Dunkin' Donuts on *** Highway just told me to get lost. There were 10 cars in the drive thru when I arrived. Because of so many cars in drive-through, I decide to go inside, and I was the only customer at the counter now, after 15 minutes of watching them, serve drinks and make drinks for the folks in the drive in line I asked for someone to take my order, she finally took my order which was six donuts and a coffee. And then I heard her whisper, something to her friend working with her about letting me sit. So 10 more minutes go by and nobody's handed me my donuts or my coffee; they keep making food for the drive-through. I ask again for someone to take give me my donuts at least right behind them and and maybe just pour me a small coffee. the one worker told me after I asked again, and was told they were busy, I replied that I've seen you give orders to six cars since I've been standing here and since I've been ordering at the counter. Then the woman came over and told me that we give drive-through priority and if you wanted your drink faster you would go through the drive-through. At that point I asked for a refund which the cashier was taking way too long and didn't know how to handle. So I need a refund on my check I have never been spoken to like this before in a retail establishment. I always tried to be very polite, but she could tell I was definitely getting very aggravated by the time I left.

Chipped Tooth

Good afternoon, I ordered the chicken and pepper wrap from the 4705 Crain Hwy location in Upper Marlboro, MD on July 31 around 9:30am. There was a hard object in the wrap unbeknownst to me that upon biting down it chipped the back of my tooth. I still have the wrap from yesterday. I ended up at the dentist for an emergency appointment and it was determined through x-rays that the tooth would require a root canal and crown, resulting in an $750 unexpected out of pocket expense that would not be covered by my dental insurance. I really want this matter resolved as soon as possible, and have already contacted and reported this matter to the store manager.. This was completely unexpected and feel that some compensation should be provided. aevette32@***.com

Bad Service/experience

Walked into the store on Lincoln Way in Massillon Ohio, my family and I were at the front counter, we were there for about 7-8 minutes. Not one employee even acknowledged our presence. All were concerned with the drive through. I said out loud "thanks for the service" no one responded. I contacted corporate customer service. They stated they would handle the situation, but kept putting me off. Nothing ever got resolved. Will never shop there again.

Dunkin Donuts claims America runs on Dunkin's

I believe that this is a false statement, starting with the fact I myself don't like drinking coffee that tastes like dish water. Secondly, I can't eat donuts that aren't fresh. Dunkin's donuts are a minimum of 12-13 hours old when you get them and the last I knew the use a 21 hour flour. This basically means you are paying for stale food, rip off. They bake frozen bagels and muffins in store and your egg sandwiches are frozen products not fresh. I can't respect a company that lies in the advertisements and unwilling to tell you how and where the food comes from. New Hampshire Donut Company makes their donuts fresh on site every day. Market Basket does the same and both companies donuts are bigger and fresher. Aroma Joe's is a great coffee company with great staff in each location.

Staff complaint

We went in to order coffee and to use the restroom. Someone was in the ladies room for about 15 min and we knocked several times. Had to use the men's room because the woman in the ladies room wasn't coming out!! It was a teenager who worked there and she came out using her phone! She works for Dunkin Donuts!!! She took a long break in there. This DD should have a manager to keep bad work ethics under control.Go somewhere else. Didn't get a receipt.

Horrible Customer Service

They have a horrible refund process for the App. Sometimes you will order from the app & the location will not have your product when u arrive. Now you are stuck with no product and your money processed. Customer Service will give the run around to get a refund or a gift card. They will lie to you just to get you off the phone. They ignore emails as well. Unacceptable. Be accessible to customers for concerns, and have a better Refund process for the Dunkin Donuts App. Hire people who care to help your customers. As of now, they are just bodies not doing their JOB.

Bad service, store# 354353

The cashier made us wait longer than 20 minutes to take our order, they prioritize the drive thru customers, he took our order wrong, I wanted to cancel my order after I paid, they refused, the bagel I GOT WAS NOT GOOD, it the texture was awful like rubber. Store #354353. Check # 1462. I dumped the not good food in the dumpster in front of them. Bad service, shame on you., I will formally complain with the better busyness bureau.

Employee threw change at me after I told him to wait while I grab the rest of my money

So I pulled up to the Ocoee Florida Dunkin Donuts on Silver Star and ordered food. The gentleman told me it was cash only I said OK do you have when Im ordering a repeated its cash only I said I understand I have cash do you think Im broke or something so he gave me my total I pulled in the window said was 1403 I handed him a £.2 and two cents and said please wait I have the rest of this change. I turned around and hes handing me change and I asked him. What are you doing man I told you I have your change just like I told you I heard you at the window and he threw my change out the window at me at my face, so what are you going to do about Dunkin Donuts employees that are aggressive towards customers and almost put a mans eye out

I was refused a refund on stale donuts sold to me

I purchased 4 donuts that were stale. I brought them back for a refund. The worker proceeds to tell me she cant give me a refund and they were stale because they were sitting in the case all day, but now they have fresh ones and I could purchase 4 more fresh ones. I asked her for the general managers number which she gave me but she wouldnt answer. I asked the worker to call which she did and she answered her call but says she couldnt help me until later on in the week. Thats impossible because I am a OTR truck driver and dont live in that state.

Awesome coffee

I arrive soon to closing and I order a coffee no one really gets the Midnight coffee and its stronger. Well the coffee is hot and fresh and never old coffee at the Denton Maryland Dunkin

Issue at store

It was a contractor that Dunkin hired to fix the parking lot. Guess they showed up at 9:00 am. I arrived at 10:00 am to pick up a mobile order. This contractor had hot tar, used to fill in cracks. They had cones, but just worked down the parking lot. I got blocked in. After waiting 5 minutes, I got out to speak to the person applying the product. Both employees completely ignored me. Would not respond. I waited 12 minutes to get out of your lot. Had to leave via the entrance, since they had the exit blocked. Your employees were not happy. You need to speak with them. Love to speak to the person who hired this company. It is a small lot. It closes at 8:00 pm. Why not do it after that. You had customers like me, who had mobile orders and parked next door and walked. The Drive Thru got shut down. I would like to speak with some, please. I can be reached at 802-585-****. I was a Manager in Newspaper Production for 35 years. I would not pay these people. They turned your business upside down. Your employees were frustrated. My car? Tires picked up the substance he was using. Had a rough front end until the stuff came off the tires. The person who hired them? I would get to the bottom of this issue. If he or she knew is was going to be done on Friday morning? Then you have a problem. Looking forward from hearing from you.

Customer service at certain locations is terrible. I found one in my vacuity that is excellent ! 338 park Rd West Hartford CT They are friendly, efficient and give great service

For the third time this month I have ordered in store and paid with my app, activated a free medium coffee with another purchase and was charged for the coffee! I let it go twice because it was on a Saturday and customer service was not available. But feel that you should know you app is not working. I spend approximately $60 - $70 a week at Dunkin and run into lots of problems with the app.
