Delay in Order and no response at all
I placed an order with durest and it has been more than a month. No response at all.Actual delivery date was 10th of August and when it exceeded they said it will be delivered in a week. Now it has been more than 2 weeks by now. When I tried to contact them now no response at all. Really disappointed with their customer service

So I have phoned to phone numbers to this company and it cuts out on 1 number and keeps ringing on another looks like have totally been scammed

Ordered a double bed and mattress with delivery charge ,they have taken the money from my account for both bed and delivery, I have had no conformation whatsoever,tried to phone the company and the phone just cuts off

6-8 weeks gone & STILL they wont collect the faulty bed for a refund. Customer advisor keeps fobbing me off with " waiting for next courier schedule" pathetic excuse. It does not take 4-5 weeks to fix a courier pick up from 30 miles away. Customer service doesnt exist...main phone numbers are NEVER answered. Totally useless company. Should never be trading. Shame on Wowcher for dealing with them and for not taking responsibility when complaints against Durest Beds are made.

Paid for a bed and delivery which I waited in all day 26/07/23 and did not arrive no contact from anyone with explanation as to why I am 62 yrs old and had to sleep on sofa and have arthritis so very painful a call would of been a common courtesy but nothing and still waiting for any reply to query as to what is happening

Zero contact with company They took my money then no contact after that tried calling nemerous times also cannot find an e mail contact so now have no option but to highlight this as fraud and theft with trading standards

I bought a bed from Wowcher and supposed to be delivered today but I havent heard anything from the company, tried calling them but keeps cutting off my calls , I need a refund so I can get bed for my son , he sleeps on the floor now .

Not been delivered on time and not managed to contact the company either. All the different names is dodgy and if I had know before I would not of ordered. Even though it was through wowcher and I have not experienced any issues with them before.

Waited and waited for delivery of Ottoman bed and mattress. It was late , they kept making excuses. When it did arrive it was poor quality and faulty. They said I couldnt have a refund until they collected it . 3 weeks later Im still waiting for them to pick it up. Again more excuses. Utter shambles. I will never use living society / Wowcher again. Disgusting service from the start

Want my order
I ordered a headboard, base with 4 drawers and a matress. I received the mattress on 2/6/2023 and to date not the balance of my order. I have received absolutely no feedback from the company apart from me contacting them and receiving a vague reply. I am really disappointed and uncomfortable considering the fact that my husband and I are sleeping on the mattress (received) on the floor.

Cheap crap beds springs start sticking out after a few weeks selling as top quality cool memory foam matress omg just awful how Wowcher allowing them to trade on there website is also disgusting Wowcher customer service just as bad they are saying they are nothing to do with it that I have to contact durest beds well I would if I had a phone number for them only have a email they ignore Just AVOID

Broken bed never collected and no refund
I bought a bed from this company in July 2022. It finally arrived at the end of august, lasted 3 months then completely collapsed in a heap while sleeping. Durest told me they would collect and give me a full refund. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They take your money and run. After 4 months of waiting I still have a broken bed frame that will never be collected and no one will help me. DONT USE WOWCHER. THEY ARE RUBBISH! Im now going to take them to a small claims court as I wont let this go. PayPal cant help as it was over 180 days ago when I paid. When you call no one answers and they keep changing their company name. SCAM, SCAM SCAM. AVOID. I have reported them to citizens advice and Trading Standards.

The quality is HORRIBLE I bought it on WOWCHER. It arrived dirty, stinky. Apart from that, the quality is very, very low. You can feel each spring. I contacted durest by email. They said they will collect it within 728 days. After 28 days, they said 28 working days. Now it's been 43 days. They still didn't collect it, and it t seems they won't. Unfortunately, I didn't read reviews before buying. PLEASE DON'T BUY It's waste of time and money and nerves Wowcher customer service doesn't help. They don't care.
