Was calling asking about books i order when will it be delivery was mail out the day before on the way Very Very Good Customer service .

Question about order for discovery bundle

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

Havent received books we payed for

Customer service was very nice. I never received books I payed for, A lil Sad they were for my grandson. I loved these books as a child. I wanted him and his newborn brother to have these books like I did. Updated my info so Im very hopeful that all is well, that he will receive his gift from Nana.thank u to the kind gal who helped me on the phone.

Need my refund

I still need one more refund I only got back one of the refunds and I should of got 2, I need the one for 26 back

I didn’t see my refund yet and I should of got it for 2 refunds I was charged 3 different times

Just trying to refund and no more subscription either is all I was tricked into the deal on line and I cant afford this so I need full refund from both transactions please.

Wanted to cancel subscription

I understand that it's hard to deal with companies on a weekend but when they boast " you can cancel anytime " and " on line 24/7 " I fail to comprehend why I spent over hours on various on line and dashboards without accomplishing my task. Thank you very much " pissedconsumer ". With little information and a couple minutes you completed this task perfectly for me.

Being charged way to many times

I am getting big charges two times a month. I thought this was a monthly charge. I know my grandson will be disappointed, but you are just taking charges out of my account. Please cancel. Doreen Freund

They took money from my card for books and I don't have a small child my son is 22 and away in the army I just want my money back but they are giving me a hard time but they took my money with easy.
