Risking customers' lives

As a type I brittle diabetic & insulin pump/cgm patient, edgepark has been my medical supplies provider for close to two years. In that time they have completely run me out of supplies three times. When I called to tell them they'd run me out of what I need to stay alive AGAIN they told me to check myself into a hospital. Absolutely no taking responsibility or customer service. Extremely sloppy service with likely deadly consequences!

Business

Is this business used to be Liberty Medical Exchange? I had sent them product and have never received the money for them or never received the product back and I just wanted to follow up before I turn this over to a lawyer.

They ripped me off!

I sent in $210 worth of product. They will not pay!! I sent it in and they received it according to them and the tracking number. They just want your merchandise but they dont want to pay you!!

Never received payment

I sent liberty medical exchange some ozempic and advair as they said they would send payment for them. I never received payment. I called 3-4 times and was told they were sending a check. Today I tried to call and the phone is disconnected. I now see that they are advertising as Edgepark I guess I got scammed.

This company is incompetent

They repeatedly lie and manipulate the patients. Supplies are held hostage by their poor management and lack of efficiency. I have not received supplies from them since February 2023. Careplus my insurance carrier has directed Edgepark to send my supplies but they keep making up varied excuses for not doing so. I am begging Careplus to investigate Edgepark and to look out for the well fare of their patients.

Did not receive anything but an empty box

I sent Ozempic and Trulicity in a box from the company on April 11th, and they did not get back to me until the 24th. I was constantly sending emails to them on Facebook Messenger. When I heard back from them, they told me they can not use my products, and they will send them back. I waited for many days and still did not receive anything. I also texted them again, and they told me it was sent and give me the wrong tracking number. I then called today to see what is wrong, and then they told me, that my products were thrown in the garbage because they could not use them. All I got was a sorry.

I have not recieved my products back its been two months

I sent a box of Ozempic and a box of Trulicity on April 11th and kept checking on it since then. I thought things were ok because they said on the 24th they have received the kit and the Trulicity was damaged the Ozempic had an expiration date of 2025, and they will be sending them back because they can't use them. I never got any of them back but an empty box on the 18th. I have the proof from my emails back and forth from Liberty. So, now I am out of both medicines and stuck with an empty box. They can't even give out the right tracking number. Someone help me.

Poor communication

I placed an order for my supplies like I normally do after two weeks of not receiving them I called to find out you dont take my new insurance. Which meant I had to find a new company in two days in order to make sure I was covered with my supplies needed. I dont know why no one called or emailed me. I am still trying to find a company that excepts my insurance and I have two days left of supplies. Very disappointed in edge packs communication.

Not happy

I ordered my ileostomy supplies over two weeks ago called today to find out what was going on with the order. I was told my new insurance did not have a contract with Edgepark never received notification about this as I have one day left of my supplies was not very happy.

Colostomy products

I need my supplies immediately. It shouldnt take over a week to clear my insurance and send the product out. Its bad enough I had to have emergency surgery a few weeks ago. Now I have to deal with you people who dont have the knowledge to answer my questions regarding your ordering process and who are also unreliable!!!

Poor communication with getting approval from doctor

The process for refilling the order for my Dexcom6 and transmitter was started on March 8. It is now March 25 and I still do not have my order. Evidently the first fax (March 8) and phone call (March 15) to doctor was to an incorrect/outdated fax/phone number. On March 22, a phone call was made and was returned by the doctors office on March 24. On the 24th, EdgePark was given what was required for shipping out the order by the doctors office. My follow up call on the 24th got me the same message of were still waiting on the doctors clinical notes, which had been given. So, not only do I not have my Dexcom6 and transmitter, I dont know when Im going to get it. My last sensor expired this morning. I wonder how many days I will be without this critical piece of equipment needed to manage my diabetes. Next time, I will call every day if necessary to get EdgePark to get the approval needed in a much more timely manner. This should have happened in 2days, not 2+ weeks. And I should not have been left stranded without my Dexcom6 sensors and transmitter. Im frustrated, disappointed, and frankly, mad as ***

Overcharge by $900

I ordered my medical supplies as always. Same insurance and same supplies. My copay is $180. I was charged $901.17 for my supplies!! I am furious!! I did not approve this amount nor was I contacted in regards to this. I had the transaction cancelled by my bank and have zero plans to continue ordering anything from this company

Online ordering

Everytime after the order is placed I am told I must call before order is processed. Then I must repeat the answers I have already provided to the online order questions. This has continued for years. Never can I just order what I need without having to call Edgepark and then having a difficult time understanding the person I am speaking with due to broken English. Edgepark is horrible.

I have been dealing with this issue for months now and it seems to be a continuous issue not receiving full order, I am always looking or waiting for bags. I have been to my nearest hospital several t

To the point that they said they cant help me and good luck. Ive had to get bags from several different hospitals and my surgeon. I dont underestimate why I am always having a problem with bags or receiving the the part the bag connects with. Im now lol for a different company for supplies due to continuous delivery or order issues I have low blood platelets and can not afford to get a infection due to lack of proper medical supplies.
