My GooglePlay Review: "DANGER A DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR CASH! THEY ARE STEALING MY MONEY RIGHT NOW!I DEPOSITED FUNDS, UPON WITHDRAWAL THEY LOCK MY ACCT, REFUSE TO PAYOUT MY WINS BACK TO MY DEPOSIT METHOD, WON'T ANSWER WHEN CONTACTED! Last response to me was "..I'm afraid to inform you that we are not able to process withdrawals back to the payment methods on your account. After taking a further ook, I can see that we do not yet have an update but once we do we will reach back out... SO GO AHEAD! PLAY ON GUYS!" I'm going to the PA Gaming Commission. I don't have time or patience for this vague, unprofessional, unsupportive "Support". Maybe someone there will think this is as ridiculous as I do. Thanks!

They’re taking advantage of people
They have locked my account multiple times for expressing technical issues that I was having in their app. After being run around in circles without giving me an explanation or a single ounce of support, they locked my account. Despite reaching out to them around 10 times over a period of 3+ weeks, I have not gotten a single response or explanation etc. Their customer support is BY FAR the worst customer support that Ive ever experienced in my life.

I won $450.00 on a golf bet back on Draftkings on 6/26/2023. There was an old checking account that i had closed a month before. When I tried to get my money transferred they used that account. I got a hold of them within hours and stated that the account was closed. Which they replied ok when the money gets returned we will get it to your active account.. That was 3 weeks ago. I called the bank with the closed account and they never accepted the deposit from Draftkings as the account was closed. I have called and written to Draftkings and they say they have not received the funds back. Total lie. It was never accepted in the first place. in this day of electronic banking this is total ripoff as they have the funds as they were never deposited in the receiving bank. When I write they send a stupid FAQ when withdrawing funds. No one answers now only these *** canned responses. DON'T BET WITH THEM - they are ripoffs.

Have issue with my balance,they ask for my phone number which I gave them ,had a number assigned to me (1989****). Said someone would call me in 2 days,no calls. Im not going to fill out any more info. You have my account and have made additional deposits, all ok with that. But when you inquire you cant get anyone to respond other then fill out another form.

I discovered DraftKings committing felonious Acts in my account.
Number one they switched my bed during the game number two they state that your poor connection is what causes the delay however it's their way of covering it up while they switch things around no one any other website performs such as theirs. And #10 they block me out of my account for 4 days and then allowed me to return upon my discovery there was an authorized activity performed during my lockout?? Come on guys whose side are you on? Who do you go to? Who do we call? How can you multi-million dollar company get away with treating us like this? Run as far away just runfrom them m*****b

I noticed some suspicious activity on my a Pccount a month ago I have made numerous attempts with emails and my number call back anytime and you still have not directly responded just robotically. DraftKings, today you voided two golf tickets Austin Smotherman when is the reason? I have other issues but I need you to speak with someone personally please I'm begging you? I have typed up so many emails for you guys and your robot and your customer support and you leave a whatever call back you have not done nothing so we'll see how this really looks for loneliness so if you don't respond to this one it could be bad I guess for someone how I've had a good fun time for the first two years but the last 30 days six weeks has been *** Pardon my French.

Ive been trying to collect my money for days. I cant even use a paypal because Ive been restricted for NO REASON. Once I said I feel I was being scammed by draftkings my account was intantly blocked. Ive called the md lottery commission and Ive called the governor of md. Im now waiting a response from his team. I dont understand why im restricted, why my money is being held hostage and whats taking so long for an Investigation on nothing. I have every email and screenshot it for proof. So can SOMEONE give me a call so this can be quickly resolved. This automated email yall send isnt cutting. I need and want my money that I rightfully won.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I sent the company 3 separate emails (2 of which a DK advocate responded in a somewhat generic email). The 3rd email was from a senior DK advocate who said they were looking into the matter, eventually ending up with a full refund!.

I have always used the sportsbook app for betting on games and never had an issue until 8/29 when someone logged into my account as me (received email saying I logged in, when I know I didnt). I immediately changed my password and notified their customer service as well as upgraded to 2A authentication. I checked my account & noticed someone withdrew $530 to set up a fantasy league for a soccer game with me as commissioner. Ive never had anything to do with fantasy sports team ever before & my son told me to download that app so I could see what happened. He made a lineup for himself & made sure that I had only non-playing people for mine. Needless to say (since I didnt even know about accessing the league until downloading that app), he won & they paid him $1000! I received a reply back from their so called customer service saying we take your security seriously & offered me steps to get back into my account (I was NEVER locked out) & change my password (which I already did). Never did they address the stolen moneydo they even READ the emails they get? I replied back thanking them for at least responding, but told them you didnt even answer my original concern. I still havent gotten a response from that one. My son told me to try the customer service from the fantasy app since it happened on that side. Told them everything, including the fact that I contacted them before and was told nothing. I even included all the screenshots detailing step by step what happenedand who the likely thief is since his username was the only other person in the league for a H2H match. Havent heard ANYTHING from themonly was sent an email asking me to rate my experience with their customer service. IF I ever get my money back, I will be closing my account and telling my friends & family to do the same. This happened almost 2 weeks ago & I am beyond ticked off. This amount of money is nothing to shake your head at, but I guess Im just one of the little guys who can get walked all over because Im not a high $ player. It has taken me a lot of time to even build up that amount in my account since I only play small bets that are paired with promos.
