Still awaiting a refund

Hello. Efaucets owes me several hundred dollars on a large return earlier this year. The last time I spoke with somebody, they said the check was in the mail. Our mail has been slowly forwarded to where we're staying in South Carolina and no check has come. The items were shipped to Christie Brooks, 98 Coggins Pt Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 I received return authorization slips and returned the items. I know they were received because I spoke with somebody in Customer Service multiple times. Would you please help me understand why I didn't receive my refund?

Are they out of business?

I bought a Kohler toilet from them and it was damaged in shipping, cracked tank impossible to use. When I went to contact them today, no dice. What to do?

BUYER BEWARE

Placed an order on April 16 2019 and promptly canceled the order the same day. They shipped the order anyway. Called them and I was told to refuse the shipment, which I did. Called back to see how long it would take to refund my money and was told 5 days. After 10 days with no refund I filed a claim with my bank. At day 14, I received a partial refund from them (minus the shipping cost to ship it back to them) even though they mistakenly shipped the order. They are shady at best and would not consider purchasing from them.

99 Efaucets Reviews and Complaints @ Pissed Consumer

Efaucets - Terrible place to order from I ordered a faucet sprayer on March 10th and they were paid from my credit card just after the order. Today is March 27th and I still have not received the order. The email from the order said they will email me as soon as the order ships, however I've checked my email. Don’t trust them

Sent me a damaged tub- sent a replacement , then told me it was up to me to dispose of the damaged one- cost me to get a truck. Return policy is not competitive- 60 days- better to go to Lowe’s who will price match and save you the hassle.

Unfair return policy

I bought a Moen Home-Care transfer bench for my aunt who had surgery for a fractured hip. I wanted to be able to allow her to get into my shower/tub. After putting it together it was too large for my small tub and did not fit. There was not enough room for it to leave any room for anyone to take shower. I disassembled it without being used, put it back into the box and now they refused to take it back because it was "assembled." I did not know that I had a tub that was 22" wide and 52" long. I believe it is an unfair policy and I regret buying from Efaucets. You have lost a future customer in me for sure. Patricia Ortega

Refund? Yeah right.

Ordered an "in stock" tub. Next day received an email saying it was delayed THREE months. Said to cancel it and refund. Nobody refunded me. Followed up a week later, they assured me it would be 1-2 business days. Two weeks later, still no refund. Like I have $1,500 sitting around in a bank account. And I still need a new tub. Have you tried to reach them on their website phone number? The one that's posted all over the site- front, back, "Contact us" page? 1-85*-745-****? Yeah. It calls "AT&T for business". It took me finding Pissedconsumer.com to even find a working phone number, for me to call them, and for me to be assured AGAIN, that I'd receive my refund. They lost me as a customer, and guess what? I'm about to furnish and replace every fitting, valve, tub, toilet, and shower in my house. Someone else gets my business, happily so.

Cheap and cheaper and dishonest

The gist of it is that they sold a cheap product for a lot of money, and refused to take it back with the excuse that it was "custom made". I have filed complaints with Amex, BBB and DATCP. Never before have I done this, that's how upset I am. Copy of complaint: On November 9, 2017, I placed an order with this company (through their website, efaucets.com) for a towel rack. Here is the link to the product page: https://www.efaucets.com/detail.asp?product_id=dt-28-24-pc It took three months for the product to be delivered. Then it sat in its box for another three months because our contractor was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He finally came today, and when he took the towel rack out of the box to install it, we realized that the quality was (very) poor and that furthermore, it was not right for the designated space. I called eFaucets promptly (at 5:18PM local NY time) and spoke to someone by the name of Brenda. She refused to take back the product because she claimed that it was "custom made", and therefore could not be returned. I would like eFaucets to accept a return of their junky, highly overpriced item (still in its original packaging) and to reimburse me for it. The product page does not mention that the item is custom made and therefore cannot be returned. The company offers a 60 day no hassle return, which has effectively expired. However, I believe that the very tardy delivery and my contractor's illness should be considered extenuating circumstances. I am happy to provide the contractor's name and number for verification, if necessary. I am very disappointed by the business practice of eFaucets and have also commenced a dispute through American Express.

