Delivery issue
Hi I have ordered a powerbank from axis reward points but i did not get any call r msg from delivery person i did not received it but today i got a msg form ecom express that product was delivered who it is possible with out knowing person name and details how will u give the product to another person.

Way bill number 318968**** is not delivered since last 5 days in Dehradun
My supplier company IFFCOBAZAR sent material by my order 300086**** through EComexpress way bill 318968**** . Material is reached destination Ecomexpress store on 21/07/2023 but till date not delivered. Its surprising that its not attempted to deliver & no information from Ecomexpress delivery. Kindly arrange delivery immediately.

One order received damage, another showing delivered but not receive
One of my order ship by your courier service, on 4/7/2023 at 6.45 they send me sms saying that my order out for delivey. After a while they call me over the phone saying that they are unable to delivered the items due to large size boxes. They informed me I've to collect the items from their hub ( Jamagurihat). I told them delivered the items my door step they refuse saying that you have too collect the items otherwise they will return the items. After that I contact the seller regarding with this issue. At evening 5.33 pm they call me using 600062**** number they are going to deliver the items. I told them not to deliver today because I already came out from home but they insist me to receive this product today. I request them to deliver the product one of my friends shop and they delivered the items with damage and torn boxes, my friends try to inspect the product but they are showing in hurry and want payment before inspect the items, my friend paid them, when they reached their hub they start abusing me from '600062****' number and they call me till 7.57 PM. Second order showing delivered but not receive how's possible without OTP you guys delivered the product and where you delivered? YOUR DELIVERY AGENT BEHAVIOR PATHETIC!!

Parcel not delivered and updating wrong status.
Delivery guy not delivering the product, Delivery boy talking behavior extremely bad and refused to deliver. One of my parcel already cancelled by him after 9 days holding it near delivery hub. Even he visited once my home and promised for delivery but after one day he cancelled and returned my order.
