Basaglar pens not working and pharmacy will not fill if we finish them early. We were advised to call Lilly company. I just need pens to work so my husband can do his insulin. Today it was the third pen that didnt work

Cost of Monjaro
I am 68 years old. I am on Medicare and have Part D coverage. In January 2023, my doctor prescribed me Monjaro. The personal cost to me for Monjaro for January, February and March was $45.00 per month. However, for the months April, May, June, July, August, September and October the personal cost to me jumps to $575.00 per month! In the months of November and December I fall into catastrophic need and the personal cost to me drops again to $45.00. For 7 months of the year, I have to pay $575.00 per month. I was all set to retire, but now I cannot because of my medicine costs!!! I contacted Eli Lilly and for some reason you don't offer any financial help to people who are on Medicare. This is causing me to be depressed and affecting my mental health adversely. I contacted the PAN foundation and they no longer have any grants for Diabetes Type 2. I have even contacted Florida pharmacies that deal with Canadian and Mexican drugs, but they don't carry Monjaro. I have worked since I am 16 years old. I am tired. I need to retire. .The information was solid. In communicating with the young person, it seemed that she was trying to get thru me to whatever. I tried twice to slow her down to make sure at my age of 81 that I was understanding her description of the effects. She may have been having one of those days...understood. Prescription program
I contacted company before Christmas about getting help with prescription and was approved for assistance. They were supposed to have spent paperwork for myself and doctor to fill out. Have heard from them since. Their product Jardiance is to expensive. I would really like for some kind of assistance or answer please

Need to talk to Customer service representative
After a couple of my communications with Lilly, I have still not received the Lilly Diabetes, Self-Care Diary's that I requested, nor have I received a communication on the status of when I may receive them.

Trulicity pen failure

I can't say I'm pissed about the medication since the first time I tried to use it the pen failed. I'm extremely passed at manufacturing company trying to reach them is like trying to sit down face to face with God and have a conversation. I tried yesterday put on hold 4 hours then disconnected tried today 2 hours on hold then disconnected. Tried to call the switch board only to be told there is not a person to be transferred to I have to keep trying the other number in hopes someone actually answers...SERIOUSLY I'm going without my insulin because of Eli Lilly the makers of trulicity

No customer service
Waiting on hold for more than hour is not acceptable. Some respect for the patients using your drugs would be great while I am on hold for over an hour I am taking time off from my job which I can't really afford. I have three malfunctioning pens and I can't afford to just lose them.

Can't get my Mounjaro prescription filled. No product available
Lilly says no shortage. I am at a loss why I cant get my prescription filled. Hope the problem can be resolved so I can get my prescription .

Humalog Kwik Pen Jr - Plunger seizing
I have had no less two full boxes of Insulin pens lock up and become unusable after only a few doses. The plunger will freeze and you can't turn the dial nor can you depress the plunger. They are all the same Lot # and same expiration date. My pharmacy is refusing to replace them. I assume that you will stand by your product and replace these pens.

"Beyond Extremely long Delay" in getting someone to answer my call.
I got my last Humalog Krik Pen 100 ml on 10/22/22. The Insulin in One of the 5 Kwik pens was jammed in the cartridge. My Walgreens pharmacist told me to get a prescription from my Endocrinologist, Dr. Vita Anksh in Naples, Fl and then call Lilly to get a voucher to replace the defective Kwik pen. I have been waiting over an hour and a half for someone to answer my call. When I did finally get some one to answer she said she would stay on the line with me as she transferred the call. A LIE, she didn't remain on the phone with me and the consultant she transferred me to, never picked up. Oh, yes, and if you leave your phone number they never call you back. You need to make longer hours to all remaining calls to be answered. I am thoroughly disgusted with how you run your company. Please get more consultants who can take our calls. It's not right that Diabetics who use your product are put through this. Expiration Date is 06/10/2025, Control Number D518827A, Serial Number 228111****40. Trulicity refund
Trulicity gave me severe side effects: stomach pain, bloating, acid reflux, I can't take it it anymore. I bought 12 pens. I have 9 to return. I asked for a refund of my $615.18 and I haven't received a reply.

I HAVE been taking trulicity for 4 months had my first needle than did not work I got no dose needle came little could not see plunger squirted liquid on my stomach . burl rawlins 6867 e 700 south columbia city indiana 260-396-**** CALLED COMPANY LILY SAID THEY WOULD SENT REPLACEMENT $3100 BOX OF FOUR SHOTS 2 DAYS TO PHARMACY. 2 DAYS PASTED NOTHING HAD TO CALL AND WAS TOLD LILY'S VOUCHER DEPARTMENT IS OVER WORKED AND WAS BEHIND IN FILLING REPLACEMENT ORDERS. IN ABOUT 2 HOURS I GOT A FREE BOX OF 4. I WAS TOLD YOU ONLY GET ONE REPLACEMENT PER YEAR . I HAVE HAD 2ND NEEDLE FAILURE SINCE I GOT THE FREE BOX. I AM CHANGING MEDICATION. THE COST OF trulicity IS NOT WORTH THE COST FOR SUCH CHEAP NEEDLES.
