Still waiting for order
Ordered 1-3 john wick and 4th john wick. Over 3 months later and STILL waiting for the order to be completed!! So unimpressed!

The Madalorian season2 and season 1 in Blu ray ordered 5th Sept2022 clearly not available. Require a refund, absolutely sick of waiting and you have not seen fit to give an update. regards William Mitchell response received from Dvdland to the effect that the discs on order are still in their system and when the discs arrive will be sent to my address.

Failure to give me product or refund
I'm about to take this mob to Fair Trading. I ordered and paid for a $205 set of DVDs in Apr 2021 and still haven't received a thing as at 31 Jul 2023, not a word. There's no phone number and every time I contact them in writing I get no reply. They've stolen from me and i won't stop until I bring this joke of a company to their knees. What they've done is in breach of countless laws.

Counterfeit products received
Counterfeit funkos received, dodgy paint jobs on the funkos. also stated back order when the product is no longer available. Now product cant be found on their site. Trying to get a refund on orders and they keep saying their products are real though you can see very well that they are FAKE. dont trust them!

i must say after many months if purchased the its just murder series collection murder mysteries . i have no idea whether my money was takened . the order sent . etc they just stopped responding . just very bad business behavior . they wait you out and you just give up

my orders yes orders stated complete and items have not even been released yet one is in august the other no date and no communication from dvdland . this is not the first time this has happened . unable to ring no phone numbers to be found only email , and yet still no contact . for a online business this is not good business. trying to get answers is like pulling teeth. asking for refunds forget about it.no replies.

Very satisfied with all my items purchased. Love my Stranger Things Pops. This shop has 10/10 staff, everyone there is so friendly and always have my favourite figures and statues from my favourite series available which is why I have shopped there for so many years. I'm always spending there and will continue to.

Service was unbelievably good alongside the best packaging Ive seen. This time I also got 5 Pop Vinyls that are cute and were packed exceptionally well and arrived within a week. Everything was perfect. The prices are also usually quite good compared to other retailers. Will be buying from them again soon. 100% recommend.

Order paid since 11/2022 still not received 05/05/2023 It is absolutely ridiculous that the website and the company are still allowed to be active. The order has been placed on 11/2022. On 01/2023 I contacted the business and they replied via email saying there is a backlog of orders due to the previous Christmas period and the items will be sent NOT automatically as soon as they are available... FORGET IT!!! Today is the 05/05/2023. For six months the business has used the collected funds for its own purposes WITHOUT delivering the service/product.

Wishing to cancel my preorder order No 153****
Hi , so I have preordered heartland 16 x 3 qty back in October 2022, I was told it would be released first in January, then it was March , then it was May and now Im getting told July. Every time I contact for an update it always changes. I have requested multiple times to cancel my order and a full refund but dvdland will not do it for me . It my order, my money and if I wish to cancel it, it should be done . Im over it and the waiting, mucking around and just want a refund today asap. Im not happy at all . I have purchased many dvd from them before and never had any issues until now and due to this, I willnt be a future customer any more. Thankyou kind regards Bec

I am a fan of DVDLand and buy nowhere else. The customer service is impeccable! Absolutely wonderful and just great communication from the retail staff. My latest order of Stranger Things Pops arrived in 5 days in good condition.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I had to threaten them with consumer affairs to get a refund nearly three years on from purchase.

I ordered DVDs back in October 2021. They never arrived. Despite 6 emails demanding a refund they just kept telling me that they were to be shipped. I emailed them last night telling them I was going to make a complaint to consumer affairs and finely nearly three years later I get a refund. These people are absolute criminals they sell stock they dont actually have then unless you threaten them they wont refund they just keep telling you the status of your order has changed. Do yourself a favor avoid these charlatans.

I emailed the service team to change my order. They changed it straight away. I wanted another DVD that wasn't available elsewhere but DVDland tracked the obscure DVD and delivered it to my door within a week. On the whole I found they had a good selection and appreciated their prompt delivery. Not much more I could ask for.
