Dr move is liquidating their trailers... Mike Do is the alias being used by the selling agent. His cell number is 214-505-****. Mike is also running MRINVESTOR.ORG and other realestate companies that will buy your house quick and easy... lots of complaints on ripoffreport website.

Dr Move Moving Service Review from Irving, Texas
Dr. Move is not only a bad choice but is very unprofessional. I scheduled a move over a month ago and forgot to follow up. I called to verify my appointment and I was told I should have called earlier to cement my appointment. Ok, fine but they told me they could schedule me later on that day. I agree for a 4:00 o'clock appointment which would have been between 4-6 p.m. I received a call around 3:10 to confirm my move. I got to my appartment and waited until 6:00 p.m. and I never received a call. I made several calls to the office to speak with a rep but got an answer machine where I left several messages. I finally received a call around 6:40 p.m. where the rep said the movers were in route and he said that he would call me back. I never received that call and they never even attempt to apologize. This company place me in a difficult spot for a Sunday move. Thank God for Apartmentmovers!

9/13/2016 Sam, you are NOT a person of your word. As a REALTOR I will make sure I let every Realtor & client I know NOT to ever trust in you or this company. Your company won't even return my calls. I'm sure the first couple positive reviews where paid or are relatives. You have poor business skills. To all feedback readers DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY‼ They were supposed to be here at 9am. Elevators were reserved 9am-11:30 am .... I didn't hear from movers till 10:18 letting me know they were almost done with their first move & were on route. Sam is the person that took my info & deposit confirming I would be the first move to make sure elevator was clear by 11:30am as other people had it reserved at 11:45 I have no daubt my beautiful furniture would have been damaged by these movers if I would have allowed them to move it all out within the 30 min that was left on my elevator slot in my building. It is now 2pm I have left at least 5 messages to get my deposit back and they have yet to call me back... Sam!!! The promise maker I'm sure is making false promises as we speak to other customers. That is the reason I took time from my busy schedule to write this negative feedback & bad experience with this company. To help other. Dr Move, You need to move out of the business you are in. Stay away from being a Dr &/or a Mover.

Stolen Items
The movers feigned getting lost between the old place and new place. In between they stopped somewhere and unloaded at least half a dozen boxes, all very valuable items. I didn't notice until I started to unpack. I called the mover on his cell, he just taunted me to call the home office. Of course they don't care at the home office either. It appears to be a call center in India and after more calls than I can count, I never received a return call about my stolen property. Now I see why the mover was so arrogant when I accused him. Sickening. Elma Dolatkhah appears to be the owner but the only property he owns is a rental in Grand Prairie, TX, so it's been very difficult to track him down. Based on everything I've read, he's a professional criminal. Wish I would have read all these reviews before letting them move me.

BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE This company continues to text me, after repeatedly requesting to be removed from their list. In addition they email and call after being asked not to contact. I would never use or recommend this company!!! The only thing I have ever heard said about this company, was a customer saying it was the worse moving experience of their lives! The customer even questioned if this company was run by "not so" excons!!!!

Spam texts
I get text messages from them even though I am on the do not call/text list. I have never used them, they have no reason to have my number, and I will never use them. I am not even in the market for moving. I have tried ignoring their texts. I have tried responding with a request to remove my number. I have even responded with "I'm homeless, *** to get them to quit. They still spam my phone. Because I have to have 100 words for this review, I'll just say this: I am really really really really really really really really really really really really really annoyed with them.

I kept getting telemarking calls from this company years ago and had to make numerous calls just to get them to stop. Now, I've started getting texts from them since March 1st. On that date, I got a text from 972-774-**** and I replied that I'd be reporting them. On March 7th, I got the same text, but from 214-243-****. I told them to quit texting the number. On March 23rd, I got two texts from the # again. Because of the incessant text messages alone, I would never use DrMove.

Backed over my brick mailbox and haven't paid
They moved a tenant out of my house in Feb 2016, backed over a heavy brick mailbox leaving it pieces, won't take my calls, won't take their customers calls, ......$700 still waiting for this check. When I call their number, if you leave a message on any option, they call back and then hang up on you after you give your reason for calling. They won't allow a message, an email, or claims section on the website. They also damaged the tenant's refrigerator. So $1000 reasons why not to use them...

SPAM YOUR CELL PHONE WITH TEXTS ALL NIGHT LONG
They spam your phone with text. BE WARY of someone who is consistenly just spams and spams and spams your phone. This is my private cell and at 11:30 at night, at 7:00 am in the morning. In what world is this acceptable that a company would do that. You dig dipper and you find out they are owned one of the home investor companies who try to talk you into selling your home cheap and then they seem to be Plug In Realty. Again, a bunch of spammers.

Money hungry, rude movers
I recently moved into a new apartment and it's only a one bed one bath. First the movers got lost, then come to find out my address information was not put in the system correctly after I went over my address twice with the representative. Second once one of the movers came in (Quan) he looked around and said "This is going to be a 3 hr job. I need 285$ up front." He was given the money and then he took he time placing my things on the truck. He was going so slow that my family helped him, not only that he was on his phone the whole time instead of working, He was dragging time to get more money out of me. He was rude. I was letting him know how to take down my bed room set and he would not listen to a word I said to him. He was taking my bed set apart incorrectly and was about to crack a mirror that's attached to the dresser, as we were leaving to go to the new apartment he did not drive careful at all and the was glass in the trailer. He has no respect for customers or their property. I would never call Dr. Move again due to Quan!

I called and scheduled a move and paid the deposit. They never showed up and never called me or answered the phone. I went to the corporate office to find a door with a camera and no one to answer it. Waste of time and money.

Horrible moving experience
I do not recommend using this company at all! My delivery was scheduled for Saturday 6/29/13 for the second or afternoon pick-up. In the initial appointment call, I spoke to scheduler who stated that the mover should be there between 12-2. On Saturday I called at 2:47 pm CST, 2:51 p.m CST, 3:28 p.m, 2:29, 3:34 p.m, 3:35 p.m, 4:24 p.m, 4:53 p.m, and 4:55p.m. I left 3 verbal messages and sent a message on the website. I even drove to the address and there was no one there. During the calls, no one ever picked up the line. No one ever called to give me any kind of update or to reschedule until schedulercalled at 5:12 p.m stating that the move couldn’t be done that evening and that it could be done the next day at 8:00a.m. At this point I was very upset that your company waited until the end of the day to give me this information, making it impossible to come up with another plan to get moved. Scheduler stated she didn’t find out that the move couldn’t be done until just prior to her calling me. Though I was reluctant to go forward with your company at this point I had no choice but to accept the 8:00 a.m time offered since I had to turn in my keys by Sunday afternoon. Scheduler stated the only discount she could offer was 5%, which is only $10. I was scheduled to work Sunday for several hours but was unable to fulfill my obligations due to this being rescheduled an entire day. The only reason I paid the remaining balance with the movers because I didn’t want there to be trouble at that time, and figured this issue would need to be settled with management the next business day.

The service is terrible and the management is worse!!
Do not use this company!!! They didn't work the first hour. I called to complain and the "supervisor" Edward was combative, rude, abrasive and continuously talked over me. He didn't try to help but instead contended he was right. Please do not use this company!! They added an additional 2 hours to my move and its a scam! The manager then called the movers, after I expressed my concerns and told them to completely stop moving and bring the truck back but to make sure that I paid first. This experience was horrendous. The supervisor ended the experience by sending a text to ensure the movers didn't make a "side deal".
