Improper sales

So yesterday the 9th i went into your store and purchased this item , and the manger april spent 30 mins arguing with me about this price so i just purchased them at full price but i no im in the right as they are 39.97 online and un store i would like this Resolved

Information

I waited 20 minutes on the phone and finally got to speak with someone. I was then put on hold and then cut off. I am now back on waiting to speak to someone again.

I purchased boots that fell apart.

I purchased boots from the Marion ohio store on 12/15/2022. On 6/08/2023 the sole separated from the upper. They didnt last 6 months. I returned to the store, but was told that the manager would do nothing to help me. I have purchased my last 3 pairs of boots here, as well as firearms, ammo, and clothing. I will not be returning to Dunhams. I will not patronize any business that won't stand behind their merchandise.

Very bad customer service and horrible assistant manager attitude

Tried to return a cooler that was never used and the AM wouldnt take the return .. told me to take my cooler and get out!

OEF Veteran/Purple Heart Recipient harassed, threatened, and ultimately humiliated by staff AND management!

A few weeks ago while attempting to shop for a few items at the Dunham's Sport Store located in Richmond, IN, I was immediately followed by staff. At first I wasn't sure, but as I began to shop different areas it did not take any time at all to confirm this. I was literally being openly harassed by this staff member, as they very openly followed me, making no effort what so ever to conceal his efforts from me or any other customer. This was absolutely embarrassing. After about 25 minutes of this throughout the entire store, at some point they must have thought that I left or lost track of me for a second, because when a different staff member, this time my manager actually, noticed me shopping in the shoe department, he immediately became outraged, and he yells, "oh ya, OH YA, OKAY THEN!" He proceeded to grab his radio and call for security to get to his location as fast as they can. Mind you, I am still simply standing in one place looking at shoes. We he yells all of this loud enough for everyone to hear, making sure that all the customers hear what he is doing as he walks backwards staring straight at me. Now I no longer am feeling harassed, I am now being threatened by the management. I had now had enough and decide to take my items and leave. When I reach the cashier she just simply stand there, and I see her peering over my shoulder, so I turn to look and the manager that began calling threats is standing there as if to block the exit. That was absolutely the wrong thing to do, so I just walked out and he began very aggressively walking right behind me on my heels, hostility also very obvious in his body language. He then stands outside literally staring at me as I am leaving until I am out if his eyesight. I didn't trip any alarms, because, well, you know, I wasn't stealing whatsoever. I wasn't even able to purchase the items i had come there to get! Not one! Every bit if this entire 30 minute ordeal took place in front of multiple other customers. They didn't have to be paying attention to know what was going on, staff and management made it a point to publicize the entire thing. The entire encounter was completely unprovoked and undeserved. I am an Operation Enduring Freedom Veteran that served 14 months in Afghanistan where I recieved a Purple Heart, along with 11 other awards and medals. Dunham's treated me with so much disrespect, is this how their stores treat veterans for literally NO REASON AT ALL! I will NEVER set foot in a Dunham's again, and I will make sure to warn other Veterans about Dunham's and the kind of treatment they can expect for simply walking through the doors. Disgusting and beyond unacceptable. Dunham's should provide some kind of compensation for unexcusable events like this. I approached that register with over $300 worth of merchandise, 100% prepared to purchase it, and I was outright refused for yet again no reason. The least Dunham's could do at this point is compensate me for the merchandise I came to buy in the first place. That was my first choice for what I needed, and instead of leaving with what I came for I left absolutely humiliated and embarrassed and with nothing. The least Dunham's could do is give me what I originally came to get, because all I got was this sick experience.

The general manager at the Green Bay location discriminated against me and I am very unhappy about it. Needs to be resolved.

Poor selection

I have been shopping at my local Dunhams for years. I don't know why I continue to hope for a better selection year after year just to be disappointed. While I have noticed it in other sports, gold is the worst. The women's golf selection is just so disappointing! There is rack after rack of men's golf attire and one rack for ladies. Unfortunately, the lack of ladies' golf merchandise isn't store specific. On your website, you sell two pairs of women's golf cleats. TWO?! There are over 45 options for men's golf shoes. The same goes for clubs, hats, and nearly every other golf accessory you sell. It may come as a surprise to you, but women golf too. There are many places to order golf cleats online, and this is the last time I even bother looking at Dunham's.

Complain about NO ammo for a flash sale

I get flash sale info and go to the store the day of the start of the sale and NO ammo is available, you dont have rain checks and the ammo never arrives.

Good luck at finding any staff to help you, its impossible to find someone that knows anything about guns at the gun counter. The email coupons only last until your in the door even after verifying it over the phone.

Order that got lost by dunhams

Placed an order for a ruger pistol on 2/24/23. I received confirmation that they received my order right away, stating my order would be shipped to my local store. Two weeks later, having not received no info from them I decided to visit my local store. And waiting 45 min as there were only 3 employees in the store. no order to be found. The guy that helped me ask that I leave my contact information and the manager would contact me. Not. Three emails to customer service, finally get an email stating they never received my order. I have confirmed email from them that my order was placed. Go figure. They stated I needed to place a second order. The price had gone up $50, since my initial order. Not likely be doing any further business with this organization. They are really messed up.

After I Purchase boots that I hardly wore, the sole came apart and dunham's refused to exchange. No where is it posted at least not in plain sight about return policy but even if it was they should stand behind the quality of their products. The person who said he was a duspervisor was very non chalant and acted as if he didn't care. He said his name was Chris Evans like the actor. The store number was 9210 or so he said in Rocky Mount, NC
