Terrible - buy your gift cards DIRECT
I ordered 2 Paramount + gift cards for a Christmas present and we could not get them to work on either Paramount's site OR on E-gifter. It was exhausting going back and forth via email with the rep from E-gifter. Though she tried hard to help, it just wasn't worth the brain damage and time spent to get them to work.

I have been trying to get my money back for the gift card that eGifter wouldn't allow me to send to the person I designated to be sent to my girlfriend and so I tried to send it to myself and I still
I bought a eGifter card and tried to send it to my girlfriend to her email address and eGifter declared that her email address was not a valid email address and yet I know it is!! Then I asked to get my money refunded back to me and instead of refunding my money back to me they decided to keep my money and put it into my wallet in the eGifter app!! And now I can't even get that card out to send to my girlfriend or to even get sent back to me and my email address!! So I am about to turn this over to the State of Texas Attorney General and take these people to Court in Texas here because this has gone way beyond Fraud and has become a Theft of my money and the Merchandise I have paid for!! At this point I just want my money back into my Bank account I bought it through!!

Can't login anymore
I always thought eGifter was a good site until I complained about cards even though I never had a problem with them but the person I sent cards to for a payment said they were fake but I never had any problems and I am done sending payments to her now but I can't use the site now and I liked them

Your site is not user friendly I received $300 gift via your site I cannot use I will request sender to ask for refund and never use site again Also you do not have custom service available for help

Impossible to contact a live person
I was scammed, and someone charged thousands of dollars worth of eGifter cards to my credit card. I cannot contact anyone at eGifter, and I'm desperate.

Hello , my name is Anatoli Ihnatsenka, I bought 2 Gift Cards from your website, for my wife Veronika Ihnatsenka. It was Lululemon $350 and Baby Gap $300. We never received any emails from you , no cards was received. Very upset about it !

Hi there Ive talked to customer support twice and they told me there is nothing wrong with the two cards that I purchased which are Visa vanilla gift cards. I have now tried to use them online at 36 different places with one and 52 different places with the other one the card always says decline, I am not trying to use them out of the US or at any other company stated in the agreement that is not feasible. I have now two $50 gift cards that are worthless and nobody can help me. You also told me to call Visa and I did that and they told me to call back to you , if you buy an online gift card, you should be able to use it for whatever you want because its your money. I have spent hours trying to use these two stupid gift cards and Ive tried to use them every which way possible when I even go to your site to activate a replacement card, the card cant even be recognized- when I call customer service, it says that it does not take messages and to chat online. When I do chat online, they ask me all of these dumb questions if Im typing everything incorrectly or if Im copying the card correctly and I have to start over explaining my situation. I write reviews for a living and I know how important it is to not write bad reviews unless you mean it but I am seriously considering writing the longest *** review about your company because quite frankly, do you sell gift cards that cant be used. No I apologize if I seem upset but I am. All I wanna do is use a gift card online wherever I want to within the US and have it freaking work. I gave you my money for no reason and until this is sorted out, I will continue to try and contact somebody that has a heart and will help me to regain my money back whether it be in a gift card form that actually works or returning my money. Been 5 months and still haven't resolved it or even been in touch they robbed me and it's over a $25 Google play card when I purchased all together 5 $100 visa gift cards and 1 $25 Google card. Wow this place sucks!

I purchased a Google play card along with 5 $100 visa gift cards and the Google play card is no good. They told me it was Google not the card. I contacted Google and they insured me it was the code and card #. I then contacted egifter back and they are just giving me the run around and still haven't refunded me or gave me a new card! Do t shop here!
