I booked a ticket from edreams and today my account was deducted 66.99 pounds without purchasing nothing

I was debited 66.99 pounds from edreams prime that I didn't subscribe. Please I need my money back. I bought the ticket 2months ago and I paid fully for it, am surprised I was debited 66.99 again today. I just want my money refunded into my account or I should know why I was debited

Hi, eDreams' customer service support team, I'm Ban Tran, and the email for my account is bunbuntrannguyen@***.com. I have some problems with the subscription and I would like to help. In the photo attached, I was charged 2 times with lots of money for the subscription and I did not know I joined this program. That sucks and is unfair. Can I get a total amount refund in this case? How long can I get it then? I did not do it intentionally. I even called you lots of times and no response. Also, many other people get the same problem as me. It is not a professional service at all! Please help me! I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Refund my money

I purchased ticket from Toronto to Athen Greece . 105******** My first flight was from Toronto airport to Montreal on November 17 2022 when I arrived at airport Im rejected for boarding bc, my name was not on the list. Finally I got email from porter airline that e dreams Agency is taking our money and not paying the airline . From that day Im keep trying to selves my issues but, I did never getting correct response.

Urgent refund

I was scammed by e-Dreams during such a vulnerable time. I asked over and over for a week for them to process my refund. They replied at the last minute and suddenly couldn't process a refund even though I made a booking through them. They said only the airline can refund me but I know this isn't true because my flight was booked and paid for through the agency. My refund still hasn't been processed. I have used them for year and I have never had a situation where I needed a refund but my matter was handled with little care. The airline said over and over that I booked with e-Dreams and e-Dreams needs to reimburse the flight but I was told a story.

Dear Mr.& Mss, I bought a ticker through your company from Dublin to Bucharest. I payed 351,89 13/07/23. We confirmed my flight. We also sed me email that flight delayed. Then was registration and me said that you didnt send information for my name. I couldn't flight. All night I was in airport. You send ticket for me at 02.50. The plane had already flown at 01:30. Because of the you fault I couldnt on time to get to my destination and I lost money and my time. Return me, please, my money. Luggege double payment

my reservation no is 117******** the deal was double tickets flight frome Nice to Barcelona with Iberia airline ( Veuling ). the deal has been included payment for baggage in according the details as showed in the reservation. when i did check-in in Nice, airport terminal i was noted that i have to pay 90 E for our baggage before proceeding to departure gate. i had no choice or any option to argue with Veuling reprasentative . i showed to her the confirmation in order to approved my blaim but as i sayed : no one to eare or understent the bug in there system. i decided to pay 90 E and accomplishe the check-in and not get stucked in the terminal with arguments . therfore i demand my money back. thank you in advance

I have contacted eDreams several times about incorrect details(my name and DOB) on my ticket that I bought online and each time I was informed that it would take 72 hours to resolve. I have called 14 times to them over the past 19 days and each time I was told that the matter has been escalated and that it would be resolved in 72 hours. It hasn't been corrected even though their website does claim to fix/correct any error in the name with the airlines. I called a few minutes ago 5th July and told that they sent me an e-mail with instructions to correct the name, no such e-mail was sent to me.I have been monitoring my e-mails every 3-4 hours in case I was contacted about this issue. My flight is on 17th July, 2023 and if this issue isn't corrected before then I can't use the ticket. I suspect that I am being told to wait 72 hours every time as eDreams is delaying until past 17th July when nothing can be done for me. I even raised a complaint with their complaint line only to receive an e-mail informing me that they have the complaint. Problem: If when I was told on the 19th June, 2023 by the CSR that the issue would be corrected within 72 hours why hasn't it been corrected and why am I being told tp wait 72 hours each time I call or send an e-mail. I just called again today and they now inform me that the airlines have not responded to their request so that I have to wait 72 hours for the airline to respond. I am flying with Westjet/JAL and Eithad airlines and it's hardly likely that they won't respond to a request from a travel agency. However, I did call these airlines and they told me that they have responded and that eDreams was given details in what to do, I can't understand why they keep telling me that the airlines are not responding and the airlines are telling me that eDreams can correct the issue. I am sure that eDreams is just waiting until 17th July to inform me that the ticket is not usable and they can't do anything about it, so my entire fare is lost. However, JAL informed me that if eDreams don't assist me with the issue that they created that I should let JAl know so that JAL can penalize them. I will do the same for all the other airlines as well.

