Canceled flight

To whom it my concern:We got an email 12am saying flight was canceled and we booked a room which we had to leave because we had to go to the airport at 12 am to look for flights because there was no flights online from easyjet neither other airlines. Then waited til 4:30am till ticket booth open and booked a stand by flight with Ryanair not knowing if we were going to board spend over 1800$ so we can make it to stansted London and then take 180$ Uber to gatwick where easyjet was suppose to take us so we can connect to our flight boarding 12:30 to Orlando Florida very disappointed with the easyjet airline for what happened and the very late notice few hours before our flight without any options to fly out of milano bergamo airport nor malpensa nor Lianate stayed searching for flights the whole time and nothing was available. We would like a refund and a Full Compensation for all the money we spent (flights,baggage,Uber,lost of hotel,)DO TO the inconvenience of AIRLINE EASYJET YOU CAN REACH ME +321947**** Jeffreyt20@***.com

Dreadful customer service

As of the time of writing we have been stuck in the airport in Majorca for 12hours from the time of are original departure time, I have seen no easyJet representative and been only offered 4.50 euros through an email I have two children one who is five, looks like we are sleeping on the tiled floor, as its 22.30 now and the lasted update via the app stated 21.35, previous to that update was 15:30 we also had estimated times of 14:30 and 14:00 also 12:05. How can a company like easy jet get it so wrong, I will never again fly or recommend such a badly organised company again!. Ive tried to ring and couldnt get through Ive email with no such luck. How can they expect a family of four who have been at the airport since 08:10 to sleep in a airport over night. And they have used air traffic control and the weather as excuses however most if not all flights have gone.

I was booked on the flight EZY2518 from Amsterdam to Luton on 21 August 2023. At approx. 07.30 on the 21 August 2023, I received a message on my easy jet app, saying that the flight was delayed. Approx. ten minutes later I received a revised itinerary with the time of the original flight on it and next to it a number in red a new departure time that said the time of 2.03pm (14.03) and the new arrival time. I arrived at the airport at approx. 12.30 which seemed a reasonable time considering I had checked in on line and only had hand luggage. There is, unbelievably, no Easy Jet desk in the enormous airport of Schiphol and there was nothing on the departure board, and when I looked for the message on my app, oddly it had disappeared. Someone told me to go to Menzies Aviation and there I was told that the flight had left or at least was about to leave and I was too late - they couldn't actually tell me when it was due to leave or which gate it was leaving from. They said it was my job to go to the airport website to check for delays. I said I had an app and expected to be informed there. They said I should buy another ticket and I would have to wait until c 19.00 for the next flight to Luton. I attempted to phone Easy Jet, at great expense from the Netherlands, and eventually gave up and tried what's app speaking to their call centre. Having no satisfaction from that, I returned to the Menzies desk which had changed personnel by this time and was advised to buy a 'rescue ticket' for c Euros127 (£110.42). I bought such a ticket to Birmingham on K5WZVGP. leaving at 14.40, which they said I would be able to get if I hurried. I was on crutches having recently had a knee operation but I managed to get there on time. As I was leaving this new and helpful woman told me that there were many passengers who had had the same problem as me. It felt that I was only told this after I had purchased the ticket. This meant that I had lost the money purchased for the ticket to Luton, lost my purchased coach fare back to Oxford, and now I must also by a train ticket from Birmingham to my home in Oxford. This whole experience is appalling and feels like sharp practice and gross inefficiency and I expect full compensation: for my original flight EZY2518 (Euros 128.42) £109.45 plus purchase of a seat,£11.55, my bus fare of £20.40, my rescue ticket to Birmingham, flight EJU7843 £110.42 and my train ticket £29.60. Total owed £ 109.45 11.55 20 .40 110.42 29.60 TOTAL 281.42 I look forward to an early settlement to this expense.

