Warning against

Purchased EaseUS Todo PCTrans Professional to copy software to a new computer, but did cot copy the required registry entries for it to work. Only works with the very popular software. So unless you use everyday type programs don't waste your money.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY

Do not purchase from this company and anticipate any sort of refund if the product does not perform as anticipated. Not going to happen regardless of what they advertise. ALSO, they will sneak in the auto-renewal and you WILL NOT get a refund even if you never downloaded the product. They will offer you a lifetime free upgrade. STAY AWAY from them!!!

The company is a scam

This is a Chinese company that pretends to be from the US. When buying a software from them, they say you have a 30-day trial. Basically saying that, if the software doesn't work for you, you can request a refund in 30 days. But it's a scam. If you check their refund policy, you will see that they do not intend to refund anyone no matter what. They fool you once, by saying the software can recover your file, taking advantage of your despair, then fool you twice, by refusing to refund you after it obviously didn't work.

Problem With Disk Copy

I used Disk Copy to attempt to copy my laptop's SSD C drive to a new larger SSD drive. Now when I rebooted the laptop it bootup in the bios screen only making my laptop useless to me. Disk Copy appears to have done something to the C drive preventing the laptop from working and loading the bios setup screen only.. May have trashed the C drive. Gotta have help from you all to get it back to working again. Thanks Harold Kistner

Software Is Terrible

EaseUs backup software is terrible. Extremely slow. I also had problems with using the software right after I installed it. Ir wouldn't recognize my login information. I finally got support to reset my login information so I could login into the website but then I couldn't login to the cloud from my software. I couldn't even set up a scheduled back because it would request my login information. Support was terrible. I decided to just uninstall completely and I am looking for new backup software/

Product does not support Mac versions later than 10.13 for their bootable media app.

They do not support Mac versions later than 10.13 for their bootable media application. I ran the "EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard" app for Mac and used the "Create bootable USB" menu to create the "EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Bootable Media" app. When I ran it, it said "Checking system version" then reported this error message "System version does not support this function". Their online chat post-sale support was competent but said "I'm very sorry our software version 10.13 and above is currently not supported, but we will improve it in the future. I'm really sorry. we can't help you." I requested a refund and they said to send an e-mail to request it. We'll see...

Periodic Full Backups

I Have Easeus Home Backup configured to do daily incremental backups with a full backup every seven backups, but since April 2, it's done only incremental. How do I fix? Thank you

TOTAL SCAM. software DOES NOT work. Customer service is a nightmare

I followed their refund policy. I requested a refund less than 24 hours after purchase. Their product did not say what it said it would do and I figured out another way to recover my files. However they are still trying to fix a problem I no longer have even though all I want is to return and refund the software. I am having an awful experience with customer service. NEVER EVER purchase from this company

False Information, No Customer Service Visible

When a computer technician made my laptop totally unserviceable, I had to buy a new laptop, which I did yesterday. I wanted to transfer the data from that laptop to my new laptop, so I researched what services were available for making the transfer. EaseUS claimed that it can transfer data from a non-bootable computer to a new one, so I chose them and paid $69 for what they claimed is Lifetime service. However, as I was to discover, that was just the beginning as far as payments went. The further I went into the website to find out how to make the transfer, the more demands for money I saw, but I saw precious little in the way of instructions of how to make the transfer. There was also no way to contact the company for help other than a chat app to which nobody responded. They have many good reviews online, but I wonder: how many customers found their services failing? I don't begin to believe that I am the only one who has had this experience.

Time consuming and unnecessary disk operations (EASEUS partition manager free)

EASEUS partition manager reported one of my SSD disk is not 4k aligned. I agreed to proceed with 4k alignment, rebooted and had to wait several hours (4TB SSD drive). After the procedure I checked 4k alignment in another partition manager software which reported disk is still not 4K aligned and this software fixed problem in few seconds. So EASEUS partition manager took 4TB of my SSD disk life and several hours of my time.I suspect it wrongly identified 4K alignment because other partition managers reported no problem. Never using EASEUS software again!

Monthly charge scam

I used EaseUS to recover data from a crashed drive and purchased what I had understood to be a one-month subscription. This morning (one month later) I had a second charge appear on my credit card. I contacted the company and got their 'no refunds' response. The website is, at the very least, intentionally misleading. I was able to recover the data I needed.

DON'T BUY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! On 21 of November, I had to restore a formatted HD, on which I was doubtful that would work but since they clearly had a 30-day refund policy I've decided to give it a try. Took 2 hours and the result - the file restoration was ridiculous! Crumbs of information, unlabeled, scattered around randomly named files, loads of corrupted data, I couldn't gather even 1% of the files back, being half of them corrupted. When I tried to contact them, they passed me onto a "technician" who was someone I've never seen on the other end of a suspicious link sent me through email, saying I had to grant them full access to my computer and files, so they can analyze. This is a massive security issue and I'm not legally required to hand over my info and device control for anything! I've then proceeded to ask for a refund, which the "technician" couldn't issue and passed me onto support email, which offered me a lifetime subscription instead of just one year plan I had purchased. That would be an ok offer if the software ACTUALLY worked, but it DOESN'T! Then when further inquired about the refund, they decided to never reply to my emails again. Now it has been 20 days of the problem, 15 days without response. DON'T EVER PUT ONE PENNY ON THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISGUSTING SCAMMERS!!!!

Lost data and found this data recovery company with rave reviews! Attempted their free trial and was requested to upgrade - which I duly did. Went through many hours of recovery only to find that NOTHING was recovered other than programmable files. Requested a refund as per their policy rules and sent screenshots and steps take during recovery etc. All seemed well. Until: I received a technical answer about my SSD and how they work faster so files recovered may be corrupt and 'oops, sorry, we cannot offer a refund'! This is NOT what they say in their refund policy. THIEVES!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND THEIR AFFILIATE CLEVERBRIDGE (who sell their products but do not take ownership for it).

Resolved: Scam company. Software doesn't work, tries to trick you into being re-charged, doesn't honor money back guarantee.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The company only finally honored their 30 day money back guarantee after I filed a claim with paypal and posted about my experience here and on trustpilot.We should not have to go through this amount of trouble to get what you promise on your website..

Had a working drive. This should be a VERY easy job for any recovery software. Scanned the drive, all files were there. Bought the 70 dollar version to get them and noticed at the last second they pre checked a tiny box to auto charge me monthly. Huge red flag. I unchecked and paid anyways. The software downloaded 500 gigs of broken partial files. I had to give the drive to a friend to get them off. Now they're telling me they won't honor their money back guarantee. Scam.
