Madden 24 deluxe edition contents
I still havent received my 4600 madden points and I heard they were gonna resolve this but it still hasnt been resolved

It's not letting me reset my password for madden 22.
The phone number that they gave me was not a working phone number and this is where I am now. I haven't played madden 22 in a yr. It's not let me play right now it's making me the reset my password. reset code was never sent to my email Please help

Purchases not showing up
RI have made a purchase through the game, ( madden 23 on the ps5 ) like I've done many times before. That purchase has NOT come through as of yet. I've followed the feedback from your forums, to wait 24hrs; and still nothing. I noticed that, since I've been having issues with the Solo Challenges. Where, I find I'm playing again myself. With players not on field. Gaining, off sides, etc. Please correct these problems. Yes I have saved the screen shots, when the system reboots do to errors.

Im having an issue with my EA account I made this accounts will I was transferred schools and when I made this around I used email from the school years later and now I want to change it but unfortunately the account was disabled in 2021 and there is no way for me to change it, the customer service I went to wouldnt let me pick what console I have, and the phone number wasnt working either this is my last resort to fixing my account if I cant fix it I will just have to make a new one with my current email but I hope that you may be able to help me.

Im missing contacts from Pierre ordering madden 24 I didnt get any of the rewards. Ea deleted my fifa 23 ultimate team because I was hacked and for the life of me I cannot get any help, first I was banned from the transfer market and then when I tried to fight that they just deleted my whole club I cannot speak with a real person and my issue is just passed around from team to team without a real answer or any help attached photos are just a few of the responses Ive been getting this has been going on for well over a month coming close to two months now

Unable to contact Help/Customer Service
The "Help" page is useless. Unable to open a Help Case. I am either directed to check the Community Help section (Answers HQ), redirected to the first page of the Help section - where you select the game for which you are having an issue - which then sends you to the Answers HQ page, or after finally getting an email form the button is grayed out.

Account Login Issue
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a customer service department. If you can avoid buying (or playing) a game that involves EA, I would highly suggest you do so! I paid over $70 for a game and I cannot playing it because it appears as though my account is "incomplete". I am not able to log in to my account because of this. When I attempted to reach out to customer service, I spoke with a robot who claimed to be a human. It lead me in circles and ignored previous information I provided. I was told that only I had the ability to complete my account. But I could not do so because I could not log in. Alright, I admit, I am exaggerating (I think); it's more likely to be a human following a script than a robot. Ultimately, after several hours of trying to resolve the issue AFTER paying and downloading the game, customer service has not provided me with an answer and I can't play the game I paid for (I linked the transcript from my customer support conversation). I attempted to call via my personal phone and the online phone portal. Both hung up immediately. So I repeat: IF YOU CAN AVOID BUYING (OR PLAYING) A GAME THAT INVOLVES EA, I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO SO! P.s. I just attempted to link the transcript that EA allowed me to download from my customer support conversation. It say's that it failed because it does not support the file type!

However, I will share this update with you as I said in this email I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on Tuesday, emailed a consumer investigative reporter from KLTV Tyler news and continue to very publicly tell everyone about your horrific customer serivce! I have also posted several messages on several different social media pages including yours! As of the year 2023 there has been research of the Ea sports video game coming back to the industry with past complaints of student athletes not being paid for name image and likeness. As a student athlete for a year and a half at a university, there were Apple iPads provided for learning education purposes as well as typing cash for groceries and toiletries. If Virtual reality video games were to collaborate to ea sports there should be supervisors involved with an educational background of the law, When playing organize sports there were always rules and supervisors involve from coaches or even the references. Knowing the rules to the game involves safety and health at all times. How virtual reality has everything to do with the law of education system when knowing the rules that should be abided when living through a lens with the ability to move physically. The 1st person system has something to do with the communication background study through the subject of learning or social matters. If Immortality has something to do with Virtual reality, then the field of study in violence could become investigated in the criminal law education system. The game should start out as an intramural league and travel sport team that leads to earning scholarships @ colleges and universities to compete across the country vs athletes. The objective of me running track is to qualify at the next competition to advance in national events. Is the name image the next placement of national letter and how could competitive competition lead to backlash of violence. In the actions of retaliation from an individual who sought out of differences of an occurrence. Over a game of competition and 1st play action that happens in an event. Some Individual's retaliation has something to do with 'get back'. The cause and effect of getting back at someone will lead to confrontations and actions that will lead to violence.
