Misunderstanding
Hi! Today I subscribed to an EliteSingle offer. I thought EliteSingle was a site that could get you in contact with people from your region or your country. What I got is EliteSingle Wilmington, USA. I'm sorry but I have no point in trying to date women from the srates, I live in Québec, Canada. Please, give me back my money so I can register from an EliteSingle for my province, Québec. It gives me 3 supposedly matches but They're all the same guy. Then it tells me I have 11 messages but only 3 can be seen.. what a scam.. I want my refund.. plus I've had 3 scams that I was able to connect to.. what kind of *** site is this?? I want my refund please!!

The quality is not elite at all! Customer services is lax. Your daily matches are weird. They don't respect your search criteria. They don't care if you like it or not. They'll automatically charge you anyway and try to steal your money. In my opinion J4Date.club is the best and most reliable dating site. They have always been decent and honest. I met my girlfriend there but sadly we broke up two months ago, so I'm back in the dating pool again. But I must admit it was a mistake to join Elitesingles. I didn't meet any woman who would fit my search criteria. I will go back to the site that gave results previously. I've had enough of experiments with my money and heart.

Since last night I get email notices that someone has messaged me. When i tale action to contact. I get referred to a page that has the website address with a padlock icon just before it. Why am I locked out of my account. You had better have some answers Michael Pryce MD

To Cancel my 6 months subscription and refund 4 unused months.
I believe that Im been taken advantage if.. not only by scammers on your site but to charge and not refund the unused months and say there is 3 day cancellation. Not ok

Very difficult to use
People are complaining about the women not having photos but the site won't approve most of my profile. I am not sure what that's about but it feels controlling and dishonest. I wrote the company after an hour of trying to find away to contact them and have heard nothing. Not very encouraging for such an expensive site.

After my refund was deposited My refund was taken right back out of my account. And Im emailing them calling them and they wont connect with me. To explain why my refund was taken back out after it was just deposited. And Im still just receiving the basic plan

I'm am pissed because I can't get any help
I signed up and I cant even login! They took my payment and I cant get any help or my money back!!! I feel so taken advantage of! This is not right and they should not be in business! How can I get this problem resolved!!! No one will help me or even refund my purchase!!!

The website never worked, need a refund ASAP
I signed up paying $ 113 on May 20th. I was NEVER able to use the website. I receive notifications to my email account, when I click on the profiles from my email a blank page opens up with word "none". The suggessions shown in my email notifications does not fall into age category I requested either. This site is useless. Please refund the money ASAP.
