I didn't receive my order
I have ordered some thing on the 19th and I still have not received it and I paid $10 extra for it to be the quicker. I still havent gotten it I dont want my money back for the product please if somebody could give me a call 843-318-**** because when I called the number I said its not in service, so did I get ripped off or what right now thats what I feel Im sorry I if somebody could please give me a call at 843-318-****. I have the account number to the product that I had ordered. I got I took a picture of it and Im hoping that I get my product soon and if I do, I will come back and read how good it was right now Im sorry to be disappointed that I have not received my product and Im still waiting I paid 3299+ I paid $10 for it to be shipped quicker and I still havent got it and I already received todays mail so I know it didnt come today either

Do not buy from Element Vape!! No quality control!
DON'T DO IT. I have been ordering from this company for some time and spent more than I'm willing to admit. I order the same flavor and brand of salt nice every time. The last order of salt nic I received was two bottles that were full of very dark yellow liquid (usually clear). Every time I try to use them in my vape, I get sick immediately. Realizing this may be a me issue, I used a bottle from a previous order to fill a brand new pod. No issues until I refilled it with the new liquid. Immediately, I started to feel sick when hitting it. I contacted the company assuming they would want to know and received a form email back letting me know "they have no control over the quality of products and thank you for choosing Element Vape". I elaborated and received yet another form email in response. Safe to say I no longer feel comfortable nor safe ordering form this company if they have 0 control over the quality of their products and 0 customer service to resolve issues.

Couldn’t get my order cancelled
I had an address saved which I moved from that address so I changed it to my current address and when I hit confirm it changed it back to my old address and it hasnt gotten sent back to the post office so I lost out on both the products I ordered.

This is the fourth time I've ordered from this company and they use GLS shipping service they do not deliver on the right days they say they are and then they lie to you when you reschedule it was sent back to the shipper element vape and they would not let me call them to reschedule like the note on the door said I missed the whole days of work do not order from this company this is a bad company do not order from them you're shipping will never come to you this is the fourth time I've had an issue every time I've had an issue ordering from them

Horrible. Ive spent well over $375+ since March and had planned on continuing to buy till this issue. My first purchase was a new mod starter kit. It broke and needed tape to hold it together within less than six weeks. Finally mid June I was able to buy another. Bought a whole different brand. So I got a new starter kit, 4-2packs of batteries, a new 4 well charger, juice, and three packs of coils for the new mod. Order came in fine. Was annoyed cause both times I was forced to pay for adult signature yet both boxes were left at my front door. Bye $7 per order. No complaints about the new mod. Love it. Beautiful color. My issue is the added coils. The mod had a quick link to what was supposed to be compatible. So I ordered what showed up. Went to change last night and to my surprise the coils are wayyyyy to small! So I now have three packs of useless coils ($12.99 per pack so $38.97). I contacted the company and they were downright RUDE. Long emails short. Said I can send the unopened coils back (so only Two of three) but Im responsible for shipping again. So youre telling me because of yalls listing error (the coils should have never been attached to the mod if they didnt work!!!) Im now out the cost of one pack because of course I had to open it to find out it didnt work PLUS shipping them back? Its cheaper to throw them away! Its easier for me to order online versus get to a local shop but I will never order from this site again. So much wasted money and RUDE customer service

Element Vape won't refund me $82
After many times of asking about my vape order from April 14th 2023 It was late May and I tried to ask at least 4 times where my pkg. was in shipping.I received their typical email telling me nothing. The delivery person left a sticker on my front door notifying me that I had missed my vape delivery by CTS shipping at 8:21 am on 6/8/23. I wasn't home to accept it. Also they provided 2 different means of shipping included. They should have my phone number on my Element Vape Account. Even 2 years ago it was a good company the delivery person would call me to be sure I was home to sign proof of age. Two orders total was close to $82.00 that should be refunded to me. This is theft and I will be going through legal means to get a refund! Tried to email them. Their email address is INVALID.

Horrible Shipping
The order I placed mid last month still hasn't been delivered (coming up on 3 weeks now for shipping). The last order I placed was similar timing and took about 3 weeks to be delivered. On top of that they charge an insane amount on their shipping and other fees now. When I started shopping on their store it was fast and cheap, not it's exactly the opposite.
