Rude and Unhelpful
I have been a loyal EatStreet customer since moving to Madison, WI over 7 years ago. Today, I received the worst customer service of any organization I have interacted with in a long time. My order was over 75 minutes late with no explanation. It took two chats and a phone call to get any help. When my food finally did arrive, it was inedible. (Presumably because it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour.) I was offered a $3 coupon for a $20 order. I was told I would be contacted by an account rep imminently about a refund which has yet to happen. Additionally, representative Kerl A. ended our chat before answering any of my questions. This experience has been hugely disappointing and has me seriously rethinking whether or not I will use this app in the future.

Food was not sent to company
Ordered for a pick up. We get there (mind you all the way across town) and they had no order for us. So then we had to wait for them to cook our food. I call customer service and the guy was rude and absolutely no help at all.all.

Food not delivered
Dont do it!!! This is the worst delivery service I have ever used!!! Original delivery time kept moving and even after the last delivery time posted I still did not receive my order until and hour later. All in all my order was placed at 5:21pm and did not receive until 6:49pm. I call customer service 3 times and asked for a cancelation and refund and they first said I'd have to call the restaurant and 2nd & 3rd time flat out refused. Needless to say my meal was not worth eating by the time I got it and had to throw it in the trash. I'd rather have thrown a $20 bill out the window than gone through this nightmare. Never again!!! I would never use EatStreet !!!

Restaurant refusing to give driver my order
The restaurant told me that they have had problems getting their money from Eatstreet so they want their money up front. Problem is I have already paid and was waiting on my food. I'm still waiting on my refund from Eatstreet.

Deceptive Practices
First the restaurant, food and staff were excellent. That being said, EATSTREET is a scam!!! I looked up the restaurant on google maps. When the menu came up to order for pick-up, eatstreet came up as a default. I ordered for pick-up and they added almost 30% per menu item...for what? I didn't realize until I saw the actual menu prices when I went to the restaurant to get the order. Call the restaurant if you want t

Horrible customer service
I ordered a simple order and part of it was missing. It was hard to even find a contact number for eat street, but I did. The first person I talked to, the call seemed to drop so I called back - next two people said they couldnt do anything because my issue had already been escalated and someone would reach out later, but via email, even though I was literally on the phone with them. Originally I had asked to either have the missing part replaced or refunded, but when I asked how long it would take to hear back, they said at least 48 hours of processing time, so I definitely wasnt getting this simple issue resolved or anything replaced today. Other delivery services have much better customer service. Avoid eat street.

Order delivered 45 mins late by rude employee
I called restaurant and they said order was still waiting there. I called and talked to Jay at customer service who was of no help. I called resturant again who apologized ( for no reason) and said order was finally picked up. Rude employee finally slowly walked up my driveway 45 mins late with my salad. Got to live a $25 taco salad that has been sitting around for an hour!

Food did not arrive
I ordered food and was told order was confirmed, the driver picked up food. And food was on the way. Driver arrived very late and was told restaurant is closed, had been closed for days and would not be open til August. You guys refunded my money without hassle. I'll NEVER ORDER EAT STREET AGAIN.

Food was 2 hours late and was cold when it should have been hot
I am a loyal customer to eatstreet and feel that you should have paid for my cold tacos which I didnt eat anyway.

Late order
I called customer service and she was friendly but took her forever to come back on the phone to help. She just kept asking if there was something else she could help with. I waited over an hour for my order and wanted a refund. She totally ignored this request. Poor service and didn't give me any refund. Ont D

Order wasn’t placed
I received confirmation the order was placed and accepted. The restaurant had no idea what I was talking about. This is a scam.

Used this website to pick a family meal. Later i find out that the meal I paid $95 for is actually work $69!!!

My order was messed up
There's a disconnect between the app and the communication to the restaurant. The same issue happened twice. I was told that my order was right even though the "side" was wrong (rice with Chinese). I was also told that since the "side" has no dollar value they could give me a $5 credit despite 2 meals of 4 ($22.38) being wrong. They admit the communication error is on their end, but won't make restitution. The worst customer service call I've ever had. It was like taking my car to the dealer for a warranty repair and they pretended to only fix microwaves.

Hidden fees
When I pulled up the restaurant online, they showed multiple services for placing an order. EatStreet advertises no service fees. What they actually do is hide the fees by adjusting the menu prices. They added $2 to every menu item I ordered FOR PICK UP, resulting in an $8 charge for something that wasnt even delivered. Which I then also had to pay tax on. What a scam.
