Problem with my order
DoThe canvas print I received had poor picture quality. It is very orange and grainy. Some of the faces have a washed out look. Please advise. The customer service number I called has a recorded message that they are out for the holidays and its now January 16, 2023! Whats going on with this company???

Never received pic after tons of emails
Ordered picture for my daughters bridal shower. Never received it. They stayed another one was sent still nothing. Emailed them. Nothing. They finally email back still no picture. Asked for refund. No response. They are horrible. Never order from them again.
