Could not download manuel. Contacted seller and problem not solved. Was an attempt to get me to spend additional money by purchasing something else as well.

Cannot download the manual that I paid for the link doesn’t work and you call Customer Service and you cannot get to them. Do not download are paying for a download from this company.
Cannot download my manual, my repair manual when I click to download link, it goes to a white page and stay there. I can't even view the manual online.

I purchased a manual form emanualonline. They send ma a "link" that did nothing but dump my connection back into their main page. After trying for over an hour and following every single instruction AND GETTING NO DOWNLOAD, I informed the company that I wanted my money refunded. 8 hours later, I was getting spammed with corrected links. NOTE: this was only AFTER I wanted my money back. At this point, I was DONE. I have requested my refund (understand its only $22) 5 times, each time I have gotten excuses - and no money. They claim I have the link and have the download. Any IT person can tell that I have NEVER accessed that download link. So they are lying about the access. The customer service is HORRID and they do NOT deserve your business. I'm still waiting for my money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I could not get the PDF to install and extract. But the problem was my end with the Laptop. The file would not extract. Downloaded it a second time and it worked

Worthless shop manual
paid for 17,000+ pages of worthless information. The pictures don't even match the comments describing the topic. No way to effectively find a repair topic. Have to scroll through pages of useless information. No description of actual repair procedures. Cannot get a refund for this useless purchase, only a store credit to buy more useless manuals. Not even sure this manual covers my year and model vehicle Won't EVER buy anything from this company!

I have paid for manual . I was so looking forward to getting a real mechanics repair manual for my Volvo 2009 c70 convertible that I'm trying to restore I found it in the streets the top was stuck in the down position the Lady was just letting it get rained on the back leather seat was just demolished the carpet was soaked I felt that I paid her $1100 I finally got the top to get up manually there's a trick to that that nobody knows but me because it doesn't show it on you tube nor anywhere else you have to unlock it when it's in the back to manually raise it i've almost got the pump working right can somebody took the plugs the Jets out of the top of it I don't know where I want to find those but anyway I need my manual I don't know where it is please advise

Terrible manual time wasting experience
The information in the manual was basic if the information was there but a majority of the information was not provided, asked for a refund which i was denied, you guys obviously do not abide by the consumers rights. Absolute scam of a company

Can't down load
Purchased emanual for a Mercedes e55 I tried many attempts to down load, I also got help from an IT Freind he also could not download it. Initial contact with e manual by email was not helpful. After almost 12 months I contacted them by email and asked for help or a refund but have had no response back . However when I sent an unrelated email asking for info about a manual for a Subaru I receive a response within 24 hours but the information was poor ( my specific questions were not answered)

Poor customer service.
I purchased a workshop manual for a Mercedes Vito for $29*; the ad showed the cover of the manual, when you click through the photos it showed a digital manual in English. When I received the manual it was a scanned copy of a paper manual and in GERMAN. I emailed eManuals and asked for a refund or correct replacement manual within minutes of my purchase; they said they cannot offer me a different manual and because the cover was in German I should have known it was printed in German; they also said the digital pictures in the ad (the ones in the same place as the cover) were just sample pictures not associated with that manual. I emailed again and they have just chosen not to reply.

I asked the company for a refund, they refused. I opened up a case with PayPal, they refused, and then proceeded to accuse me of scamming them. I had to escalate the case, and waiting to hear back from PayPal.

This company doesn't actually sell manuals or eBooks, despite what their product photos showcase. They instead send you a Virtual Machine file that is gigs of data, they give you very vague information on how to access it, and in my case, it couldn't even be accessed. I was literally blocked from accessing the content. The Virtual Machine doesn't connect to the internet, even if you change the network settings around. Requested a refund, because it shouldn't take 2 hours to access a "manual" that isn't even actually a manual. They refused, and they eventually accused me of trying to scam them. If you're looking for actual manuals, or eBooks, this is not the site for that. If you love spending hours downloading needless software that has nothing to do with manuals, and troubleshooting how to make it work and coming up short until you're forced to speak with a customer service rep, then you're going to love eManuals Online - less emphasis on the "manuals" part.
