I was provided money I didn't request

I had money added to my account that I didn't request and on top of that, it happened last pay period. So, this time I stopped adding a tip, and they added that money to my account with a $9 tip. I tried to tell them that they took money out last time that I didn't request, and some idiot was adding more than they allow and including old dates.

Well, I have called three times now and no one has called me back yet. I am wanting to reopen my account.

Need a advance. am angry!

Well I'm applying for it in advance on your app and I get paid monthly through the United States government through the US Veterans affairs and I've been getting paid for the last two two years and 3 months monthly and for some reason they're telling me that they can't find reoccurring deposits in my account which is *** So I'm sending copies of my bank statements for the last 4 or 5 months to show you reoccurring monthly payments from the United States government so I can get in advance until I get paid at the end of this month. Wouldn't be asking for an advance if I could afford to wait till the end of the month when I get paid so I'd appreciate in advance being that I'm sending you and I'm doing all the leg work for your app thank you and have a good day

Close my account and refund my $10

Can't get into account

I have been going on two days now trying to get into my account when I reset the password and I go to log back in it will log in but because I have a new phone it wants to verify the email because of the browser being new okay I get everything through the email except for this one verification code y'all didn't have the problem going in and getting your $75 back but now that I need to get into the account again I can't and it seems that no worker wants to help you they just want to tell you reset your password reset your password how much you haven't 800 number for people to call and talk to someone this is ***

Draft amount from my checking acct

I recently was notified that this company drafted a payday advancement that had no legal (at least I thought) right to because the balance was included and discharged from my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. When I tried to reach out and speak to someone from this company and let them know the balance was discharged from Chapter 7- there was absolutely no one that could give me any customer service number or department that I could contact to give them a court case and send them my documentation and YES they were included. Normally, I couldn't care less about this however, if I wasn't in a desperate situation experiencing financial crisis I'm in that stemmed from my 17 yr old baby boy passed away on me in Janurary 2023 from seziures at home (a health condition) and my mother passing away 5/16/23 due to cardiac arrest (last month) both had no burial insurances. I am trying my best to make payments to cover their expenses. So, if anyone that reads this and has any direction to contact a department within this company so that I can have this resolve this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly for anyone's time. Ps: At the end of the review the phone numbers provided do NOT work. 888-400-**** or 415-691-****. Its a cruel to mislead this form of contact that's a dead end resolution.

They still have not fixed my complaint that I made a while ago

I had this same problem like 2 weeks ago which EARNIN taking $100 from my paycheck when I have not requested it I DONT even have an ear in account anymore with yall soo I would appreciate it if yall would stop talking $100 outta my account. And yall make it so difficult to even get in contact with you guys to get the problem resolved.

Well u I got a 50 dollar advance the end off last month ok fine then u took the 52.99 cent I owe u on 2nd off June its posted I have a screenshot and today u guys gave me another 50 dollar advance but I havent took it ye then earlier today I check my bank account u guys took another 52.99 for nothing I got double charge.
