90 day window to have any matter heard in state/federal court !!! These criminals stole my identity when I met them in November 2013 !!! Can someone help me to get these monsters off me and my spouses back ?

My belief is that this person is Beth Krause. She signed a waiver with the American Arbitration Association on May 22,2018. She had stolen my and my spouse's identities upon our enrollment!!! Presently cyber and physically stalking me calling all prospective employment with her bigotry and racism !!! Stole 60,000 dollars from me!!! Enrolled me in Astoria NY while I enrolled in Jackson,Tenn? I discovered in February 2017 that these people had somehow stolen all me and my spouse's financial aide and loan monies. 60,000 dollars from me,that I've discovered. 30,000 from my spouse !!!Never reported my graduation and licensure and are calling all employers blocking me from working because I reported discrimination to the EEOC.
