I bought a dynacraft product from Walmart It is missing the charger,they won't take it back also the booklet comes with says don't return it to store call number ... Switch on electric paws fire truck broke, cost me $26 but it problem should had cost not more than $10 but better than throwing it away.
Switch was defective for operating Without the switch working the toy is just an ornament. Easy fix but could not find a source locally that matches, off on switch fit but needed an on momentary switch when pressed which was not available.

Faulty Product, incorrect parts, terrible service
I purchased a Realtree UTV in June of 2021. I tried to return it to Walmart in September because it had quit working. They forced me to try to get parts from Dynacraft directly and it put me outside of the return window. I have been going back and forth with customer service since September of 2021 and still dont have my issues resolved. I'd like a full refund for the faulty toy you produced.

The princess carriage is garbage. The customer service is non existing
My girls princess carriage *** out after maybe a year. I should have read the reviews before I bought it. My neice got one that completely quit as well. Save your money. Just buy a quality Power Wheels instead of this stuff. It may look good, but it's nothing special when it doesn't run and just sits in the garage and your girls want to ride it.

Bought 24v realtree utv for my 3 years old grandson. Worked great for 4 months . Now it will not run

Very Dissatisfied.
Great Grand-Daughters rode about a dozen times. IT WON,T GO, Bought new charger,still nothing. Bought new battery,still nothing. Checked all connections,lights work. Still won,t go. Been about 3 months no riding, $400 Loss. VERY BAD PRODUCT AND COMPANY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !

Battery stopped working
My daughter got hers christmas of 2018. It worked twice and by the summer of 2019, it stopped working. I am so upset that all of that money went down the drain and Ive been trying to find a solution since then.

My sons dynacraft 24vt utv will not go forward! We have only had it for 4 months!
This is the 2nd one of these we got that has stopped working! The first one my son got as a gift for christmas in 2019 when he was diagnosed with leukemia. That one stopped working in 7 months. Since we werent the ones who purchased it i didnt think we cld return it or get a new one. So we bought a new one this last Dec. but didnt get it until a month later and now here we are 4 months later and this one is not working right! Please make this right!! My son loves this thing and has been through enough and now he cant drive the toy that makes him happiest!
