Did not get refund
I ordered meat from Srinivasa pork centre in dunzo on 24th of July. It's been almost 1 month i haven't got my refund yet. And top of that there's no any customer service neither to call nor chat also

Worst customer care services.
I wanted to do the courier for my friend on 12th August 2023 so I selected the dunzo courier service and the asked to me pay 276 before fetching for delivery partner. I did as instructed and I waited for approx. 20min for the delivery partner but later they only send the notification that no delivery partner is available at this moment so i cancelled the delivery and asked for the refund it's been 7 days since my cancellation and I have contacted support of dunzo many times but it was really unsatisfactory because they don't have representatives to speak with. I must say Worst decision of choosing dunzo for delivery services from now onwards i am ready to pay extra money on other apps but I won't choose dunzo for any services.

Cheaters. customers are charged twice for same service. Making easy money in shortcuts. Will never engage them. Both Lazy pay have played with me. The customer care is trained to repeat like a parrot. No wonder they dont have customer care number. Frauds.

Horrible customer service
The product that I ordered were different from what was delivered. When I reached out to the chat section to submit my query, there was an auto msg that all executives are busy. This is the 3-4 time that dunzo has delivered wrong products and has not refunded the money or even reached out to understand the issue.

Delivery Not Done But Updated as delivered and delivery boy behavior
Hii this is chandrashekar today morning i have placed a order but its not delivered because of delivery person is not able to deliver on 4th floor and now he has updated as order delivered.. I didn't get the order and no response from dunzo team and didn't get refund also

Delivered bitter fish no response on chat
They have delivered bitter and completely inedible quality of fish when we tried to raise a complaint on chat. Only response received was to write to their support email. When we wrote the email first response got was for quick resolution contact us on chat. So by initial responses you can imagine that they are trying to put you on a loop with no intention to resolve any issues.

I have received a message like i will receive my parcel by 7.45 ...i was waiting for the parcel ...before i receive the call...dunzo person has gone. I am calling that person he was telling he is in koramangala rise a complaint .

I have ordered some items worth rs318/-, the store has cancelled my order because they havent had some items and i still havent received my refund Rs. 318 via Google pay account on 2023-05-30 14:13 PM this amound has been debited, the refund should reflect right after but still i havent got my money back

Froud happened with me
Totally froud...i ordered from this app i paid in advance but delivery boy didn't delivered the order but marked delivered and i raised a ticket but no response nothing there no way you can contact to dunzo support directly that is issue now i realised if i order something with big amount what will happen then ??? I promise from this app i never ever order from this app if my issue is not resolve

Our money is not free that you'll send me a false product and I'll keep either send me a new product without torn packed or refund us and you have intentionally send us this 2 damaged products giving in a discounted offer does that mean you'll send damaged products first time I can understand but on 2nd time same !!! You give discount on damaged product I can't keep it we are paying money to you not getting free that I'll keep it
