Waiting to receive my $400 5 x 5 mat

Ridiculous is how I would rate my experience with this company thus far. I can understand if items are back ordered. I can understand if they're swamped with requests because of the current climate of the planet. What I CAN'T UNDERSTAND is their non-existent customer service. After multiple emails and multiple calls, I still can not get anyone to respond to my very simply question, "when can I expect to receive my golf mat." DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS COMPANY, GO TO RAIN OR SHINE GOLF TO ORDER A MAT LIKE THIS.

Order still not fully filled

I have a letter which came with my mat stating the ball tray and rubber tees would be sent in 2-4 weeks......that was April 21, 2020....they have not arrived.....1 star.....I can't find a customer 800 number.....

No response from them

Ordered a golf mat over two weeks ago and status stuck in 'awaiting fulfillment' which has been the case since day 1. Have called twice and left VMs each time and no call back. Also tried to submit a web form for help and nothing there as well. It is ridiculous that they show their operating hours where you can call and speak with a live person but you just get an answering machine every time. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

Wrong mat size

Sent 2 emails starting April 23rd as well as 2 phone messages. Voice mail no person to answer the phone as the website states. Voice message states they will contact you back within 12 business hours. Product shipped was a 5x5 mat but ordered a 5x6 mat. Waiting to use my new golf simulator. Poor customer service is a choice.

Take your money and then ghost you

I made a purchase on April 8th. As of now (two weeks later) the website stills says it's "awaiting fulfillment" on my order." When you call, nobody answers. It just goes straight to a voicemail that says they will call you back within 12 business hours. Well I've left 2 messages and nobody has ever called me back. So that's complete B.S. The voicemail also says you can email one of two email addresses. Well one of them they give you is bogus and just bounces back. The other one you can email all you want but you won't get a response. Basically, this company will take your money and then never deliver your product and then ghost you with no way of contacting them. Guess I'm in the wrong business. Avoid this place like the coronavirus. Bad business practices.

Lack of customer service/ Order not fulfilled

Same exact experience. Ordered on 3/30/20 for the combo set of a 5×5 residential mat along with High Velocity 7×8 NET and FRAME. Received FedEx shipping notification on 4/2 from 5StarGolfMats. When I clicked the link to check order status it shows my order as partially shipped. Shows the mat has been shipped and the net/frame waiting fulfillment. The mat arrived on 4/7. I called on 4/3 and 4/6 and left 2 voicemails. The automated answer machine asks for you to leave a voicemail and to expect return call within 12 hours. I left my name, number, and order number and have not heard back. I sent an email on 4/6 and Christy responded a few hours later saying she will look in to the status of my net and respond immediately. I sent up a follow-up email Tuesday and did not hear back. Tuesday 4/7 later afternoon I received a FedEx shipping notification from DW Quail Golf. I check the order status and still shows the order as partially shipped. Thursday 4/9 I have a package at my garage door!!! But, its another mat. I only ordered 1 mat. I immediately called both the 5StarGolfMats number 855-483-**** and the DW Quail Golf number 833-397-****. I left a voicemail on both machines with the same info. Name, Phone number, order number. I emailed Christy back again and heard from her within an hour saying she is sorry and will look into my order...on Monday 4/13. I totally understand things are hectic for everyone in the country right now with this virus, but all I want is an answer if my net is shipping or not. And to make things even more suspicious the High Velocity 7×8 Net and Frame is no longer on the website. I just want to make sure I can get this resolved under the 30 days return period they have. I'm going to give it to Tuesday 4/14 to hear back from Christy before I go through PayPal to hopefully resolve this order. If there is no answer on the net, I'd rather just cancel the entire order.

Still Waiting for Order

Ordered a golf mat specifically made for the Optishot and still waiting. Ordered before Christmas but no news on my order. Submitted information on contact page at web site and no call back. I don’t write bad reviews but do wish someone would tell me when my order will come to me in Kentucky.

Customer service

General customer service is terrible.. You wont get any tracking number or have any basic idea when your product will arrive. The man that runs the place is rude and dont even know what you ordered but will tell you your wrong and then call back and ask do you still want product that never shipped.

Golf mat

after shipping the wrong mat and other things missing on my order, i have tried to contact them different ways and have yet to receive a response. i even asked them via their website to send me a return shipping label to no avail. don't know where to go from here but to keep calling, even tho they do not answer i guess we just need to spread the word. i wonder what martin hall thinks of all this; he is the one endorsing their equipment this mat was not cheap and i simply want what i paid for and the two items missing were, one of the two dvd lessons that were to have been included in the order and also the mat was missing a plug to be used for inserting wooden tees.

After a few back and forth confrontational emails a man called from a number that the caller ID showed up as ... Quail. The caller threatened to post reviews about my business as a threat because of my negative review and that I was going to post my review on social...

Ordered a golf putting mat that claimed to be 10-11 on the stimp meter. This was nothing more than a chipping mat with 2 holes. The ball weaves all over the place due to how grainy the fibers are. Good chipping mat, terrible putting mat. Contacted customer service and the person David Quail was very confrontational about my review of the product. They don't allow reviews on their site for each product. I had bought a hitting mat a few years back which was good so I thought they would be credible for a true putting mat but they were not. I would look hard before committing to buying certain products.

Stolen money

about a year ago I ordered an rechargeable golf bracelet. I received the item but it was took big so I returned it. I wanted a smaller size but never received one nor a refund. I tried several times to contact them but they would not respond. I finally filed a complaint with the Georgia Consumer Protection in the Dept.of Law. They said they would contact Quail but could not force them to make it right. They contacted Quail twice to no avail. So he stole my money that I paid for the item. Doing business with this company is a risk, and trying to contact their customer service and get a response is almost impossible.
