Wifi module never installed. They will not provide. It was on order

The Wi-Fi module was never installed in the tub and they will not provide it. I have made several calls stating that I could not connect to Wi-Fi. finally I had to open the cabinet and look inside. There was no connection to J33 or J45. No Wifi unit anywhere. They will not provide

Terrible Service after purchase cheaply made

If you are reading this do not waste your time or money on one of these tubs. They use inferior parts and do not provide adequate service after the purchase. They also constantly change the parts you use so if one little piece breaks you end up having to replace the entire system and they do not cover any labor. This experience has been the worst I have ever had. I wish I could go back and tell myself not to buy the hot tub.

No customer service

We ordered a spa, and after being told it was in stock, suddenly we were getting a floor model. Thats when we knew something was probably wrong. Should've gone with our gut. Then somehow theres no lid for it but we will be getting a cover soon. Guess what? Several months later and still no cover. And nobody answers the phone or talks to you and when they do they just lie and tell you its on a truck or on the way. Its just lies. Lies lies all day long. Why bother? Why even have a business? I guess to take peoples money.

Cover does not fit after 2 covers were provided

We ordered the Tuscan. It is a triangle somewhat. A standard product of theirs. The cover that arrived with the delivery way the right shape but at least one spa size smaller. After many attempts to contact someone both via phones and emails. A pathetic excuse of resolution process a new cover arrived. It is square and several feet too large. What is your problem? How are you going to resolve this issue?Dont D

These are junk

bought a power pak last year now this year it wont heat up to the desired temperature, installed a new heater and still wont heat up contacted support and they told me i need a new heater and power pak

Spa was delivered with a issue

The lights did not work on the spa. I called the dealer where I bought the spa and was told I had to call the factory and register a service call. 2 weeks go by no call. I called again and spoke to customer service and was assured I would get a call from a service company to fix the lights. No call ever came and this has been going on since February. We like the spa but their service and warranty is non existence.

Worst Hot tub Spa

The $5000 Spa that will cost you $6000 in repairs. Its amazing how the warranty covers 12 months. Our Dr. Wellness Spa started leaking at 11.5 month. I scheduled a plumber who identified the leak, which required a crane to access. By the time I called in the warranty, we were passed the 12 months and on our own. We had to double book the crane to pull it for repair. The waterfall feature was the culprit. The fix lasted 6 months, and now we have the same leak in a different location. Dr Wellness is JUNK! This will be the 4th crane for Dr Junk and to the landfill!

Their hot tubs and customer service are useless!

Used it one winter and when spring came, it had leaked out. Called the one guy I think they employ and he finally came out. He so called fixed it. SId he would email receipt for reimbursement per warranty. After months of trying to get him to email receipt and a year plus later. No receipt. Made it through another winter and, you guessed it, spring and water has sprung. Cant get a hold of anyone and when you tell them you have a Dr Wellness, they just laugh and say good luck. I see they have had several of these reviews over the years and haven't paid attention to the consumer or give a crap. Bad business and customer service. DON'T BOTHER WITH DR USELESS!

My furniture was stolen upon delivery thru a moving company . I want to warn people not to use them . I’m so upset , Called BBB , the company called raging that i’m calling them a

sinsisted , then where is my furniture and since noticed other things that were missing . Merchandise that one could gets good price for . Can not beleive this happened to me and they were rude and nasty as a defense . Put a complaint in . Unfortunately i waived the clause they had listed without reading the fine print by just assuming they were trust worthy that stated a choice whether to except .6cents per pound or pay extra for their insurance . ps I received $60.00. Besides the sentimental lose of my bridal bedroom piece ed . also more and more stuff was missing . what could I do ? These movers were from out of state , what recourse did I have ? How do I prove my losses . The move was from Mass. to NC . They are located in Fla.I still ache from the experience

Terrible hot tub

We thought the waterfall thing was cool and all the fancy lights, what a hot tub to buy. WRONG this thing is the biggest pile of garbage we have ever bought. The tubing for the waterfalls are to short which in turn where we live it gets COLD and once this happens the plastic waterfall connectors freeze and break. Then guess what happens next? the tub runs out of water and the pump shuts off then the pump freezes!!!! now not only do you have a mess now you have to fight with the company to try to get them to warranty anything. The tub has been junk from day one with gaskets leaking, water running all over the place, no service, just send parts and expect you to know what the *** they are since they are guessing to. Be prepared if you decide to buy one of these tubs, and I don't know how anyone could review these as good tubs as ours is complete garbage and a waste of money!!!!