Shipped me damaged and or used goods

They shipped a Kohler bathtub 3 separate times and all were damaged and had to be returned. And with ground delivery they ask for a 4 hour delivery window so multiple deliveries is pain, they only showed up once on time! The wont pick up the last tub, they said for me to "dispose" of it, what BS. All of these tubs appeared to have been previously damaged or shipped. I think they just send this stuff out hoping a home owner will accept one. Avoid this company, zero customer service. I've used Build.com with no issues so you might look at them.

This site sucks

Ordered a light fixture which didn't work out. I have now spent weeks trying to return it. Customer service has a million excuses. I have spent hours online chatting and they never can do anything. I am now looking at doing a charge back and all the issues with that process. Save your time and sanity. You will not regret passing this site by. Prices look good, but it is just a tease. {{redacted}} DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Customer service lies

I ordered a faucet with an 11 week lead time on October 6. I was informed in early December it would arrive on the 18 or 19th. I emailed them on the 20th and they ‘had just been informed it wasn’t available until May’. Do not trust them

Terrible place to order from

I ordered a faucet sprayer on March 10th and they were paid from my credit card just after the order. Today is March 27th and I still have not received the order. The email from the order said they will email me as soon as the order ships, however I've checked my email many time and I never got an email that my order shipped. I've been on hold for a long time just to get to customer service and find out where my order is. After seeing other review on here and my experience I will never order from the company again!!!! I needed this product quickly because my faucet doesn't work well without the sprayer.

A complete ripoff

I ordered Gatco toilet tissue holder to match towel holder, etc that I purchased at lowes in Alexandria. I'm a senior citizen so I called in order to be sure I got the right finish. I said brushed chrome she repeated it. They sent polished chrome by mistake. Disappointed but no big deal. WRONG!!! After several frustrating phone calls to customer service they said I ordered the wrong thing! They listened to phone call. It cost me $17.00 to send it back by ups- had to send it back same way as received. Also a 15% restocking fee. I paid with bank card - no credit to my account as yet. So a 35.00 plus tax toilet holder cost me $22.25 to return. This has to be a CRIME.

Slow ship, incomplete product, unaffordable returns

Order a Blanco sink 440207 on 10/07 after 3 calls to find out why same sink was Iisted with 3 different sku #s and 2 different prices. My order was 1 of 3 new in box return items discounted over $100. After being assured the sink would arrive in perfect condition or I could return it.... and get a replacement in short order... I made the $404 purchase. Sink arrived 10/11. Here were no sink brackets or a template in the manufacture'a box, sink in new condition. Per efaucets instructions I called to return as incomplete/damages. The customer service rep told me it would take no time to get the template and brackets. It took 3 1/2 weeks... during which time Iconstantly called to the obtain status of the items. Attempted to return within the 30 limit because I was still missing the template... they wouldn't allow an incomplete/damaged return because the replacement parts were on order. I waited a month to get what I bought to be usable. It finally boiled down to...I had to have sink before they got the parts delivered or hold up my building schedule. Now I have a $404 sink that will cost me $194 to ship back. Aren't you so happy for me that they waived the $$80.80 restocking fee? NEVER USE EFAUCETS IF YOU NEED A PRODUCT IN A TIMELY MANNER OR IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE YOU MAY TO RETURN IT. YOU WILL GET STUCK WITH A HUGE RETURN BILL OR AN UNUSABLE PRODUCT. DONT DO IT. SHOP AMAZON!!!

Efaucets Shipping Service Review

Bogus Return Policy

I ordered the wrong toilet seat. I called the company requesting an exchange - and ordered the correct toilet seat (paid again) but was instructed not to return the wrong one until I was given a return authorization number. I was told that I would receive this via email in 3-5 business days. After a week or so - I called again - was told I would receive the RGA (return authorization number in a few days). Another week or so passes (I have received the correct toilet seat and installed it) and no RGA# and I call again. Finally they email me the RGA# (after 3 requests) with a long series of instructions on how to return. This includes different packaging that it came in and a different address than the return label that came with the shipment. To follow the detailed instructions to the letter - it cost me $46 with UPS and eFaucets charges a 15 percent restocking charge - in other words I'm paying more to return this than the original cost. How bad can a company get????? I wonder what it's going to take to get a refund for the returned toilet seat - haven't taken that on yet.
