My reservation from Lahore to Dubai flight got cancelled without my reqyesr

I had requested a change in my Lahore to Dubai flight for which I had to pay extra. I was send the new confirmation for my new flight. Once I arrived at the counter for check in I was told that my reservation didnt exist even after I showed them the email confirmation from emirates about my flight. The only option I was given to pay full price for the new ticket. So, I ended up paying double for the same ticket. On top of it the customer service personal at the counter were very unprofessional and non courteous. I have been traveling using Emirates for years now but thus has to be one of my worst experience. I could be reached at my US number at 1-40*-***-****.

Suffers with Anaphylaxis not welcome

If you suffer from a deadly nut allergy, the airline does not cater or care for you. You cant use your epipen without their permission! They expect you to spend money to buy your own food after already spending a fortune on the airline ticket. The correspondence which I have received from the airline has been pathetic. They dont seem to want to cater for nut allergies by labelling the food with nuts in, disclosing ingredients or offering a meal plan on their website. Please avoid this airline.

Report an excellent customer service

17th May 2023. I flew from London to Manila via Dubai on Emirates flight (EK)-10 @ 9.45pm from Gatwick North terminal. I received excellent service from check-in etc. Most especially in the in-flight. One particular stewardess CHIRAZ ABIDI #483113 (though new to the job) delivered a continued very caring and helpful understanding customer service. Also to mention REGINALD HIPOLITO #375336 and IOAHA MORARU #408345. These members of your staff are shining stars in the skies. Congratulations Emirates. You have excelled in your manpower recruitment! Thank you.

Most frightening and unsafe plane journey!!

Flew from Dubai to Akld with 60 drunk, rude and disrespectful Polish fishermen. This was the most frightening flight we have ever experienced, cabin crew and passengers have complained, but Emirates don't want to address our complaints. My husband was very nearly assaulted by one of them,we and other passengers were moved to the back of the cabin where groups of them stood and talked and laughed the whole 16 hour journey, making it difficult to access the toilet. We are doing the same trip in a few months, maybe cancel and use another airline. I used to think Emirates was a top airline !!! After 4 emails to them, honestly they have no interest in addressing our concerns. Anyone got any ideas how to get their attention ?

Financial Loss and Delay in Treatment due to Emirates 48 hour wheel chair policy.

Hi, Thanks for your response. I have replied to all your questions:You informed our office that you sustained a "hairline fracture on your right ankle, were in no position to walk, limping on your left leg and required assistance both inside the aircraft as well as inside the lavatory". This is incorrect , as I came to know about my fracture in Canada on Jan 24,2023. Please see attached Xray report from PH Medical centre Mumbai, which clearly states that I have suffered a sprain and a note from my doctor Dr Vinod Vaishnav, he clearly gave me a clean chit to fly as it was a sprain . The Xray and Ortho visit was on Jan 11 the day I slipped and fell. Therefore, on the morning of Jan 12, I called up Emirates asking for a wheelchair as my ankle had swollen up overnight, and they flatly refused letting me know they need a 48-hour requisition for a wheel chair. This situation required clearance for your travel from Emirates Medical Team, as you were now deemed a "MEDA" case. This is not true, as they never asked me for a medical clearance whatsoever even when I travelled on Jan 22, I was never asked to produce any medical clearance this is another example of fabricating lies.Passengers falling under the purview of a MEDA case are required to complete a medical form to ensure their safety in undertaking any flight I was never asked to produce a medical form on either day of travel neither on Jan 12 or Jan 22, 2023. I am embarrassed the stories Emirates is cooking up. Please have your facts straightened out. This process requires at least 48 hours for processing. I was told by customer service that they need 48 hours requisition for a wheelchair , I was never asked to produce a medical clearance at the Mumbai Airport or asked for any medical documents. As a result of your crazy wheelchair policy I had to delay my going back to Toronto by 10 days and incur additional cost of $900 and this delayed my treatment further as the fracture was diagnosed only on Jan 24 in Toronto and this was followed up by a CT scan . I hold Emirates solely responsible for the delay in my treatment as I was compelled to delay my flight incur additional cost, as they refused to give me a wheel chair to fly to Toronto due to a sprain in my ankle.

Forced to Reschedule my flight and incurr additional cost of CAD $915 as wheel chair was refused on the pretex that 48 hours notice is required

I have had a very bad experience with Emirates. On Jan 12 when I called customer service to requisition a wheelchair as I sprained my ankle the previous day, they told me that we need 48 hours requisition. How could I inform them when I slipped just the previous day before my flight. In addition, they threatened me that I would not be allowed to take the flight If I cannot walk a few steps. I told them that my spouse and son are with me, and they will help me, but they were adamant. I finally had to reschedule my flight and fly by myself 10 days later and incur an additional cost of Cad $900. When I flew on Jan 21 my ankle was still very swollen, and I was on a wheel chair as I requisitioned one earlier, so I requested them to check in my cabin luggage as I had my cane and laptop with me already but they refused to accommodate me and just gave me an aisle seat, although I requested a front seat with more leg space, as a result I had to get up every time, with my swollen ankle it was extremely difficult. Again at Dubai I requested to please check my cabin baggage as I was nervous it would fall on my swollen ankle but they refused. To top it all when I complained about their inhuman behaviour, they are fabricating the truth and telling me in an email they allowed me three checked in luggages?? Secondly they are not answering as to why they have this crazy policy of a 48 hour requistion for a wheel chair?? I don't think any airline in the world has such a stupid policy. Since they refused to fly me, I had to fly alone and take such a long flight from Mumbai to Canada by myself and incurPleasePlP additional cost. I will be pursuing legal action if Emirates refuses to apologize to me and compensate me for the physical and mental agony I had to go through because of their ridiculous wheelchair policy. As my coming to Canada got delayed my treatment go delayed too as here is Canada, the CT scan showed that the right Tibia has been fractured, and I have been in a high cast for 8 weeks. I hold Emirates solely responsible for the delay in my treatment, as they refused to fly me.

Dear Emirates Customer Care Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had during our recent travel with Emirates. My parents and I were traveling from Cochin to Chicago on the [04/18/2023], and unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with your staff at the Dubai airport. My parents, who are elderly and were traveling with us to help take care of my sick wife, were not allowed to continue their journey to Chicago due to some travel issue that Emirates staff noticed in their record. Despite my efforts to convince them otherwise, your staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. They refused to let me use the return tickets my parents already had in hand and instead forced me to purchase new tickets for them. To make matters worse, they also made me pay more for our luggage. The treatment we received from Emirates staff was unacceptable and left us feeling deeply offended. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and support during such a difficult situation. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and understanding from your staff has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I will not be flying with Emirates again in the future. I am also going to share my experience with my friends and family, as well as on social media, to make sure that others are aware of the poor treatment we received. Additionally, as a US citizen, I am considering seeking legal advice to explore further actions. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not happen to other customers in the future. Sincerely,

Companies that still do business in Russia

Since Russia has invaded Ukraine, PissedConsumer.com can't stay aside. With this review, we present our team's opinion only - nothing more than that. We as an organization always defend the freedom of speech by providing a platform for consumers to voice their opinions and to talk about any problems they may have with various businesses. Today, we want to give voice to the tragedy of the people of Ukraine and let the world know the truth. A lot of major companies suspended their business in russia not to support the war. However, there are still large international corporations that continue operating and paying taxes in russia. Taxes that are used to finance the army of the aggressor. With this video, we want to show the consequences of such a decision for civilians in Ukraine and ask these companies to stop doing business in russia.
