I have financed 2 Harleys thru you, I'm in NY, want to buy a private sale bike from a person and local dealer says cant go thru Harley because of NY lemon laws Lady who owns it is very sick and another dealer will do rider to rider program but lady has no way to get bike or herself to dealership. They ran my credit and score is 735 plus just paid off Road Glide. Try calling and it goes to iron horse, ( who turned me down) then went to dealership who said I can get funded anywhere with score Sadly I'm looking to buy a immaculate bike with a retail of 12,995.00 and I want to finance 5500.00 but cant get eaglemark to do it without the rules of rider to rider. Lady is in Vermont , I'm in NY, she is deathly I'll my payment on my roadglide was 343.00 a month and now looking for a 125/135 and iron horse said no, never missed a payment with you guys and never will. So how do I get financed thru you and get this bike???

Tried to register, but I had actually put the wrong email address. Customer service representative was very helpful. She deleted the account and I was able to re-register.

We purchased a HD in 2006, Tom died, I lost title when I went to get duplicate it shiws you still have a lien against it. Can you please remove it? Cant be goid for my credit rating!

I have been trying to contact Eaglemark Bank numerous times to find my account number so I can pay my bill but there's no way to reach them in any way shape or form so they never sent me an account number but my bill is due the 23rd of May how am I supposed to pay this bill with no account number but then I'm going to be late on my payment

Title loan
I have been trying to remove a lean on my motorcycle, that has been paid off for 3 years now, and they still haven't removed it. I have called 5 times and I keep hearing that they are sending and faxing me a removal so I can get a title. I can't believe I still haven't gotten either one, can't understand why it takes so long to fax this out. I have loss my buyer for 13500.00 because of this. Still waiting.

Hi my name is Owen Cummings, I am emailing regarding my loan I have for my Harley threw eagle mark, I had taken a loan may 2022, as of March 2023 I have paid more than what my payments should be at this point by a good amount, my loan has been closed and I dont know why, could you please reinstate my loan and let me continue to pay the payments, I talked to Harley Davidson financial and didnt get anywhere, I will have loan paid off early but I would like to have it reinstated I have already paid over half of the loan as far as money borrowed in a year not including interest, if I could have someone Contact me and help me with this thank you very much I appreciate your time.

All of the phone numbers given to me were bogus numbers they did not exist. I disposed of them as they were useless.
I need an official copy of my motorcycle title so I can transfer the bike. They sent me a photo copy but the court hose will not except that has to be an original copy.

Because I was a proud owner of a 2009 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic Electra Glide, I bought it from Bumpus Harley Davidson in Memphis Tennessee. I have been making the payments and on time for the
Past 3 years, and then covid hit me and I was severely sick for 3 months, I called Harley Davidson financial services and they said it wouldn't hurt me none and they gave me an extension to get better, then I made the payments for 3-4 months and then I got sick again with covid and I contacted Harley Davidson financial services again and let them know again I have covid and they gave me another extension, I was still on my second extension and was stripped of my 2009 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic Electra Glide, I went out of town for a death in my family and I came back home from the funeral services and my Harley davidson was gone. I filed a stolen vehicle report with covington police department here in Tennessee and, I never received anything from them saying that the Harley was up for repossession and in fact I notified them that the Harley was in fact stolen from my driveway but nobody said anything about a repossession. I feel that I have been taken advantage of as far as I know. I never got my personal items that were in my storage saddle bags and big box on the rear of my Harley davidson. I am going to take it to my attorney and see if I have a legitimate case against Harley Davidson/ for the repossession, and the personal possessions that I should have been contacted about had the chance to collect my things. I have a disability that I collect social security disability for since 2010. I feel that I have been violated, discriminated against and lied too, and I have kept them in the loop about the illness 2 times and they repo the Harley and when they gave me the extension time to pay, I am praying that I will end up with a brand new Harley Davidson of my choice with the new riding gear for me and my girl. I am going to pay cash for the next Harley if I decide to buy a Harley, I might go with Indian instead.

After the sale I was never able to talk with a customer service person .would always ask why I was calling then they would hang up so I refinanced with another company never to do business with them again
