Want a refund

I complained after 8 mo and they talked me into trying something different that would make it better but it didnt by that time 365 days over. Not stain resistant. Material covering mattress falls apart when cleaned. Mattress slopes on corners and edges. My back hurts worse than before and I have degenerative disc disease at 54. Maybe premier would have been better or nectar full memory foam which I love but bf wanted coils. So we compromised. Please have integrity and help. I talk to people all day as a stylist and they like my opinion abt things like this and I have refrained from saying anything negative until I know for sure your intentions and what your brand stands for. You do what you say youll do. Thats all anyone wants and the last thing anyone wants to do is mess with returning a mattress. We want to be happy. Its a big pain for us. So nothing to gain. I just want a good night sleep and I feel we were ripped off.

Curacao was horrible i was at that store ten times until i said i called u then they wanted to help i was only compensated delivery man at fromt desk woth big silver rings very very rude

U can call me 702 808 **** im not typing all this its too long of a story lady in furniture made too may mistake erika at curacao man at front desk large silver rings bery rude they alway speak spanish not english so YOU DO NOT k ow what they are saying but if they want a sale they speak perfect english only one try to help was gerber

New mattress purchase

My mattress is just a year old and it already has indentations on the mattress. Not comfortable.

I ordered a very firm mattress was not that firm when I got it but now I have to rotate it every time. I change the sheets because theres an indentation in the mattress. I need someone to come and look at it. I paid over $2000 for this mattress.

Where is my king mattess

My bed frame is making a lot of noise

We bought two xl twin mattress and frames. Horrible mattress and both of our frames are not working, we have been calling and emailing for approximately a year trying to get them replaced ,we sent pictures, we never got anywhere with your company

Mattress won’t fully inflate

Trying to call customer service only get recording they think you for calling dreamcloud and then hang up so how do I solve this problem if I cant talk to a person?

Cannot reach anyone when I called

We ordered the premier mattress, which is supposed to be 14" and it is only 12". We have a platform bed with a headboard and cannot be lowered any further. I doubled check the order to make sure I ordered the right one and I did. It shows it is 14" but it definitely is not. We were very careful to make sure not to damage anything while unpacking it and placing it on the bed so I know we did not damage it. Do you have a 2" pad we could put on top to make up for the difference? At no charge, of course, since it is not the height that it is supposed to be. Other than that the mattress seems to be fine but only had it for 2 days.

Package dance

This so frustrating and disappointing, my first order screwed up with package and marks. Then after ordered new one, but same thing repeated. In my previous email, I specially informed to take care of packaging and make sure I get undamaged mattresses. But no use, I got the new order and this time the package itself broke and mattresses inflamed.

Missing parts

Received everything but no leg for bed . Have to jump thru hoops even after explaining this bed is for a pregnant 8 1/2 month woman . So yeah I hid the leg seriously ? I couldnt even get responded to for days ! Sent pictures now the picture of tag is folded need to send new one are you kidding my daughter is in pain!!

My bed I sleep all over the matress and sink into holes all the time. I weigh 225 lbs and when I go to take picture without lieeing on it , it looks fine. I'm an honest man and really need to replace this bed for over 6 months.Help

Lousy Customer Service

July 9, 2021 I have a major problem with this company. The parent company name is RESIDENT HOME. They manufacture mattresses under the names of Nectar, DreamCloud, Awara, Level Sleep, Wovenly, and Bundle. On 7/3/21 after reading numerous reviews on multiple websites comparing different mattress brands I decided on a DreamCloud Premier from Resident Home. This was an online purchase made on the Internet. I decided to purchase a DreamCloud Hybrid mattress for $1096.92. Now this is where the problems started. I was informed that they didn't have the mattress and it was going to be 5 to 10 days before it would be shipped to them and another 3-4 days after it would be delivered to me by way of FED EX or UPS, and went on to say I would be notified of a shipping date. I had an old mattress (13 yrs. old) that was causing me back pain every day so this unknown shipping date was cause for concern for me. So I called their customer service dept. on 7/4/21, to inquire if there was anyway of getting a definite date that I could expect to receive it. The customer service rep. told me that I might try checking with one of their retailers that carrying their merchandise and I might be able to get it thru them. So I contacted Sit &;;;;;;;;;Don'Dt; Sleep and I was told they had 100 of them in stock and they could get a mattress sent out to me on 7/7/21. So I placed the order with them on 7/4/21 and then called Resident Home to cancel the order I had placed the previous day on 7/3/21. So when I did cancel with them I was told I would get my refund with 3-5 days which didn't happen! * I have since found out today after doing some research and reading other complaints that their mattresses are made in China and that's where they have to come from. They had a case some years ago filed against them by the Federal govt. (FTC) stating they stated their mattresses were made in America which was a Lie!! Now I have to engage in a series of phone calls - 5 total all week trying to get my money refunded which they refused to do. I then get a message on 7/8/21 from Fed EX stated that the mattress would be delivered on 7/14/21. This is in spite of the fact this the order was cancelled on 7/4/21. They have a major miscommunication issue going on with their warehouse. I call them again on 7/8/21 and was told the mattress that was coming by way of FED Ex and would have to be re-routed in order for it to be returned to them before and I would get my money refunded. And this wouldnt happen until 5-7 days after they receive it. At this point I had enough of the games they were playing with me. I called them again this morning (7/9/21) and told them I was not going to wait any longer and was going to call my bank and file a dispute and let them handle this situation from this point on I then was told if I did that it would delay my refund further by several weeks. I called my bank (Bank of America) this morning and opened a dispute!! Funny then I get a refund issued by the company within 15 minutes after my last phone call to them and my telling them I was calling my bank. This whole situation of trying to get my money refunded has been a horrible experience and one I wouldn't wish on anyone. To date I have had the mattress only for 4 days and there haven't been any problems with. But I dont have any back pain anymore. So I cant give an objective review of the mattress at this point. But I would caution anyone reading all of the positive reviews that are shown on their website, dont believe everything that you read because I'm sure there are numerous negative ones that they have removed. These people offer Lousy Customer Service!

Received damaged platform base

I ordered my platform base on 23 May and had it within just a few days. It was stored in my garage waiting my mattress which took almost a month to get. Took the base inside and unpacked it. There was multiple damage to the base, only one leg in the box, and no packing material whatsoever. I contacted dream cloud right away they requested that I send pictures and I sent those immediately. I was informed that reship was approved and I would be receiving an email with tracking information shortly. At this time I still have not received tracking information. I also requested for the old base to be picked up because I do not wantbe responsible for getting rid of it and requested compensation to which I have noheard nothing no one is getting back to me
