Never received order

I still havent received the delivery for my wifes birthday! My order was never delivered. I could not get a live person. This was a surprise for my wife. I need a refund or a quick delivery and maybe I can speak to a live representative as soon as possible!

Received a gift from my workplace. One of the items was assorted chocolate. There was nothing on the box that stated it was perishable. My other gifts were nuts..

I called and spoke with Rizwan and supervisor, Syed. They were no help and just repeated their website says things could be perishable. This was a gift to me so I dont Go on websites where I have received a gift from. Poor labeling, terrible customer service and no resolution to my complaint. Their stuff is crap anyway! Stay away.

I've been trying to place an order but you guys don't deliver in my location. I live in Muskogee, Ok but you guys don't ship here anymore. Is there anyway I can get an order shipped?

Poor customer service

I placed an order out of Avondale AZ for same day delivery .. I just received a call from them telling me their driver is going home and wont be able to do it till tomorrow .. on west coast its 200 . My granddaughter is home today sick , not sure if they will be home tomorrow . Why wouldnt the manager take the initiative to deliver it herself ? And keep people happy ? Looking at reviews after this seems like E A. Is really heading in a bad direction!! Between your price increases and poor customer service .. Im very surprised corporate doesnt stay on top of franchises. 1 star. Bad reviews will crush the business model .. already 2 permanently closed in that area

Fraud

I ordered an arrangement for a retiring coworker on 7/28 to be delivered 7/31. The day it was meant to be delivered they called to say the recipient wasn't home but that they would try again the next day. They never tried again, never notified me, and never refunded me. I saw this coworker a few days ago and they confirmed it was never received. I called and spoke with Katelyn Lloyd who identified herself as the store manager. She was incredibly nonchalant and unprofessional, she sounded like a child. She flat out told me she didn't care that this happened, and said it's my responsibility to know they didn't deliver and ask for a refund. This is likely an ongoing scam to keep money without delivering goods. This is a month later and I was never notified.

Regarding birthday rewards.

I spoke with someone from the corporate Sye I believe his name was he was very rude, pretty much called me a liar. Very disappointing. My husband has spend hundreds of dollars here.

Was charged it more than before

I have sent two arrangements one in Arizona and the other one in Florida. Both was charge $87.41 but when I call your Charlotte North Carolina Store and place the same one I was charge $98.65. Which one should I pay more for a Charlotte North Carolina than I paid for Arizona, and a Florida I dont understand.

Order was not completely delivered and a day late

My 92 year old Aunt was waiting for the delivery since the 5th of July. It arrived ( half the order) today at 634pm The cake was never delivered. Tracking #w100*******-* I'm beyond disappointed in your company. I've left messages and no response. Clearly your company has no concern for not only delivering on time, but also not delivering complete orders

WILL NEVER ORDER EDIBLE AGIAN

I ordered a Mother's Day basket and it was never delivered at all! What a joke! I reached out directly to the local store in Portland Oregon and spoke with Eddie 3 times over two days with the goal of having the order delivered on Mother's Day. Was assured it would be delivered and Eddie also offered a free balloon. The basket was never delivered, however, my AMEX was billed $69.00! Will never use Edible again. I've used Cheryl's Cookies and Sheri's Berries and both offer terrific customer service and better product than Edible.

Wrong order sent and zero ways to get in contact with customer service.

Sent an embarrassing arrangement when I ordered the large size so it wouldn't be an ambarassement. Old fruit and not anywhere near the size, pieces or chocolate as advertised. No answer when calling. Left vm and tried corporate main number all the same run around never ending message system. Very scammy. Previous orders have all been great. Something has changed for the worse. Photo is after some were eaten but fist is before. Very sad.

Mother’s Day gift

Order has been placed after 12 pm and arrangements was not delivered until after 10pm. The suppose to be fresh cut daisies with chocolate covered strawberries was a mess. The ballon was the only thing that looked lively. Was not handled properly and the delivery time was unacceptable.

Completely desappoimment

Completely disappointed with my order, I need my money back. Terrible experience, the agreed day did not arrive the day I needed and I received less than what I paid. Paid $ 81.31 For this horrible fruit gift

Poor customer service; poor quality and missing item

I called on 2/13 to place an order for pick up on 2/15 in San Antonio, Tx. I live in Houston,Tx. I was trying to get the closest location to my daughter in San Antonio. I have called 210-376-**** everyday since I placed the order to confirm the address. I have left multiple messages and to this day no one has returned my call . My daughter did pick up the order but I will NEVER use this location again. When she picked up the order, it did not include a bear that I requested, they said a credit will be given to my account. I have not received a credit yet. I have not had any communication stating that will happen only that they told my daughter this at the store. Some of the strawberries were not edible. They looked bad. I called to discuss these matters, but have not been able to get through. I have used other locations in my area and have never had bad service or have not had poor quality of fruit. Im very dissatisfied with both customer service and the quality of the fruit. I would still like to speak to someone by phone regarding this matter. If I wasnt 4 hours away, I would go to the actual location to speak to a manager. This is unacceptable.
