Now I’m really anvry

Stop with a circular run around. Dont keep sending me a phone number, but nobody picks up and stop asking the same questions. What a waste of time.

Item has not arrived and ups number given shows invalif

Item ordered 8/19. Received notice on 8/25 it was shipped. Still have not received AND the tracking number shows up invalid.

A customer rep sent me a return label to print! He was very thorough & polite.I will not hesitate to order a product at some other time! Thank you! This is more streamlined returns approach! Almost as good as Amazon!

The saleswoman at the Knoxville Tennessee Eddie Bauer store is the rudest I have encountered in a very long time. She seemed delighted to turn down my request for help. Completely uncalled for. Eddie Bauer does not need her as a person associated with this fine company

Cannot place a simple order

I attempted to order an item online. It is still in my cart. No one answers phone at customer service. Chat box is useless and emails not responded to in a timely manner.

The manager was rude

As a first time customer at Eddie Bauer I was taken back by the lack of training for store managers. My husband and I purchased rain jackets that we were told were on sale. I had to order mine because they didn't have my size. When it came in, I noticed that I did not receive the sale price, so I took the receipt to the store to ask for a price adjustment. As I tried to explain the situation to the manager, she cut me off and was extremely rude, and assumed I had already worn it. It is not my fault that the girl who waited on me said they were on sale but turned out they were not. From what I understand, Eddie Bauer does not care if you have a bad experience, no one knows if there is a complaint department, you can't reach the district manager because he told his employees not to give out his information. So I will assume the company doesn't give a *** about what people think, and I will not shop there again!

Disgusted with delivery service

Ordered pants on;line March 28 for delivery in Vancouver BC. Received text from Gofor Delivery, couriers used by Landmark Global who contract with Eddie Bauer. My address was incomplete. Instead of texting to ask for correct address, Gofor texted to say they were returning pants to sender. They have no pickup location. Say their policy is one "attempt" only. I was at home ready to respond. One text or call could have fixed this. Contacted Eddie Bauer. They couldn't help. Gofor refused to help although pants must still be in Vancouver. Disgusted.

Refund taking entirely too long.

While Eddie Bauer has no difficulty promptly taking your money, they seem to have substantial trouble sending it back. I requested a return on April 3rd, dropped off the return on April 5 at our local FedEx office. I could see via FedEx tracking the package was delivered to the return warehouse by April 7, it then sat for another 12 days before I received notice from Eddie Bauer they had received the package and were processing my refund. Today is May 9th, having not been issued the refund yet I called to check the status and was informed it was still processing. The representative said she would escalate it to their processing department which would take two business days and then an additional 7-10 business days to receive the refund in my PayPal account. I've bought from Eddie Bauer because the quality of the product is usually worth the cost. Having worked in retail I understand that a refund is slightly more of a process than a purchase and can accept a two-week turnaround for online returns, but this refund is on week five and counting which is simply unacceptable!

Incorrect order trouble placing order

A big fat zero no resolution the lady on the phone should never ever speak with other humans. I hope someone reads this and calls me and maybe will get the problem solved. I wont shop there anymore.

In store service is outstanding. I had a great deal of difficulty while speaking to the customer representative as she had a strong accent. I also felt she kept reading off a script to answer me

Speaking to someone on the phone to sort out a return and exchange. It was difficult to understand the representative and I felt that my questions were not always clearly answered but they were responded to by a sort of script reading. I am not an on line shopper and some things were new to me and I required more information. The in store experience was outstanding.

Extreme frustration with Eddie Bauer Canada

On 26th December I ordered Eddie Bauer Long Down Parka .. Item 0211, XL, Airforce Blue. Order # 6196****. Total cost $214.14 Can. I received confirmation of the order with delivery in 5-7 working days. I have followed the order tracking and was pleased to see it scheduled for deliveery today. However, the item has apparently been returned to the 'carrier hub' as undeliverable. THIS DESPITE HAVING MY EMAIL, MY PHONE NUMBER, CORRECT ADDRESS, APARTMENT NUMBER, etc. The only mistake was an error in the postal code. Needless to say this error was not made by me. To add to my frustration I have been unable to make contact with 1) Eddie Bauer Canada, any local store, or the delivery carrier. None of them it seem can provide any answers or help! To further add insult to injury ... the item is no longer available (except of course for the one I am 'retuirning')!!
