Charge

I used dream press many many months ago. I didnt realize I was being charged every month since. However, another person in my family was charged for the service associated with me this past month. How is that a thing? Please fix!

Problem with website

Need to get my website domain name up and running again (davegonzosculpture.com). The website name is connected to my email through Gmail (artist@***.com) and email account is shut down due to the website not being functional. I need to update my website so that my email will be working again.

My debit card was charged without my authorization. I was charged $19.95 and did not purchase anything.

I havent heard from anyone other than to take a survey. Maybe if can delete my registration form so I can start over. Still no contact from anyone.

Hello, I registered last week. Says : waiting on payment, was never prompted me to enter payment info. I tried everything, searched, tried your 24/7 agents, nothing. Cant get ahold of anyone. To much of my valuable time as been wasted, Its Simple issues should taken minutes to resolve, not hours and days. Meanwhile our domain name is still in limbo. I hope someone gets back with me. Horrible technical support

I've been trying to use my dream host account after they're making pay more than the website says. I have 2 days in a row trying to solve the problem, and they are still not giving me any answer that can be helpful. The last email I received from them says that the payment was denied, however the money it's already withdrawn. Now they want me to make a payment that I already did. Basically, they want me to pay twice for a service I don't have access to use. Very disappointing & frustrating.
