Membership

No trail ... if membership was REALLY worth it, echelon would WANT us to try it. All they do is try to force u inro membership which is difficult to cancel!! Sorry i purchased

There haven't been any new total today, lower or upper body classes since December. Are you producing new classes?

Tablet issue

The bike tablet wont connect to Strava or Fitbit as advertised. It was originally connecting however recently a problem with the app has arose. IT is working on it.

To cancel my subscription

I canceled the subscription. the agent was very nice and efficient. I am happy with the customer service I received.

I have yet to hear from Echelon, both through this complaint and the multiple times I have called them.

I purchased an echelon bike with the premium delivery and assembly, however it was fedex who delivered it on 6/9. i chatted online that night with a rep and was told this would get escalated. i called saturday and was told it would be 48-72 hours before hearing anything back. We are now a week out, and call after call everyday has been the same song and dance, apologies for inconvenience, we have to send this to another department, i cannot forward you to a manager, on and on. I have never experienced worse customer service than with this company. This company has taken my money, I have had a membership since 6/5 that I cannot use, and the company doesnt seem to really care. I either want this bike assembled within the next 5 days, or I want it picked up on the 5th day and a full refund proved to me ASAP.

I just spent an hour trying to connect to wifi. We have Starlink and century link. I’ve worked out multiple times before with no problem. No customer service available at 8:00pm. Maybe time to return

Again, I went downstairs to work out in our garage. Ive worked out multiple times on this bike. Tonight it just kept giving me a response that does not recognize host address? We have both Starlink and CenturyLink at the current time. I repeatedly typed in the password multiple times with no success. I even tried CenturyLink, which didnt require a password in the past. Very frustrating to not have someone to call if the spike is based on technology and connected to a program. Why is there not someone you can just call 24 seven for tech-support if thats what this bike is connected to? Maybe I should return the bike to Costco and I got a different bike.

Missing equipment from delivery

I ordered and received th echolon rower s unfortunately it came with no power cord and now it's 3 weeks later still no cord well the month I have to try it out will totally have passed before I would be eligible to return will not apply by the time I try it I'm beginning to think this was done on purpose

Treadmill Problem

Im having a problem with a treadmill I purchased. Its as if one of the arms is broken and wobbly. Id like to get it repaired. How do I do that? Added: I contacted them a while ago for a replacement part. It took a while, but it worked out. I'm simply looking for some assistance with getting repairs and I'm not having any success reaching someone.

Have had bike 1 month hasn't worked once

Major delay in getting back to us. We have had this bike 1 month and it has never worked. I will return when a return call happens.. .

You can’t get ahold of anyone on phone or online

I signed up for the 30 day free trial when I got my Echelon bike, I cancelled it within 2 weeks to keep my credit card from being charged and they charged it anyway, I am pissed and I want my money refunded!!! I have emailed customer service and called and I havent had any response or talked to anyone!

Lack of response in query (over 1 week)

Purchased a membership with a rower back in October and have not been able to access the live stream and on-demand content. I've not been able to use the content for a couple of months, and so it's been a waste of money. Very unsatisfied also with the lack of response and urgency to respond and fix my query. Attached a screenshot of my receipt for reference

This treadmill is broken out of the box. WTF?

I cant walk, jog, run or anything. This is one expensive treadmill for just sitting pretty and not doing anything. Trying to get in shape but cant do that if Echelon has products broken within a few days of opening the box and putting it in the room of choice to work out. Am I heavy as a Chevy?? Nope, just 188lbs and its frustrating to buy anything that doesnt work when its BRAND NEW!!!

Can't connect bike

I cant get through to anyone via customer service support phone number. I have called multiple times. I need assistance setting up my new bike. It wont connect and have been unable to do any classes. I have a free one year warranty that came with the bike but dont know how to activate this. Please help me so I can start using it. Also the bike doesnt have any resistance when adjusting the *** Please call me ASAP to set this up. Or I will have to return. I bought this bike on 12/22 and have been trying to get a hold of someone since then.
