My EA account got banned out of nowhere

So me and my friend were playing apex then our account got banned and I want my damn account back I didn't just spend $10.81 on you *** game to get banned for no reason at all

I was overcharged.

I bought something on Sims Mobile for $9.99 at the beginning of July, however I never recieved what I bought. Earlier today, July 30th I decided to try again because it still hadnt given me what I paid for however it charged and didnt give me anything again, so I tried one more time and finally got what I was paying for but I want my $19.99 back, since I never got anything with that money.

Madden 23

Not letting me launch, crashes every time 2 seconds into launching. Ill double click on the game and the window will pop up but will close out immediately.

Still not unbanned, plus they haven’t explained why…we don’t know why we are banned!!! EA is not being fair at any point!!!

They are mad because I went with you guys and they are trying to blackball us!!!

Still waiting to get unbanned…EA doesn’t listen at all they think they are everything to everyone, but they need to be careful…they are not without blame!!!

We have been trying since July 25th 2023 to get this fixed, but they don’t want to listen to anyone!!! They have fixed it to where you can’t talk to a real person!!! It is very disappointing, because we spent hundreds of dollars on these teams and to have them jerked...

My grandson and my accounts have been banned from Madden 23, plusEA took all of our coins. This happened again back in 2021 and we havent purchased anything from online sellers. This is unacceptable because we have spent 100s of dollars on this game!!! Please unban our accounts. We have done nothing wrong, my grandson had purchased some in the past, but since we were banned we havent purchased anything except through Xbox or EA!!!

Can't download horse ranch despite preordering

okay, first of all, i get passed around from person to person like a *** blunt. nchilungbe, who finally told me that my issue was "fixed" (it wasn't), was the SIXTH person i've spoken to about this issue. i've also been contacted by krishna, jayesh, dabin, ali, and abhay. is this normal for ea customer service? because it's some *** "service" in my opinion. secondly, this issue HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. the order is listed as PROCESSING in my order history for the past 3 months. not completed, not pending, PROCESSING. (frankly, i don't know the difference between processing and pending, but at least SOME change would be indicative of SOMETHING happening.) *** the payment for the horse ranch expansion doesn't show up on my bank statement AT ALL. the only ea related charge is for jedi:survivor, which i purchased AFTER the horse ranch expansion. this is *** unacceptable.

I don't have my email anymore

My complaint is that I have an old account that I cannot get into because I do not have that email anymore. So I made up a new email like they said to do and I can't get into that one either. And I got over 70 something games that I would like to play with The Sims. Can someone get back to me please and thank you. I would like to play my game

Origin will not work!

This is ridiculous! Origin just stopped responding and goes blank after asking for login info. Ive trashed and reinstalled, Ive used the reset origin tool, Ive cleared cache. Nothing has worked. My macbook air is only 3 years old max. I want it to either work or I want a refund for every game Ive bought!

M24 Closed Beta Next Gen Discount

I found a message from a dev saying the beta has come to an end??? What the *** is this? I wont get the discount after yall deleted 3 of my franchises because u guys decided to end it a month after it came out and I didnt even get a chance to go in the game and pre order with the 50% off discount. Respectfully, I better get that discount that u guys promised me and everyone everyone else whose franchises got deleted because of your *** problems with your game. Why did u make the link for the discount in the closed beta ONLY FOR NEXT GEN?? Why isnt it in the same place for everyone and why did you close the beta a month and a half before the game even came out?? I was promised a discount, so please just open the beta back up.

My EA Account was Wrongfully banned on 9th of April 2023

Hello EA; I will email you again in till it is reverse and I will continue to do it in till it is changed or I speak to someone of higher authority Read the whole appeal please. I know you guys are tired of me constantly emailing you about my account being banned I know you have not done all your investigations because if you did you would seeing there is No hateful conduct being committed and the meaning of hateful conduct as is follows: "offense against a person or property motivated in whole or in part by an offender's bias against a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, or gender identity" The thing that I was banned for was this "Were not retarted" I'll make this simple look and read the sentences first word is were which gives you an indication that I'm talking about myself and my friend who is being attacked from the person we got into a game with the rest is saying Not retarted so there has been no directed attack on someone who is that when the person who was in my friends game recently and said "I hope you retard of friend is enjoying he's ban" in a xbox message that there is a hateful conduct as he is targeting someone who suffers from a disability and I myself is autistic and suffer from many disabilities and I also have multiple friends who suffer from autism and many other disabilities and they still get bullied on your game called Apex Legends a game that they love but cannot enjoy due to people being hateful towards them so as I will say this My account that I have put sweat and tears and hundreds of dollars into the game to get WRONGFULLY BANNNED while the rule breaker is still allowed to play continues to break the rules in your game. I will continue to email you about this in till the right thing is done because I was talking to one of your game testers and they think what you did is wrong and one of Apex most well known players and they believe I should have a second chance and if I screw up I stay permeant banned forever and you if don't listen to your community than that's mistrust my reasoning for the comment I made "were not retarted" is in self defense I was attacked and so was my mate and if you can't see that and refuse to unban me than you have sided with the person who makes people who don't want to play your game feel unsafe and not want to play the game anymore. I HAD AN OLD BANK CARD SAVED TO MY ACCOUNT... WHEN I LOGGED IN TODAY TO CHANGE MY CARD INFO, IT STILL SENT THE SAME OLD INFO TO MY BANK FOR VERIFICATION... THEREFORE... I COULD NOT BUY THE EXPANSION PACK THAT I WANTED!!! SPENT A LONG TIME ONLINE CHAT WITH SOME CHICK FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY THAT COULD NOT FIX THIS!!!

Installation problems

I'm extremely frustrated and sad at this point I just bought a complete Harry Potter sorcerer's stone PC CD-ROM or so I thought and I can't even play because I don't have the installation code. I'm willing to do whatever it takes I can provide any information you need this is one of my favorites from childhood was so excited to play again just to troubleshoot for 24+ hrs straight now. Missing content

I bought an expansion for a game on the EA desktop app and now no amount of finagling or workarounds will let me access it. Upon searching online, both with affiliate and third party websites, I found that none of the recommended ways to remedy the app's failing actually worked for me. If this is not rectified within a few days, I will be getting my money back.

Oh, I'd like to add that I have no intention of contacting my credit card company about this purchase - #1, it is 16 dollars. #2, they ban anyone who does this, and I'd like to actually keep my account.

I've got an Ultima Online account. EA bought UO in 2004. The integration with UO accounts has never been good. When they moved it to Mythic, it got even worse - they lost people's accounts entirely, bits and pieces of peoples accounts went missing, it was a mess. Now that they've moved on to Broadsword, the support from Broadsword themselves is OK, but the support from EA is abysmal, and the poor integration of the two account systems is still everywhere. I returned to the game after a 10-year break. There is little purchase history for UO on my EA account because of spotty record keeping on their part and the numerous moves/mergers they've done with companies. I was being advertised at to purchase the High Seas Booster on the launcher. I figured it was new and I didn't have it, because my account is 19 years old and I can't remember everything about a 23-year-old game. I purchased it from the EA store - at no point during the purchase process did EA warn me I already had this product. I discovered it only when I went to activate the product key on my UO account, and the activation failed. I confirmed via Broadsword support that the account already had High Seas on it, and that is why the key wouldn't work. When I came to EA to try to refund this, since its their shoddy system that allowed a duplicate purchase, I discovered just how much of a MESS, AN ABSOLUTE MESS the email support is. Every reply I gave via email would create a new case number. I was sent a reply from a customer support agent requesting a reply, with only one problem - the email was sent from an account you can't reply to. When I replied to the same case I already had open to respond to his/her inquiry, it closed the case on the EA website. So, I tried live chat. The person I was speaking to was not a native English speaker. This is common and not the rep's fault, so I did not take it out on her, but it was impossible for me to try to explain the concept that EA's system screwed up and sold me DLC I already owned, so even tho their policy states that refunds for DLC "aren't possible," I should get one. I did eventually get across that they messed up and an exception should be granted, and the rep said she'd escalate it to the "concerned" team...via email support. So a new case number, more friggin emails, and she put the case in the wrong game, so now I'm going to be speaking to some poor sucker handling Pogo, not Ultima Online. This experience is on the level with Microsoft support we had in the 90s, where you'd sit on the landline on hold for 4 hours and get hung up on. Please, for the love of god EA, fix this system.
