I ordered the product exactly a year ago and I still have not received it. I tried to contact them several times after not receiving it within weeks to know prevail.

I Pre-ordered products on June 19, 2022. The order was supposed to shipped on August 31, 2022. I never received. I have written numerous emails and received no response. The company issued a form in 2023 that required information about order that they should know (order number, order, etc.). Still waiting for response over a month later.

Thus is my second time ordering from this company. I finally got my product after waiting almost 2 months to get it. You'd think after all the millions made that was posted on social media the company would have enough employees working to send products to the paying customer. Its hard supporting black businesses like this. And I hate it for those who still to this day do not have a single product that they've paid for. If anyone chooses to keep purchasing from this company. I strongly suggest that you DONT WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE OUT OF THE PRODUCT TO GET MORE!!

Have not received my 2 products!
I will always continue to support small business owners even as I write this. I ordered two products in May 2022 and still have not received it. I reached out with no response. I would love to still receive the products but I do not know what more I can do.

It's been 8 months
I ordered in June 2022, and I still have not received anything. I requested a refund, and I have not gotten the product or my money back. BUYER BEWARE! Do not order from this company. Never received my order
I placed 2 separate orders on June 9, 2022, and I never received either of them. At first I just thought that the orders were just on backorder then comes December and I still hadn't received them. So, I proceeded to go to the website to check and come to find out it's no longer in business without notice or anything, so I guess I just took a loss.

ORDER #122942 I ordered my products on June 19, 2022, and have yet to receive my order. After sending several emails and direct messages on Instagram and Facebook in July, August, and September- I only receive a generic response saying my order was "in process." No tracking number, no rep to speak with, and their original website (embracepangea.com) and social media accounts have been taken down!

Never received order
I made my order back in June of 2022 and have yet to receive my wash. The kicker is she just sent an email out yesterday (11/11/22) stating that her second round of washes are made to order. Ummm where are our orders from before?! You have entirely too many customers orders to fulfill before sending out emails trying to get more business. And shes not slick because I have 2 accounts with her and I find it amazing that I received the email about the made to order washes to the email thats not linked to my order that wasnt received.

This company is a scam. At one point I do believe they were legit, but at this point I think they are here to steal people's money. They hardly ever respond to emails, and when they do it some generated system responses. They ignore all your messages on social media. And I never received my items purchased or my refund, being that they never sent out my products. Do t waste your money.

No response regarding my package not being received
I ordered the Embrace Pangea detox back in June and still havent received my package now in August. I have submitted emails and tickets and no one has responded or attempted to assist me with a refund or reorder. This is the most unprofessional customer service experience I ever had.
