Return I’m not pissed, just want to exchange for an xl instead of a 2XL

I ordered an oversized shirt and I needed a smaller size cause I have lost about 30 lbs & I sill order a 2 XL cause they are a LITTLE BIT smaller, but I should be ordering a XL.

To let you know I was a paying customer

My shirts were way too big. I wrote a longer review on my last review. I LOVED Ellens Show. They were so uplifting when I was down after loosing my 2 husbands 10 yrs aftershock after the other. God Bless Ellen.

Way too big

I will need an XL I love my purchase & will order again when I get extra money. I van have watched the Ellen Show for many many many years & wish could have gone on forever. She has done so much for so many people & I love the person she has become.

I did not receive my order

Hello, I placed an order on March the 1st, and it was supposed to come this week by FedEx it was delivered to the wrong address, I would like to know if I can have it resent or a refund , you can email me or feel free to call or text sincerely Patricia decline

Package never came, sent 5 emails no response

I ordered my 3 Jiggy puzzles for Christmas on Black Friday 2022. I contacted the costumer service multiple times due to no email sent about shipping order out. Finally received email Dec 7th with shipping details. The package is still in California with no updates on December 27th. Ive followed up with at least 4 more emails with zero response. They changed my card but I have no product.

An order

First time I tried on my new shoes the tag on the back of the shoe broke. It just seems hard to return items. First your request has to be approved. Then u can return them. I just shipped them back and then I will find out if they accept my return before I can get a refund

No customer service

I placed an order last month, 8/28. I didnt realize that there was no shipping information, that was 9/14. I emailed twice but no response from them. They dont have a telephone number, only way is to email. So I had one choice, to dispute the charge with my credit card company. After I contacted my credit card company, they delivered my order. I dont understand why they cant even reply back. I dont know the reason. Most likely I will not purchase anything from this shop.

Cancel order

Besides getting an automatic email, no one has contacted me. It states I will be contacted in 48 hours and its going on 96 hours.

Never received product though credit card charged. No customer service follow up

Never received order and customer service not following up . Order confirmed and credit card charged on June 6th 2022. No further details by July 15th. Emailed customer service. No response. Email it again July 20th. Promised follow up within 48 work hours. Four working days later, still no response. So disappointed such terrible customer service associated with Ellen DeGeneres.

Just do not need more "Be Kind" boxes.

Do not want anymore deliveries of Be Kind products. Once is enough. Too many things I just do not need. Thank you

I have tried to get a hold of the Ellen Store about my order

My Receipt/order # is 1724-**** For the Be Kind Box on November 18,2021 for $75.66 for a one time order. I havent hear anything. A return not being refunded

I purchased a pair of full priced shoes for my daughter in Sept. Before we received the shoes, that particular shoe went on sale for 50% off. I then purchased another pair of that shoe for my daughter and a pair for me. When my daughter's first pair of shoes arrived, she tried it on, and they're too small. We waited a few more days for the other two discounted pairs to show up. I knew that I was going to take both of the pairs I bought for my daughter back. I wanted to wait to see if my pair was going to fit first so if I needed to I could send them all in one box (customer is responsible for shipping pack the returns) My pair ended up fitting great. So I emailed customer service for an approval on each of the same size shoes that I got for my daughter. I had to ask for separate return approvals because they were two different transactions. I got the approvals and printed each of them out. I attached an approval on each of the shoe boxes and placed them both into the same shipper. This company offers no way to communicate except through email. It took 2 months, and they finally sent me a confirmation for the one pair of shoes that was the discounted one. No apology for taking months to get the shoe refund to me. I notice that the full price shoe that I returned was not credited. So I started to email them again and again. I still no one will get back to me, and I still haven't received my $80 refund. I have the shipping label, and they approved the return. I've explained my situation in many emails since Sept. I want my money back for the love of Hod it's the holidays, and we could really use that money! And shame on them for such poor customer service. I sell NEVER buy from her brand again. I don't even like wearing the pair I kept for myself out of the 3 pairs I ordered. I've given this company much Grace considering the difficulties with staffing that's going on in the world right now, but 3 months is ridiculous. I want my money back!!