Lost and found

I lost 2 keys on your easyjet flight EZY1307 flying from Glasgow to alicante on 30th June. I thought initially that I left them at Glasgow airport security and contacted them on Saturday 1stjuly. They said it could take a few days before anything came down from them and I waited until the following Friday and was told nothing had been handled in but to try alicante in case they were left on the plane. I spoke to someone from alicante on the Saturday as I couldn't get anyone on the Friday and was told that they remembered taking the battery of a car key ring to send to Luton Airport lost and found on 5th July as it was the central point. My problem has been trying to get a number to speak to someone to find out if my key's are there The car key is for a puegout the other a house key Duncan mcdougall

I have not received my confirmation email

I missed my connecting flight on the 9 th of July to Amsterdam because of an hour delay from Kefalonia! Easy jet customers service told me that the the next flight would be on Tuesday,but when I tried to book that flight, it was fully booked!!!. I had no choice but take the train back to Holland. I want my money I paid for the tickets reimbursed. Hope you hear from you as soon possible. Maasdorp

Customer service so bad

Cancellation of flights customer service is a joke phoned 27 times to get hung up on transfers to someone else for them to cut me off, Cant even speak to someone who speaks English all People want is to speak to someone put their claim in but no its a disgrace

Double charged

I tried to request a refund on my large cabin check purchased. After I bought it, I went back in the check-in steps and changed my seat to a seat that already included the large cabin bag. It was almost impossible to find a human to talk to and the only one I found just kept telling me that Easyjet is a non-refundable airline.

Request a refund

Dear Sirs, I am writing to request a refund for the extra luggage fee that I was charged for my recent purchase. I only brought one bag with me during my travel, but I was charged for two luggages and one on spot I am kindly requesting your assistance in rectifying this issue and processing a refund for the extra luggage fee that I was charged. Resolved: Unable to make an expenses claim

Booking red no 441**** Easy jet. My flight on 1-04-23 was cancelled due to weather conditions till 02-04-23 I was assured that my expenses would be paid I have repeatedly filled in form - spent a total of over 3 hours on circular calls to find out why ? Different reasons given, phone cut off , holding and then no response or new numbers to phone. I now understand that the ref no I must enter needs to be booking ref number on the form. However the form will not accept 7 digit number above. It will only accept flight ref number. So I use that as when I do I am then able to fill in further windows. I then take time to fill in form , upload my receipts , submit it. I have spoken to post customer services and been cut off, I called again and the rep said I should use flight ref number, contradicting her colleagues advice earlier. I explained that I had done that and my form was rejected several times. She simply said I cant help madam and has just left me on hold. Please can you help.

Customer Complaint

My partner and me have been charged for luggage in an abusive manner from Majorca to Belfast which was quite obviously below regulations and fitted the size tool required before boarding the flight. The easyJet employee insisted my luggage go in the aeroplane hold and if we did not pay not threatened me with police arrest after pleas that the same luggage was brought on the inbound flight with easyJet. I have the employees badge number and photographs if required.

Dear EasyJet, My name is Yahav Eliyahu Levi. I am addressing you due to a flight miss, and my enormous disappointment from the manner of conduct and lack of humanity that I experienced while flying with EasyJet. I was supposed to go on a flight to London that departed at 7:05am. I arrived at the gate at the gate closing time, 6:35am exactly. I did honestly did not know the gate is closing 30 minutes before the departure as a rule, but anyway- I was there at the right time. I could see the last people coming out of the door, right next to me, and getting on the plane. An EasyJet employee who was at the desk, told me I cannot get on this plane since I am late, which was not accurate, and said "this is not a bus". This employee could not do less to help me. I will mention that the stairs were still connected to the plane and to the ground, and people were still getting on it. There was plenty of time to let me in, and it was completely possible to let me in and spare this unpleasantness experience from me. I asked for his help to do something for me, and after I understood he is not there to help me, I tried to ask him at least to tell me how to book a new flight in a cheaper price, as he told me this is possible to do so. But when I asked him how to do it, he just turned his back and disappeared. Eventually. I had to book a flight that cost me more than the price I paid for the round trip flights I originally bought. I was deeply offended by this whole situation, and also deeply surprised and disappointed by this mis-willingness to help me. I was left with a massive bad experience and with the feeling that this EasyJet did not let me in due to lack of space because of over booking, otherwise it was just inhuman in a way I never experienced before. I expect for your reference.
