Can't get ahold of anyone

I got a membership on Saturday and talked to a vet and it's saying that I can't get my dogs prescriptions until I become a membership and I already paid for it I can't get a hold of nobody. I'm believing it's a scam. I'm reporting this and getting my money back from my bank.

Billed $144.00???

I did NOT authorize this transaction! I signed up for 1month only for $30,00!my month is up and I did Not renew the membership! There is no way to cancel it online no options therefore it is my belief after the month is done thats it!! I am disputing this transaction I also did NOT set it up for reaccuring payments. It was a 30 day membership only. Not only that there are no membership online for this amount either of I wanted to continue which I dont. Please call (614) 205-**** to resolve and refund this transaction. Thank You Amanda

Cancel membership

There is no number to call customer service?!?! Are you *** kidding me! This is absolutely crazy and I've never heard of that in my life. This screams FAKE! A SCAM! AND ALL THEY DO IS Tke money out of your account. How is it that you can have my banks info but I can't have a phone number to reach you at Only email!

Checking on medication

I saw the veterinarian for my dog that has severe anxiety from loud noises ex: fireworks the dr ordered the medication I ordered it and paid for it and is had not even been delivered!!! My dog suffered so badly and I would like a refund!!!

Can't book but have been charged

Their vets are great. Unfortunately everything else with the service sucks!!

I had my first appointment last week and all went well. Ever since then my account doesn't reflect my visit, doesn't show my vets recommendations and all the medications I paid for are shown but not shown that I already purchased them in the Dutch pharmacy. I feel like I'm getting ripped off and have gotten zero help through dutch. Their phone number on their app doesn't even work. Been emailing to no prevail. I will be contacting the BBB.

Worst pet service ever. Extremely poor customer service blow you off when called, ignored for days after sending emails, incompetent processing of prescriptions. Not posting dosage or quantity till order was delivered prevents price comparison and is a scam. I setup an online vet appointment worried that my dog might have ringworm or mites. This cost $30 with a reoccurring monthly charge regardless if I use it or not. The vet was ok and said she would send a prescription. She also said that if I transferred it to someplace other than Dutch they charge a $10 fee. The prescription appeared on the website right away and it said delivery was 5 days but it only showed a total charge of $54. No dosage or quantity. Hiding this info prevented me from shopping around to compare prices. :-{ So my dog is in quarantine and I'm checking my mail and the web every day for tracking info or anything but no updates. After 4 days I tried to call Dutch. It was on a Thursday at 12:16 pm. The automated system said I had an 8 minute wait time, then a 2 minute wait time, then I was sent to voice mail and told to leave a message. Basically someone didn't want to answer the phone and dumped my call. So I sent an email asking for an update and tracking info on the prescription. Kat responded saying it had been shipped and provided tracking info BUT WAIT! the info she sent said nothing had been shipped and the label was scheduled to be printed later that night. I responded asking them to send me the prescription so I could get it filled someplace else since it should have been delivered by now and NOT just getting around to printing a label. I also asked them to wave the $10 transfer fee since I had given them a chance and nothing was happening. No response, so I sent it again. After 3 days I get an email saying they cant cancel an order that has already been shipped... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? They ignored my request till they finally got around to shipping it just to use that lame excuse! Completely ridiculous! So 10 days after my meeting with the vet the prescription finally arrives. ONLY AFTER THIS DID THE QUANTITY AND DOSAGE APPEAR ON THE DUTCH WEBSITE. Covering this up till after the delivery obviously benefits them because it turned out Chewy is 26.4% less than Dutch. I will never use them again and recommend avoiding them at all cost.

Vet appointment

Need to cancel a pet appointment that had been rescheduled without my permission. I have tried and tried to cancel. But I realize pet online health is not for me. I do appreciate the help even though it didnt work out for me. So I really hope it can be done here. I do hope this is a free page because I dont have the money to pay another place here on the internet. Thank you
