NO WORK DONE wouldn't refund deposit.
I put a $1000 deposit down to get my car repaired. Due to a death in the family, I called two and a half weeks before work was to be done. I told them the work couldn't be done and why. For almost a month I got the run around and told that I owed them $1000 and had to bring the car in yo be fixed. When I told them AGAIN about the death in the family, they said..." if you don't bring the car in you lose the money, and breach of contract . We will then sue you for the rest." Once I said I was contacting an attorney, they said come up and get the money. I drove from out of state BACK there to only be given $200 and have the boss tell the workers ( in front of me) I was the reason their payroll and checks are short.THEY DID NO WORK ON THE CAR AND KEPT $800? That's not even close yo fair. Give them a call and let them know how YOU feel about it. 1-50*-427-****.
