Trouble with ordering

The site is Very difficult to communicate with. 1.no confirmation that product is attainable. 2.no normal credit card payment or confirmation 3.no customer service number that is answered by a human

Could not place order

Drizzly was not accepting my order due to a problem with the credit card. I called the credit card company and was told my card was active. I will try again to place the order.

Messed up order

I ordered 7 cans of mikes harder 24oz black cherry they gave me 7 cans of white claw 12 oz without even informing I order here alot I would have declined. I order atleast 3 times a week I just want reimbursed for the difference not going to fuss first mess up period and im a valued customer and tip well

Error when ordering

I ordered some wine from drizzly and I ended up getting two orders delivered to me when I gave back because I didn't want it and they told me that they told me that I would be issued a refund for the order that I sent back I want to know what I can do about this thank you

Drizly fails immediately and got worse.

I tried order Plain Hooch? They asked for my Address at the very first order step after I gave name, address and so forth. Got knocked out with question about my address, which I could not enter and continue. I thought the support department was supposed to address problems and offer solutions.What they did was tell me: "Hey Mr Loder, you're right. Ya can't order stuff now." I already knew that. I suggested they ask some Drizly exec how they could actually get the customer's order through so Drizly could afford to pay for the support team and..., oh I don't know, earn money selling our stuff? According to Dominique's response it's OK if someone who took the time to voice his frustration, pin-pointed the source of the Drizly site problem, but got Zero solutions from Support's end. Have already explained in great detail. Enough is enough!!

They didn't solve my problem so they said that they would call me back...THEY NEVER DID!!! I called ABC Wine & Liqour store. Their employee told me how to access their app. I ordered directly to them and received my order correctly and at the designated time. I will NO LONGER go through Drizly!!!

No delivery

No delivery but my CC charged put special instructions in but was ignored by Drizly and instead contacted gift recipient

I received the wrong bottle. The store owner told I could have jit and would bring me the actual ordered flavor

When it came down to it. He wanted it back. It was already opened as he said I could have it and we waited a total of like 3 hours as it was. He then refused to give us our order. I want my money back!! Already sent a pic of the wrong product. Order Pinnacle whipped vodka and got plain.

Wrong address

Wrong address wrong address. It was just a mistake I do. Are you guys in Texas when I go there I travel quite a bit, so thank you for everything and I will look I will say this filling out this crap is wasting my time, so in the future, I dont need to have to go through this again thank you forward to using again.

Never received order that was paid for

You have a automatic email and today I was able to talk to a really nice person she helped me and encourage me to call back and cancel my order if it doesn't come today. Even though she was very helpful I still may not ever order from drizly again very disappointed in this company! Right now not very Happy if I had stock in this company I would sale it and buy a competitor stock.

I'm a frequent customer but I have cash. Is that acceptable?

I used my card. No cash for purchase. Tips can be. Thanks for your service. So, pretty reasonable considering you won't be tempted to drink and go get it. Thanks expensive and terrible and very costly. Thanks Drizly!

Beware the Drizzly gift scam

I ordered a special bottle of rum via Drizzly to be delivered to my son in Brooklyn. Their local retail partner delivered a different bottle of lesser quality and cost than the one ordered. Initially, Drizzly customer service was responsive and arranged for that retailer to pick up the bottle and refund my purchase. I tried to get another bottle delivered by a different Drizzly retailer and the same thing happened again. This time the retailer delivered a different bottle that lists on the Drizzly site for 1/2 the price I paid. When I wen back to customer service they said they would not refund the purchase until the gift recipient returned the bottle to the retailer. What?? Their retailer pulls a massive bait and switch and the gift recipient gets stuck with the problem? When I tried to resolve this with Drizzly customer service, they just stopped responding to emails.

I placed an order last night and the seal was broken

The bottle of wine came to my house opened.The bag had wine in the bottle and my hands had wine on them when I opened it up.Im going to send a picture of the bottle of wine and you can see the wine stained on the front of the bottle.I want a refund because the bottle was tampered with.
