Harassment from Dutch bros manager

Personal & Private regarding Supervisor of one Dutch bros in Grand Prairie Tx. Last night I was sitting in my car to relax Enjoy my Dutch bros coffee This black lady come up to Me that I was harassing one of the Employee about ask her phone no And bringing her flowers to show My love and compassion because She is wonderful and I am completely Satisfied because she is humble and Kind. She told me not to do it again Otherwise you will not comeback To Dutch bros. Othe supervisor And employees are really nice to me And say I love you and we miss you Sometimes they have a free drink because of my point. This is really hurting me, I am 68 Years and senior which I still drinking coffee. I deserve respect and I have 2 children. I found this is insane & learning sad Experience with you guys This manager is new and rude, Arrogant and very intimidating And she thinks she own the store Theres no code and conduct About this is America and Its a free country. Dont let anybody steal your joy!!! Treat others with respect and enjoy life. God say in the Bible: If you love me keep my commandment, therefore I am giving you anew commandment today To Love one another Always humble yourself! And love Mercy! Rejoice always! Thank You I will not coming back to buy Dutch bros, Pls dont Post it! Keep this confidential! And nothing else God bless you! We are bless! Possible Thief @ 15th Ave. Longview Wa. location

On March 29th, at one of our local Dutch Bros locations on 15th Ave. in Longview Wa. my 81 and 86 year old parents swung by and ordered one medium blended double chocolate mocha between 11:30-12:00 after a doctors appointment across from your location. That was their only purchase. Nothing more. The young man who took their order, handed my mother her the above drink and said, that will be 22.00 dollars. Uuuummm, they were completely shocked. My mom said, when did that happen? The young man just simply said, I do not set the prices mam, I just work here. He proceeded to look back at the price board behind him and again said, yep thats the price, 22.00. Are you kidding me, NO that is NOT the price of one coffee. It simply appears that, that young man, took my mothers cash and felt he deserved a 15.00 tip. I am so angry that someone would take advantage of the elderly like this. Many elderly folks come by there on a daily basis, being so close to Peace Health St. John Medical Center. My parents have been returning customers at this location and had never had a problem before. Please investigate this situation and contact me as soon as possible in regards to the actions you have taken to investigate. Also, my parents have not ever received a receipt during any purchases, and Im wondering if this is common practice? I am thinking its probably in everyones best interest to require that every customer receive a receipt during every purchase. My parents paid in cash. Complaint on drink remake

my drink was not made right i has a frost with 2 flavers and 3 shots of espreso and soft top .but i could not taste the espreso

My card was used to make a fraudulent purchase by someone

I am a pissed off customer. I don't need to be on hold. Someone used my credit card after purchasing coffee with it. Need to speak with someone one for your safety and mine.

Complaint

This Morning I Went To The Location Here In Cypress Houston Texas And Ordered A Coffee. Iced Annihilator Extra Sweet , Caramel Around The Cup With Whipped Cream And Caramel Drizzle. I receive my coffee as I was drinking my coffee I Sucked up a bee through my straw in almost Swallowed A Bee . And Im allergic to Bees not to mention it wasnt just one Bee it was a total of two.. So I immediately turned around and went back to the restaurant ask for the manager to show her what happened she offer me my refund In Another Coffee And Stated That Bees Had Been Bad At The Locations for about a week now.. Poor customer service I could have Literally died If I swallowed a *** two hours later I thought I feel sick throat store getting very irritated and I had been Vomiting They are not being cautious at that workplace and Im highly upset!!!

Wait time is so unacceptable!!

I went to Dutch Bros twice this week. First time I waited in line for 32 minutes. I told the person at the windowabout the wait time. I went again because I was hoping the wait time would be better, and it wasn't. This time I place my order with a young man with green hair. Again waited in line for 24 minutes. Then a young lady came to my vehicle and asked me what did I order? At that point I told her to keep the order and I was not coming back!!

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service

I pulled up to the dutch brothers on Broadway at 8:25pm on the 16th of June. there was only 1 car at the window. After waiting 15 minutes and watching to see if there was even an exchange of money or drinks for a explanation of why I was just sitting there watching a conversation while the girl at the window could tell I was getting more impatient as she rolled her eyes and kept talking. We spend $25-$40 A DAY ... AT THAT LOCATION and 20 minutes of waiting to pull forward the vehicle finally left WITH NO EXCHANGE. When we asked what that was about, she laughed and said "bro, that was our co-worker haha we were just catching up Its ok" I told her No it's not ok, I have to be at work and you probably just made me late she laughed again and I told her it's not funny. We still spent $30 it took 5 minutes longer to be done so a total of 25 minutes is absolute *** and since she thinks it's funny that I may be late to MY JOB she shouldn't have one until she learns that having a job is actually important and it's a privilege to have one not an entitlement.
