Placed order Dec 7 2022, was told it would be delayed until first week in Feb. Company hasnt responded to emails/IG messages since Feb. Ive continued to try all forms of comm w no help. Phone line is not working. BBB said company did not respond to them either. This company is total B.S. yet they keep taking money from people. Its infuriating especially when I keep getting sales emails from them. There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT/response at this point, at all!! If I could rate in the negative, I would.

Customer service number not working

I placed an order and have not received it, I have not heard back from anyone via the customer service email and the customer service phone number is out of service.

This is a scam. Never received pillows ordered on December 1, 2022. Never would respond.

I ordered two pillows on December 1, 2022 totaling $79.98. Never received them and never got a response from several emails sent. DO NOT ORDER THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Never received my paid for purchase

Placed an order at the end of Nov 2022 for a Christmas delivery for my son. About a week later, I received an email stating my order would be delayed. Fine. Im okay with that. Received another email stating that an employee integral To the finishing of my item was out due to family matters. Okay. I am understanding. Past Christmas, its January now and I receive an image of whats to be my pillow and told that it would ship in 2 days and I would receive a tracking email. This was the last email I received from this company. I have emailed, called. No response. Its been well over 6 months since my order was placed and I can no longer dispute it from my card. Do not do business with this establishment. Customer care and service is just non existent. Some people get their orders and others get lost.

Fraud Company

Complete fraud. Ordered 12/2/22 and still don't have my item. I contact them weekly, but now they don't respond at all. They keep on scamming and taking new orders though.

Paid for 2 pillows 11/28/2022 and still have not received order. Company not responding to emails and phone number no longer works

I purchased 2 pillows from this company on 11/28/2022 totaling $59.98 which I was billed for. On 12/13/2022 I reached out via email for an update on my order since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. On 12/18/2022 I received a response stating "Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry for the delay. I got information from our team that we might not be able to get your orders shipped before Christmas. It would be probably shipped after Christmas". On 1/3/2023 I received another email stating "We wanted to reach out once again to let you know that due to the high demand for our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards, shipping times will be longer than usual for the foreseeable future. Currently, orders are taking at least 4 weeks to be shipped out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience". On 3/30/2023 I emailed the company for an update stating if there was still an issue I wanted to cancel my order for a full refund. I did not hear back and sent another email on 4/20/2023 requesting a refund and a response. Still no response. Today, 5/4/2023, in my email I received an advertisement from this company dated 5/3/2023 7:15pm. I emailed the company again today explaining that I would be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (which I have) and the Better Business Bureau (which I have) as it seems apparent that they are scamming and stealing people's money. I have also called the number on their website, 833-236-****, which is no longer in service.

Pissed off

I ordered my item near thanksgiving (November of 2022)! It's now March 20th 2023! They took my money right away with no problems and I STILL have not got my item!! I have reached out numerous times and at first they said they had an emergency with a staff member I was extremely kind and patient and now months later they are ignoring me and won't respond to me at all. This is EXTREMELY disappointing and unprofessional on so many levels. I'm now seeing TONS of other customers in similar situations. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company at all. Problems happens everywhere and it's all about how you fix them these guys aren't even giving me (a paying customer they took money from) the time of day as to respond to me and tell me anything and now I'm out all that money with no item and no explanation as to why! They have made time to send me emails looking for me to buy more items at a discounted price tho, smh! They have since the time of my order in November sent me 3 emails with coupon codes asking me to order more stuff. The phone number on there public website is now not working as well and you can't get threw it's saying it's out of order.

RIP OFF

Ordered a pillow on December 1, 2022 for a Christmas gift. Contacted them by email on January 3, 2023 because I didn't receive my pillow yet. On January 4, 2023 received an email from them stating they were overwhelmed at Christmas and have patience and they were working on orders. Tried contacting them on March 2 and March 9, with NO RESPONSE from them now. Tried calling 833-236-**** and the phone is disconnected. Can't get the product and now can't get a refund. TOTAL RIPOFF

I can’t get a hold of them for either my pillows, or a refund.

I ordered $123 dollars worth of pillows on December 9, 2022. I emailed Dream a Pillow a little before Christmas. They finally emailed me back on January 23 stating my pillows would be mailed in 2 days. It is now March 3, 2023 and no pillows and they wont answer their phone or respond to the numerous emails Ive sent.

JUST DON’T …

I placed the order on December 17. Ive followed up numerous times. Today is March 1st and I still dont have my order or a refund. These little knock off stores try and portray themselves as bigger operations and they are TERRIBLE! Just because they have a Facebook page or other social media accounts, do not make them legit. They are thieves who quickly take your money and disappear even quicker. There is no reason whatsoever for them to take this long for one pillow. A pillow! Im disputing the charges with my bank and spreading the word. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Resolved: Never received any product

I never received my item or a refund or any correspondence or apology from the company after three months. I got tired of waiting so I went to my bank and initiated a chargeback for the money they took out. Very disappointed with the lack of service and the fraudulent claims of this company on top of the blatant lack of basic communication.

I ordered a custom photo pillow for my mother-in-law for Christmas. It has been over two months now and I still haven't received anything. Other sites I ordered custom products from arrived but this company has taken my money and given me nothing in return. They claimed that they were just a small business who was overwhelmed with Christmas orders and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I found out many other people have also been ripped off and never got their orders either. I have sent multiple messages and emails with no straight answer. They have now also blocked me on social media and ignore any messages I send through email or messaging on their site, it's a complete rip-off. They took my money and I never got my custom pillow that I ordered for my mother-in-law.
