Complaint of customer service

I made a reservation and had a family emergency and cancelled it thru booking.com not even an hr after making it. I was still charged for the room and the so called manager was very rude to me for the 2nd time. If I had known it was the same place I had a bad experience I would have never made the reservation. She hung up on me and refused to help me. Do not expect good customer service from the econo lodge in Morehead City. Jackie Williamson is the worst manager I've ever dealt with!!!

Room needed fixed up and the breakfast was practically nothing. Three of the staff were amazing Frank, Melody and the cleaning lady helped us get our bags out cause we are disabled.

The lids put out for coffee cups were wrong size, there were no instructions on how to use a tv, we only had one set of towels for two people for two nights. I had to ask for another set and they gave me one set. Didnt they expect us to shower ? The price was too high and I asked if they gave any discounts for elderly or AAA or aarp. When I asked about a leak o bathroom they said even if I asked for a discount the manager would refuse. Breakfast was cereal or a waffle no eggs, yogurt, or meat. When we go back through in a couple days I will gladly stay somewhere else!!!

I had a bad experience; I found several *** roaches in my motel room and both beds were made up with stained and used, dirty sheets and linens; the toilet and bathroom wall had *** stains on them

There were several live roaches in my room; the beds were made up with dirty linens and sheets, there are body stains on the inside of the linens when I pulled down and apart the sheets on the flat fitted sheet, drawsheet and comforter. And I believ that the sheets were used and not changed & the floor was filthy in my room-room. There was *** smeared on my bathroom wall next to the toilet and the outside of the toilet. I want a full refund because it's disgusting!!!

Very Good Great Sex

I visited the Econo Lodge Here in Springfield Missouri, each Friday July 7,14,21 lots of fun i went to room 151 payed the lady 200 had lots of sex for the hour she was great just wish she would let me make her pregnent!!

I stayed at the econolodge on northhampton in Va and I had a service animal with me which I told the front desk worker when we first checked in well when staff switched over I took my animal for a walk etc and when I get back in the room the phone rings and its the front desk asking if I have an animal in the room and i say yes its a service animal and staff was previously notified last shift and she said she didnt care then again a different person came around the next day as we were checking out and said that we were going to receive another 75$ pet fee we called and spoke with some one who said they filed a report butt its been over a week and they just finalized the charges and we called back again today and they just ran us around telling us we need to talk to someone else but they couldnt direct us to who the hotel staff is completely unprofessional and rude disorganized and uneducated do not recommend staying there at all. 1 out of 5 stars

The office personnel are very rude they took money out of our account and said they didn't but the bank said they did they never give us the money back they just talked it up to pet fees that were alr

I believe their prejudice against white people that's really not cool but they really are thieves and I have the proof of that they overcharges 325 for pet fees that were already paid plus they took another 57 out of the bank account said they didn't but they did the bank said they did horrible they're horrible nobody should go there my recommendation for future customers to go somewhere else

Disgusted beyond belief

My wife and I are on a short journey from Florida to Maine and had been in the car for 24 hrs when we stopped in Chambersburg PA. , After paying the reasonable price we went to the room. I'm 63 and have many trips in my past. The room was simply disgusting. Mold on the ceiling and drywall texture and paint flaking all over ceiling. The oder was horrendous. I immediately return to the front desk to ask for my money back so that we could proceed to a different establishment in the poor woman at the counter withstood my wrath incredibly the tip of the hat to her but anyhow she said that the money wouldn't instantly go back to my card immediately. And at this point I was upset and just wanted my money back so that I could go get a different motel but I wanted my money now I didn't want to have to wait in order to have to trust anyone that when I'm 2,000 miles down the road that things are still going to be taken care of so of course I got suspicious about the policy and was already upset about the disgusting room that I was sent to while on my funeral leave / vacation.. anyhow I've said enough but never again in my life will I stay at a econo Lodge. I made a phone call and left a message on the local code enforcement knowing good and well what the repercussions can be from renting a moldy room. This was obvious mold in the middle of the ceiling over the bed. Can you imagine being on vacation and looking up at the ceiling at that, disgusting unacceptable! I am going to pursue this matter and I have returned to the desk and let the clerk do what she could and I'll be watching my account to make sure funds are refunded. I sincerely hope someone had the time to read this. I haven't been on a vacation in 3 years and this is just the very discouraging experience.

