Refuse to Pay
I have been trying to receive my cash back for 6 months. Of course everything is through email which they don't answer for weeks/months at a time. When I requested my payout in February 2022 (18 different times during the month), I got a message that said an email would be sent to verify my PayPal account. The verification emails never came. I went back in again today ( March 1, 2022 and submitted a request for my funds. I got a pop up that said I can only request funds in February, June and October. Still waiting on the fraudulent, felonious company to give me my cash back!!

No Payment of Cash Back
We have been attempting since February 2, 2019 to get the cashback owed us ($152). We can never get anyone to respond other than, "We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience in this matter. We are working to resolve the delay and have all backlogged payments completed soon. Danielle, Customer Support" What does soon mean? We reported them to the BBB, but they also won't respond to the BBB. Don't shop with these guys, because they are not going to give you your cashback no matter how much they promise. You can't find a phone number for them to call them. Any phone number I've found turns out to be incorrect.

Dubli kicked out of Nasdaq for none compliance!
Dubli (Ominto) is kicked out of Nasdaq or rather they voluntarily delisted themselves before they got kicked out because of none compliance. Dubli (Ominto) board members jumping ship! Terrible. Ominto is now getting rid of its MLM arm and basically starting over with CEO Micheal Hansens wife Betina taking the CEO role of Ominto. CEO Micheal Hansen is now flying around the world to raise money from leaders to try to start another MLM to buy out Dubli.com in a last chance effort hold onto whats left. Micheal Hansens Dubli has been around since 1999. It has changed 4 times going 5 since then. Completely different companies, products and strategies. Most of all fake promises and inability to deliver future promises has caused doubt among its top leadership and so he is starting again and again. Good luck to anyone who puts money into this guys scams. lol

Fake cash back site
Ordered $1800 of tickets through stub hub with a promise of 8 percent cash back. Followed all requirements. After submitting multiple missing cash back claims, Dubli claims they can't give me any cash back as the vendor, Stub Hub, has not replied to their money back request. Clearly a fake site. Reported to BBB

I made several purchases through Best Buy and Dubli would not pay me back for any of them, simply saying "Purchase not eligible for Cash Back" when I contacted them. But their website lists NO items that are not eligible anywhere, simply stating that you get a minimum of 2% cash back entire site wide. There's not a list of ineligible items, you only find out that you can't claim cash back on your purchases well after making them. Worse, you have to wait 14 days after purchase to even contact them about any missing cash back, and it can take up to another 90 days for them to bother to get back to you, if they do at all. What's more crazy, is that I had previously purchased the SAME items through Best Buy and got money back the prior month. If things changed since then, nothing on their website says so. You're better of using any other cash back website, because despite the fact that Dubli charges an exorbitant membership fee, they can't be bothered to actually get you your money back.

Keep making excuses of not refunding my money or giving me my earned money
I have been trying to get my earned money for a month, they use to be good till they sold to the new company. Now I just feel like it's a scam. I still have not got my money. I have emailed too many times for this situation not to be resolved after almost a month! It took only one time with NO ISSUES when they wanted the $99 membership fee -there was no problem getting that to them but always seems to be a problem when I'm trying to get my money earned & my $99 fee refunded! plus also invested over $3000 for the network partner side and never got anything back on that

STAY AWAY!
At first Dubli was going ok so I decided to purchase the ViP program. However, as soon as we above $10k. No cash were released, no withdraw, and LOTS OF missing purchases. It is a nightmare having to deal with this company although they do respond to the emails very fast. I highly suggest you to use another cashback sites as this company promise things that cannot comply with. My advise it: "PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT FALL FOR DUBLI LIKE I DID" They are pretty much scamming people You will be wasting your time and money as well Thanks!

I haven't received my cash back and Dubli won't respond to my emails
I submitted for a paypal payment 18 days ago I haven't received the money and haven't received a response to my emails.i am a VIP member and am owed $327.00 this is poor customer service. The method of payment is paypal and is an easy electronic transfer.i am annoyed that I have not received any response to my withdrawal request they should at the very least respond to my 3 emails. Is this company out of business, or going out of business? I would like to hear if anyone else has had this type of experience or if anyone has had any success with filing a complaint? Is there another way to reach customer service other than the email? Do they have a phone number?

You can complian while i make money $$$
for all the people who are complaining. Here is proof. I bought VIP and within the last 2 months have been able to get my 99$ back as well as have more then 300$ in Cashback .. Love it... save on my groceries from Walmart, target and all airline tickets, hotel. i book it for my friends and family also.. I plan on referring friends also make 5$ extra for each person who joins and shops.. Chek out the VIP lounge which has great deals i just got 100$ to dine with discount dinnning dollards that i got from dubli for few dollards. I have many coupons that i use for shopping as well. Check for your self. Best is buying groceries you save 4-5 % at least

Signed in for $4.95 one month trial and was charged $ 49.00
I went on a web app. I was offered a one month trial for 4.95 and ended up being charged 49.00 dollars. I didn't receive any email confirmation. Nothing. And they have disappeared from the site, immediately after signing up. I want my money back. I feel their page was purposely confusing and mis leading. I can't afford the $49.00 charge. I am on disability, and it will cause me serious financial problems.
