Never going to purchase this product again

Customer service cant get a hold of terrible service but on hold while they repeat same two minute wait and never respond

TV only lasted one Month

Christmas present from our children. We used it in our bedroom, maybe 1 hour a day, if that. Was not hooked up for us to use it until sometime in January. Contacted customer service, Its now April!! One lie after another. Send the broken tv back we will send you a refurbished replacement. Doesnt seem right (REFURBISHED). Now there isnt a refurbished replacement in their warehouses anywhere. Bottom line if you buy an Element TV and it doesnt work after very little use, dont except any help from anyone in Customer Service any time soon. So Im out of a TV and will never know if Ill see another one to replace it. TERRIBLE TVS and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Firmware update

They said wait time was 3 min. Then after 6 min on hold said they are experiencing higher than normal wait time and made me leave a message.

Can't access manual menu without remote

I need to connect my tv to wifi and I can't access the menu I don't think there's a menu button .I don't know the model but it's the one with the power button in the middle,volume on top n bottom n,n channel sides and it's located on the bottom right corner of the back of the TV

TV only 3 years, it does not work, no help to fix

I called a few times, long waiting. Asked to leave a call back number, but nobody called back. Finally got chance to talk with someone, but the answer no help at all. So disappoint with the customer service and so disappoint with the product.

They didn't answer and I really need help

My Roku TV is on a black screen only, and I could still hear the audio, but I cannot see anything on my TV try to reach customer service and whatever the other one is called and it did not work so I'm going to be suing and these people are going to owe me a lots and lots of money so please call me back or something

The advertised cost that was totally refundable for customer service for my element tv was not what appeared on my paypal account. It read $56. I will report it to paypal!!!

I did not get any help from customer service using the 888 telephone number or the chat!!! Don't but any Element products!!!

Fraudulent advertising

I did waste a bunch of time and gas contacting customer service, their website, the site and online help was useless and not understandable, the phone help made it clear they were fraudulent and discriminatory.

company refused to register my product for extended warranty because I do not have a smart phone. Product was returned. This is discrimination and fraud and the tv was defective anyway. I have proof but this site refused to accept my file no matter how many ways I tried so not wasting more time on this or this useless "consumer" site

Bad tv and policies

ianyy other barandI bought a roku TV, company would not let me register it for the extended warranty because I do not have a smart phone, I wasted hours on the computer and phone over that. Didn't need to anyway since the thing was defective. I would keep flipping back to main menu over and over again, lose audio in the middle of a shoe, had major problems connecting (I have 2 computers and another TV with no problems) and I wasted hours restarting the useless thing until I took it back and went somewhere else to get a different brand. Never buying another element ever again, not wasting my time on them again except to tell everyone I know how bad they are. Since this sire refuses to accept my proof you earn my scorn as well

Will not honor their warranty

So one month later, still nothing. About two weeks ago, I decided to write directly to the president of the company including all of the documentation to make it clear that the TV had been registered and should be covered. You'd think that there would be, at least, a...

Bought a 50 inch Roku tv in Nov of 2021. Registered it per their instructions to get two year warranty. Company sends two emails asking for me to review their product within 10 days of registering. Fast forward 13 months. TV craps out - display works intermittently. Reach out to Element for assistance. Website automatically fills in my contact info and serial number. Then the adventure begins. 13 emails back and forth as Element claims my tv wasnt registered. Denies the claim and, when pressed as to how they got my email address and serial number, all I get are the automaton reply emails. Looks like Ive learned a $300 lesson but I wont put their trash on my wall again. Just hope I can save someone else from this nightmare. Stay away.

Cannot registrr my tv

Says my reciet is not for tv is not any good, I even put the serial number from back of tv with everything they ask for

Was asked for one.

I will not give out my credit card information. All I needed to know Is-- some of the words on my working Element remote have rubbed off. Was only needing to know what they were. I t is not allowing me to add a photo, which would make it clear what I am needing help with.

My TV will not turn on

Horrible customer service waited for 25 min to talk to someone to think issues were solved to come amd find out they weren't asked to speak to manger he refused to get a manager very rude and no problem solving skills what so ever will never by from this company again

Resolved: Stay away from element electronics The TVs are garbage

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I still would not buy an element electronic TV.

I bought a 70-in Smart TV from these guys and a less than 2 years I had no picture 9 months after buying it at contacted them and told him I was having problem I had to go into the hospital because of covid they never replied to me Now that I'm out I'm trying to resolve the issue and they're telling me the warranty is over The customer service is third graded they send you a bunch of generic emails and never answer none of your questions it's a miracle these guys are allowed to sell these garbage in the United States I had to get the BBB involved and the federal trade commission and now it seem like I'm going to have to get a personal attorney My case number is eu162-**** look it up it's a nightmare I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy
