I did not want to renew my subscription yet they billed me for it anyway. When I contacted them about not wanting it because of what they were charging me - they said they cannot do that. Plus they have no working phone numbers to actually talk to a real person. So now my account is screwed il and I cant do anything about it.

Yes I have got a issue with Eharmony I started a subscription 27th July 2021 I thought it was a one off 2 year subscription and for some time I was looking to finish it then on 27th July 2023 I found money taken out of my bank account on the 30th July I contacted Jake S form Eharmony and he or she deleted my profile and is telling me that can't return my money back into my bank account so I have lost $310.80 with 3 days I am not very happy and I really want my money back Ps: I hope you can please help me

There are too many con artists on Eharmony because there is no screening at all. They dont provide any function to block people. The site is overpriced, taking into account that they automatically charge you for 6 months. There are better sites like J4Date.club which is cheaper (there are no overcharges and no auto-renewals there). They have proper screening and verification and, therefore more genuine and serious women. I like it better because value my time. By the way, Eharmonys personality test appears to be another time-waster. Its completely useless. I was matched with people who didnt fit my search criteria at all. My matches were either ridiculous or unresponsive. Eharmony isnt helpful at all. Useless service!

After looking at all these reviews and reaching out to customer service and not getting anywhere, they clearly took money off of my card $108 last month and trying to takeoff another $108 for this month for a 12 month subscription when my payment supposed to be 25 or 30 bucks a month after paying that 108 this company is a scam. And I will be doing everything I can to make sure you guys dont do it again to other people Im gonna be reaching out to BBB my bank and posting it on social media.

Pretty much a scam
The platform is too good to be true, and it is. Theres barely any people on the site and oh god, they charge INSANE rates. I thought I cancelled my subscription but no. I literally just got charged $167.70 for nothing. I dont even have access to the account anymore!

About 5 years ago I tried this briefly and instead of canceling, like I asked, all these years later suddenly Im charged for a year. No email no permission, just my hour plus of wasted rage multiple times long since. The only phone number listed here for them is cancelled, and Im now supposed to what, log on and chat we can help!! They say, they lie. Almost $400 for nothing except to ruin my breakfast.

Can’t get a hold of customer service people
Was charged full amount. Cant get a hold of anyone in customer service phone number keeps saying wrong number frustrating when you cant talk to a live person.

Trying to call customer service and they will not answer any of their phone numbers listed. Oh this is wonderful. They want you to use 100 words to tell you that their customer service is pathetic and nonexistent. I just received a PayPal alert that they have debited my account and theres no phone numbers no way to contact anyone at all. No way to Check whats going on I have never signed up with eHarmony and I think this is the biggest scam. They have been withdrawing money from my account for years and I have not caught it until now. Wonder if this is 100 words so they can except this one star review . Beware if you ever sign in they will charge you from now on and you cannot stop it.
