After the first bouquet that didn’t resemble the picture I had chosen from The second replacement was no better and was dropping petals when it arrived

As above Totally let down and now they are not even replying to my emails I was hopeful when they sent a replacement bouquet but it was even worse than the first !! See photos

Couldn’t change delivery date after numerous tries by email(no satisfactory response) by telephone (continuously engaged) l. Wrong flowers delivered - they were horrible!&

Customer Services!! Dont exist!!! Absolutely diabolical! Have never known anything like it!! Horrible flowers delivered for my son & daughter-in-laws anniversary. I was very disappointed when I saw the photograph that they sent to me.

Received dead flowers

Received my 24th anniversary flowers few minutes ago, its arrived DEAD ready for the bin.. my husband only ordered it few hours ago!!

Poor delivery service

On Wednesday 19 July they delivered some letter box flowers to me. I was not home and they were left by my front door but very well hidden behind a large shrub. It would appear that no attempt had been made to locate my letterbox which is, in fact, in my main entrance at the side in full view of anyone walking down the drive. Consequently no note was left either so I was unaware of the delivery. It was only 4 days later that I was made aware and after a thorough search finally found them secreted in the shrubbery. Needless to say they were in a rather sorry wilted state. This was extremely disappointing both for me, and for my sister who had arranged and paid for the delivery of fresh flowers as a birthday surprise. I would suggest the delivery driver should have spent a bit more time to locate a suitable delivery point or tried a neighbour. Unfortunately following my experience I would not recommend this delivery service.

Flowers are dead

Flowers where ordered for the 15th. They only come today. And there dead. They have been in the box. All wkend. I want a refund.

Non delivery

I have tried to call no response I have emailed earlier no response Flowers not delivered yesterday for recipient birthday I paid extra for Sunday delivery I need to receive a full refund for this Order as not delivered. Please someone organise this asap or I will have no alternative but to take this further for non delivery.

Order mistake

I made a mistake on the delivery date my best friend is on holiday right now so ordered it to come on the 15th but I put the date wrong so the delivery has come and Im worried that roses will die before she gets back so I was wondering if I could get them resent please the package has not been opened

Flowers were delivered to someone else bad customer service

My boyfriend send me flowers from France he made a mistake with my address we contacted e flowers right away in less then 24 hours after order to update address they didnt care and ask us to track with Amazon I was left with no flowers from my boyfriend hes not around me and it was my birthday Im very dissatisfied because mistake is human but the fact that they didnt want to consider the mistake and update the address for me I didnt like that at all and this is the second time Im having issue with them first one was the quality of flowers and they refunded money at the end at list this is why I asked my boyfriend to get flowers from them this time the address Im done not happy at all .

Need to speak to a real person

I needed to oder flowers from Pink Florist and before I knew it it was Eflorist, but it was too late I paid £48.97 . I immediately asked for a cancellation request I sent four cancellation requests and I got an email today saying its too late to cancel the flowers have been delivered but nothing has been delivered. The money is pending I need the money back I have two little children. I am so disappointed.

Flowers damaged beyond use

Received flowers and both box and flowers damaged Half heads lying at bottom of box. Nightmare as no way can I give these to my daughter. Have tried to contact customer service since order arrived and NO Response!! So even the customer service is atrocious!

Flowers not delivered

Order No: IE311**** I placed and order Friday the 30th June for a Bouquet to be delivered to Mrs Anne Corcoran, Balinrogic, Whites Cross, Cork and paid the delivery charge of 9 euro's for Saturday delivery, at this stage on Saturday 1.7.2023 at 17.59hrs no delivery has been made. I therefore wish to cancel my order and have a full refund of 61.98 euro's paid back into my account. I am extremely disappointed with the service you offer and allegedly provide. Upset with the flowers sent

Lack of value for money £23 for 6 stems of flowers is disgusting ive messaged the company 3 times their explanation is when they are fully open it will appear more so they wouldn't do anything. It was a present for a diamond wedding anniversary I was really embarrassed when I saw them. this practice has to stop

Disgusted with flower order

They were dead when they arrived. No tracking notice was sent. Now my mothers birthday is ruined. And only 3 chocolates in the box.

Complaining

My flowers were ordered for next day delivery for a birthday, the tracking information all day stated only dispatched and not out for delivery! They did not arrive! Now the tracking states that delivery is running late, but no update of when this will be delivered! On top of that, there is no way of contacting an actual human! Even the live chat option isnt there!! I am very displeased with this service, and will never use again!! Back to interflora I go

Absolute rubbish

Flowers arrived a day late. After paying £23.99 for a medium bouquet, there were very few flowers and they we're badly crushed. I feel disappointed, angry and embarrassed, as they were for a birthday present. I have shown a bunch of flowers from Morrissons which cost £10 00 with the white chrysamthemum I am requested a full refund

And no 1 seems to wanna speck or get bk to ya it's a joke!!! Still not arrived and still took my money and still no nothin from these ppl