We reserved a room online , when arrived harged more , was told payore for paying with cash . The sink wouldn't drain , roach in the tub and charged 158.00 for one night checked in at 10 :30 pm lef

Check in at 10:30 pm . Checked out at 11:00 am next morning went to another motel . Cost us 154.00 Room wasn't clean , sink wouldn't drain, and roach in the tub . Was not friendly at all . Was told cost more if paid with cash , lol No coffee pot in room . No coffee in lobby . Do not go there

To make a complaint

I have been at econo lodge for 5 days now with no response from management or choice hotels. I have made two different complaints about the filthyness of this hotel and the longer I stay the more I discover, like the bathroom door has lose hinges and gets stuck opening at times.

Terrible customer service

Discrimination at a all time high Refused to give me clean towels and linens after a six day stay Falsely accused my child of breaking a tv which I have video and accused the rooms of being dirty that I personally went and got the brook to clean and me and my children took out our own trash during are stay which was all unfounded worst hotel ever for black people

Complaining

Front desk wouldnt refund Money, checked in and had no hot water, no light bulbs in lamps, no chair at desk, no shower curtain, plastic bag wrapped around smoke detector, ironing board with no cover or iron. The worst Econo lodge Ive ever been too.

I was charged and I didn't even stay at your hotel. I have requested a refund during to the weather when I was supposed to stay and was denied.

Complaint refund request

Yes still a problem the refund for 50$ was put on zelle and that app don't even work so yes still a problem.i asked for full refund not for half. Plz fix it or I will have to contact my lawyer. Thank you for your concern.

I showed up coming all the way from maine, walk in and there is mouse *** in the bathroom a fist hole in the bathroom door, it was not cleaned at all

The ladies at the front were very rude and told me there was no coprate number i could complain to, this one lady was just super rude, the room was absolutely filthy and i wouldnt recommend a homeless person staying there.. DONT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE your better off sleeping in the whip

This place is a *** dump and every room has homeless people living in it for free

Econo lodge 9503 i35 frontage road San Antonio Texas. Is such a dump that my friend rented a room here at above said hotel and at above said address for a night and upon arrival we got a room key and went to the room to shower and change and rest because we were tired,and when we entered the room it was and is not up to code we booked a room for 2 beds and we received a room with 1 bed and when we returned to the office to aquiare a new room key and a Different room with 2 bedswe were given another room key we went to check to see if it was up to par upon entry we encountered people were already living in the room it was dirty and had a stench of urine and *** We returned back to the office for the 3rd time and were given another room key and as well as the last room we checked it had occupants in it. We opened the door and we seen a rather large lady on her knees bent over on the bed and a few small dogs were barking and we shut the door and left returned to the office to let the attendant know and we got the first room key back and stayed in the room cuz it was already paid forwe had the very worst time at this establishment everything you can think of was wrong with the hotel down to the hot water not working and the whole hotel was supposed to be booked but instead was not rented but given away for free to the homeless. Which I dont have a problem with cuz they have the chance to have a roof over their heads aside from that none of the employees if there was supposed to be more than one or two were not very helpful and appeared to be on drugs the nightlife at this hotel is very ridiculous and filled with drug activities like you would not believe it should not be a fuctioning hotel at all due to these facts stated above! The air conditioner and the lamps are not functioning the door looks to be kicked in but all in all I give this place a big fat super over weight gigantic ZERO due to the very *** poor service and no type of any decent service being given. As well as these powdery substances that were left in the room as shown in the last video. Thank you for your time and hope this matter gets resolved in a timely fashion Respectfully Ruben Morales

It all started last week. My daughter slipped and fell at Econo Lodge, from the toilet leaking. My 1 year old daughter fell hours after management was told. My daughter was taken to the emergency room. I have talked to Customer Service daily. Their compensation was 24000 points. A BIG slap in the face. I was told that is all Customer Service could do. I am a cancer patient who is going through treatment. Customer Service is very dishonest and not trustworthy.

Absolutely horrible room

First off the room was dirty. Secondly there was major bed bugs. I ended up having to go to the doctor cause I didn't know what was happening to me. I got ate up by bed bugs. It is totally unacceptable. I want a refund immediately. I have tried calling the front desk at the hotel we stayed at and no one will answer the phone. So yes I want my money back.