What you need to know now

So you have bought the Dr wellness hot tub , or one of the many of brand name hot tubs manufactured by LPI well, I have some bad information for you. First off, they advertise 6 horsepower motors, they are not they are four horsepower motors! I actually called them out on this big time and had one of their regional guys get real nervous and supposedly just today they are going to change their advertising to reflect that they are only four horsepower. Now they may give you the runaround and try to confuse you with something that's called brake horsepower, I called them out on that it's BS and now they know it it's simple 5th grade math you take the voltage times the amperage and it gives you the wattage, you do the math for that and their motors come out to 3.89 horsepower. I want to the manufacturers website of the motor that they put in their hot tubs and they state that they are four horsepower. This company will tell you that there's no such thing as anything bigger than a four horsepower but I had sent them websites showing that actually there is a five-horsepower motor that is two speeds. Right now I am in the middle of trying to negotiate a compensation for this lie that they are selling people. They are taking this kind of seriously but as of yet so far in the Arizona area you need to contact Brian Elmore. Although trying to get him to call you back we'll be near to impossible as what was actually stated to me when I called up the corporate headquarters in Tennessee. I also have an issue with the Bluetooth on the G7 model DR wellness. This hot tub was manufactured July 20th of 2021. After a conversation with a technician it's pretty much been stated that the Bluetooth is garbage! The Bluetooth receiver is in the bass speaker and the range is anywhere between 3 to 5 ft. When I was told this, I was like you have to be kidding me right! Also had issues with not receiving the headrest for this hot tub. I just want to let everybody know that when you bought any hot tub from LPI hot tubs whether it be Dr wellness, or aqua living spas or any of the other names they go by you are being ripped off because they are telling you you are getting a six horsepower motor when in all actuality you bought a four horsepower motor. For my understanding they are going to be changing their literature because they happen to run into an electrical engineer, myself, that has discovered this. I urge everyone who bought one of these hot tubs not necessarily Dr wellness but from this company, to actually call, you'll have to wait in line a little bit, but complain that the hot tub you purchased did not come with six horsepower motors and that you want to be compensated for it like I have been. If you want a cheap hot tub, then buy something from lpi, Dr wellness, aqua living spas, and whatever other names that they are going under. I have documentation for proof of all this but unfortunately I cannot upload it. Let's help everybody out and make sure any of the new customers don't get scammed on their purchase and please by all means, put a call into the manufacturer and complain about your motor, you just might be compensated like me to the tune of $1,500

Love our hot tub.

We bought our spa/hot tub directly from a showroom in Plaistow, NH. The dealer was helpful, educational, and asked me a lot of good questions that showed me I was looking at buying far more than what I needed and would use which ended up actually saving me a few thousand $$. We have had our hot tub for almost 6 years now and couldn't be happier.

Hot tub scam

Well let's start with year 1, since I've only owned for a year.....within 6 months controller seal went and controller burned up,after about 6-8 weeks received "A" controller not the right one of course,oh and this was after about a week of contact with customer service......about 10 months in started finding little silver ball bearings all over,after doing some research found out oh that's just all the rotary jets falling apart must either fix myself or deal with customer service agian,(we found out how fun that experience was) ill pass.....so now where month 12 can see controller comming apart agian guess I'll get another new controller already this time looks like I'll have to custom mount it to make sure this isn't an every 5-6 month occurrence occurrence. Lack of customer service. Pissed off and worthless hot tub

Have been dealing with problems with my hot tub since day 1. Fast forward 2 years and still no resolution. They are blaming my water, been tested twice and its fine.. they continue to give me the run around and place the blame on me. No resolutions, no offers to replace the hot tub or exchange it. I have been paying on a worthless hot tub for 2 years. Have used it less than twice. I have sent water samples, pictures and videos of the problem and in return I get its not their problem. They dont care about the customer after they have made the sale. No customer service, guess they are too good for that. I wish I had never purchased from them.
