Slow churned chocolate chip
I cant seem to find this flavor at King Kullen supermarkets. The representative wasnt too sure if it was still being made. You already discontinue French Silk which is very unfortunate. You use to have so many wonderful slow churned varieties. I see way too many vanilla in the freezer case when I shop. Hope you can help Bob Byer

Im very upset that you decided to cancel French Silk(I only buy slow churned flavors) and Im finding it very difficult to find SC Chocolate chip anywhere in my area. The representative mentioned that it might be found in Stop&Shop stores. I truly wish that was possible but several years ago that store and Edys had a situation so S&S decided not to carry your wonderful ice cream. I go to King Kullen near me (11563) but still cannot find chocolate chip. Ive been buying Edys for decades and have asked you to put a safety cover on your containers but to no avail. Im finding too much vanilla on the shelves. You once had many delicious lower fat varieties but Im seeing less of them. My first flavor with Edys was Chiquita & chocolate which was my familys favorite. Hope to hear from you. My cell is 516-808-****. Thank you Bob Byer

No regard for public safety. Give run around answers
Continued concern regarding safety seals on packaging. Been disregarded about my concerns. Look on YouTube of kid opening ice cream and licking the top of the ice cream ! I have been concerned about this for years, no statements have been made regarding changes to Edy's packaging practices. I would think putting in the equipment to ensure customers safety and peace of mind should be high on your list.

No seal on ice cream… Is there usual packaging?
I just brought home some Edys ice cream from a Publix. They were buy one get one free neither one had any kind of ceiling nothing around it and nothing inside of it. You open the ice cream you open the top and there's the ice cream I'm concerned about eating this no ceiling at all. Is this the way all your ice cream is packaged. Please let me know if I should consume this or not.

Bought oreo ice cream, it had strawberry in it. I am allergic to strawberry. My lips puffed up and had trouble, breathing had to take bennadryll because of it.

No safety seal on drumstick vanilla ice cream container
I recently bought Oreo mint and vanilla drumstick flavored ice cream. The Oreo mint had a seal and the drumstick one did not. It makes someone like me who is very health cautious VERY concerned when there is no safety seal whatsoever. Would have taken it back, but my boyfriend had already started eating it. Luckily everything looked, smelled, and tasted fine but come on. You can't just pick and choose which containers have safety seals and which ones don't.

About no protection film over the vanilla ice cream at Dollar General in Holt Michigan
My complaint is the vanilla ice cream Edys I purchased one today from dollar general, and when I got home, the protection film was not over it and actually I checked them off at the store. The vanilla had none on the containers just the lid I also checked the vanilla caramel they had all the protection covers on those, so what is the reason why theyre not putting a protection film and like vanilla containers and this also happened last week with the vanilla just want to let you know that I dont know if it will be safe to eat. I really love this ice cream and it just really upsetting. I cant eat it because of that. Thank you so much. And I cant add a photo and I cant do none of that stuff. Im a senior citizen and its just too hard for me.

Butter pecan ice cream is gritty and tasted old.
I went to dollar general and bought butter pecan. When i got home i noticed there was no seal or plastic protecting the ice cream so i took it back and they said all edys ice cream is packaged without a seal..anybody could tamper with the product..very unsafe..i couldnt get my money back so they exchanged it..i get home and the ice cream texture is very gritty and felt like sand in my mouth. I will never purchase any edys products again.

Customer service we have purchased French Silk ice cream for over 20 years. Out fo nowhere you decide to discontinue this product... I have bought 5 cartons a month for years.. Why is it discontinued?
Discontinued French Silk ice cream... WHY? This is literally the only flavor my husband ate nightly before bed. Every one has vanilla and chocolate but no other brand makes French Silk ice cream and we loved it!! My grandchildren will tell you it was the only ice cream in my freezer ever and now it is discontinued. We are so disappointed as I have called and drove to all the stores here in Kansas city that carried it and there is no longer a tag in the freezer for it... EDY"S WHY??? Flavor French Silk 1/2 the fat Icecream
Dear Sir,s; I have been told that you retired this flavor French Silk !!! Honestly I dont understand why or how you could when there is nothing else like it anywhere in other companies,Every company has Chocolate or Vanilla,but seriously not the French Silk! Its been my and so many others go to Icecream for along time and now we are all so upset Please bring it back please! Please bring it back !!! You retired this flavor Why ??? Its been awful on so many people including myself. Other companies have chocolate and vanilla like yours why not that one but not French Silk!!! There is a petition going around now that hopefully helps , how long that will take dont know . So I am very upset

To whom it may concern , I'm writing because I went to the Dollar General in my town and bought me my favorite ice cream so I thought, I bought the Edy"s Cookies & Cream 1.5 qts but once I opened it and started to scoop me some I realized that what I bought was a cookie and cream , cause it was more vanilla without the cookies .

Peppermint candy ice cream no longer the same
I've I've been a loyal customer of Edy's for years, but the only thing I ate was the peppermint candy ice cream. The flavor was perfect, and it was so creamy that I would blend it with my spoon until it was like a soft serve to eat it. I would stock my fridge with up to seven at a time until the fridge was full. I had this ice cream in the summer when everyone else had ran out because I stocked so much of it. When the season came around again, the ice cream changed from pink with peppermint pieces in it to white with peppermint pieces in it. It tasted the same, granted, but I've always known peppermint candy ice cream to be pink since I was a kid. I kept buying it, but I believe 4 years ago they stopped selling it anywhere in the Walmarts. I went to Ingles, Kroger, and even too small stores looking for them, and they were nowhere in the Atlanta area that I could see. I had to switch to the Mayfield brand, which wasn't as good, and it was expensive. When Walmart came out with their own brand, I fell in love, especially when they lowered the price to under $2 each! They only had theirs for I believe 2 years, and they haven't had it for the last 2 years at least. I went looking for a peppermint candy ice cream this year, and lo and behold, I freaking found Edy's started making theirs again. I was so happy that I bought the only three that they had in the store. I went home to taste my prize only to find that the taste was off. I tried it on two separate occasions and found that it's nowhere near as sweet as it used to be and doesn't taste like peppermint candy at all. The ice cream used to have a wonderful taste to it and tasted like peppermint candy, but now it just tastes like vanilla ice cream with low sugar and peppermint pieces. This ice cream is too damn expensive for you guys to be skimping on what made it good for all these years. You go away for years and come back with an inferior product, what was the point? I can't be the only one who sees this, and I won't be buying any more in the future unless they change it back to the original product. How dare you higher the price yet lower the quality?

Gross white fuzz through out my chocolate ice cream
I am so aggravated about this the other day I was eating my ice cream and I had this feeling that I had fuzz in my mouth so I pulled it out checked my cup and there was a little bit and I just thought that I had dropped it in there somehow well I went to get a bowl of ice cream tonight and there was another chunk embedded in my ice cream of white thick fuzz with dirt in it so freaking disgusting now that I know that that's what was in my mouth the other night I literally just want to keep throwing up I just had surgery the last thing I need to be doing is throwing up! So disgusting I will never ever buy Edy's again

I found a large piece of metal in my ice cream after I bit into it and broke my tooth And can't seem to find a customer service number to report it