I NEED REFUND FOR MY SON - FOR OVER 5 MONTHS, I HAVE PERSUING FOR MY REFUND

MY NEPHEW WHO WAS AT THAT TIME IN CHINA BOUGHT AN TICKET FOR MY SON TO TRAVEL TO CHINA, APPARATELY MY SON WAS UNWELL AND HAD TO CANCEL THE TICKET AFTER READING THROUGH THE Ts AND Cs. AN EMAIL CONFIRMED TO THIS CANCELLATION AND ADVISED FOR A REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS AND THAT WAS IN MARCH, 2023. WE MANAGED TO GET ANOTHER AIRT TICKET FOR HIM TO TRAVEL TO CHINA AND CONTINUED TO PERSUE FOR THE REFUND FROM eDREAMS WHICH UP TO NOW (5 MONTHS HAVE PASSED) WITH NO SUCCESS. eDREAMS HAS THE SAME QUESTIONS WHICH LEAD TO NOWHERE, SEVERAL TIMES WE HAVE HAVE ASKED TO SUBMIT BANK STATEMENT WHICH LEADS TO NOTHING. THIS FLIGHT WAS AN EMIRATE FLIGHT, AND UPON SEEING NOTHING FROM eDREAMS, WE TOOK UPON OURSELVES TO CHECK ON EMIRATES WHO HAVE TOLD US BLUNTLY THAT WE DEALT WITH eDREAMS AS FLIGHT AGENTS AND NOT EMIRATES. YES WE PAID eDREAMS AS AN AGENT AND ALL WE GET AS FEED BACK FROM eDREAMS IS THAT EMIRATES HAS NOT BEEN RESP[ONDING TO eDREAMS' EMAILS. A WALK INTO EMIRATES OFFICES, CLAIMED THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION REGARDING A REFUND IN FAVOR OF OUR CASE FROM eDREAMS! I BELIEVE EMIRATES AND TO THEIR CLAIM THAT THE COMPANY IS BIG AND CANNOT FAIL TO REFUND A TICKET OF LESS THAN A THOUSAND EUROS. MY REFERENCE IS 112********

Flight cancelled and No response from eDreams

I had a reservation with Wingo in Lima airport to go to Bogota airport at 12:15 pm today on 05-03-2023 and I payed all with eDreams. I received an email by eDreams saying my flight has been cancelled by the company Wingo and they ask me if I wanted to be taken in an other flight by je same day 05-03-2023 at 6:40 pm in Lima Airport with the company Avianca to arrive in Bogota airport at 9:50 pm. I am currently at Lima Airport and I talked to Wingo personals and they didnt find me anywhere even I am register in their flight in the eDreams app. So I decided to call Avianca to see if the change of flight has been effective and they didnt find me as well. Lima Airport information point can not do anything for me. They just advice me to sait the Avianca personnal who will arrive at 3:45 pm. I am in the airport Since 9:00 am to try to find a solution very earlier. I try with pain to contact eDreams but I only have the chat who turns around and can not help me for more. I try to have a personnal to talk with to explain the whole situation but I didnt find any phone number anything only this « pissedconsumer.com ». Its scandalous. I tried all the phone numbers, the French one, the English one, the Spain one, the Venezuela also but I can not be in contact with them with my Peruvian phone number. My reservation situation in eDreams doesnt change. They said that they will contact me in 24 hours but it will be too late even for the other flight at 6:40pm. What am I supposed to do now ? When I try to find any link to change by myself the flight with the indications found by mail in the app, by computer, by phone, by evrrything, eDreams send me again to the Chat. I expose you all the screenshots of my only 2 mails that I received only by eDreams. Of course I didnt receive anything from the 2 companies, Wingo and Avianca, because they couldnt find me. eDreams took my money from my account without autorisation from the bank so it is a fraud, I report this to the bank in Romania and I wait to give my money back, I have the documents with this complain from the bank so it is illegal your action.
